I have a daughter in the Army. I am responsible for storing her vehicle until she leaves the Army. I needed to move her vehicle, which was being stored outside for the last year in a half. When I was informed of upcoming construction in that area, I was concerned about moving the vehicle to another storage company. I thank Bob, for finding me a storage unit at the last waking hour! The facilities are Global Self Storage are great— easy to access (the kiosks for checking in are helpful), clean, and safe. Bob and his team are wonderfully helpful in coordinating multiple spaces for us.

Global Self Storage in Merrillville is great. Having the on-site kiosk made renting a storage unit easy and convenient. I work long hours and I couldnt get off work to rent a unit during normal business hours. The security cameras and lighting made me feel safe. The storage is clean and dry. Thanks, Bob! Tip to everyone! Make sure these people cancel your contract when you move out! They charged me 2 extra months and wouldnt refund me! Manager did refund me for 3rd month but only $60 out of $90 because i was 7 days into the month! $30 for 7 days!
