Family dollar would be a great store if it had more than one cashier operating the register. I quit going to this store. The shelves are empty and the lines are to long. I went to other family dollar stores looking for cushions that goes into your shoes. Not one store had any. I am going to start going to dollar general stores.

Found myself out of allergy pills so I visited the store near cvs on Broadway and I think 54th? Cashiers helpful, customers friendly .store aisles clean .was able to find my allergy pills with no problem

The black girl working this evening with the bad lace frontal wig needs to be fired! First she didnt greet me coming in the store, she followed me all around the store to see if i would still something and i had my 7yr old daughter with me and lastly she was double ringing up my items and the trying to get smart when i told here about it. I will be reaching out to the store manager about her.

Customer service is great. Prices are great. Well stocked.

I did a return and the older black lady gave me such a hard time. She asked me why I wanted to return the items, but the way she said it rubbed me the wrong way. After my response she then said I SHOULD’VE took it back where I bought it.(The other store had already closed for the night) I then asked what the problem was and if she couldn’t do the return. She said she could . The whole time her demeanor was terrible, why put a paying customer through an interrogation if you could do the return after all ? It’s like she didn’t want to do her job! I drive out of my way to come to this Family Dollar, won’t be returning.

SHERITA HALL is a very rude individual and she says she is a manger.

I like when they send out the $5 coupon you can use when you spend at least $25 it always comes in handy.

Always a delight to visit & shop here I believe that this is due to me being able to make it in & out without the need for the extra steps of having to ask where the this or that is. I really dislike that, because this entails you having to locate a employee..just something extra to do, wich wasnt on the list ...lol but hey here its go in get it get in line, check out walkout, parking .....plenty
