Excellent service! Bought 2 pair of shoes yesterday! Sales person was very helpful and friendly! Had been into 2 other shoe stores in the mall before and they seemed annoyed that we wanted to try on shoes! Will definitely be going to Jimmy Jaz 1st from now on!

I would leave zero starts if I could. Went to find a pair of shoes that my man wanted on sale. They are listed as $79.99 on the shoes. Rang up $89.99 and when I said I wanted the sale price I was told no by a female ast mgr who was extremely rude, rolling her eyes at me. Had the nerve to tell me anyone could have out that price on there and what they ring up in the computer is what the price is. Probably so they can steal money. The picture I got was on Thursday and today Sunday at close and the shoes have the same price on them. But Im sure anyone put it on there. Will never go back.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the female manager there the day I went was rude. I asked her a question, and I guess she didnt want to be bothered on this day, because she answered with an attitude and while I was still talking she walked past me with her back to me. I wasnt being rude, mean or anything, but I would still like to be respected. Eyes front next time maam. Everyone deserves to be treated respectfully. I would rather a respectful, and kind no maam we cant handle your request as opposed to a, nonchalant, blow me off, I dont have time to answer you, no. It would have made the difference.

Came to the jimmy jazz in Southlake mall had 50 to 60 people wait in line for the jordan 13 flints and only let 3 people in and they sold out this is crazy and not fair!!!!! Stop letting people stand in line if you gone sale them early!!!

Terrible service and deceitful workers in this store. Went to fill out raffle for Jordan’s releasing this weekend. I told my info and did not really pay attention when they were entering it into the computer. Then I am with my brother and he is telling the guy his information for the raffle and I witness the guy not even putting the info into the computer. He literally just pretended to input the information. I did not call him out on it, just left in disgust. Jimmy Jazz in Southlake Mall will not treat you right unless you know someone that works there. Zero stars if I could.

Man I love jimmy jazz they got all the gear and the customer service is ok but I mean it varies depending on the weekday I went on a monday the service was the total opposite from a saturday. Safe to say I will shop on a monday its more chill and the customer service is about 5xs better. Its bright, good music, nice selection of shoes, and the prices are not bad at all.
