Loved the ambiance of this store. Its clean and. Nicely kept. I really loved finding little goodies for myself and daughter. She got two shirts and a choker and we got a great sale price plus 15 dollars hot cash. One of the shirts my daughter got was super cool Im posting a pic of it now. Anyway thanks again guys. Ill definitely be coming back!

So much cool stuff, super nice staff an super thoughtful an considerate, i was nervous about the size of a expensive hoodie an she could tell an held on to my stuff an encouraged me to go try it on real quick, i think the worst part is how much i over spent :( but the experience an everything i got im happy about

I worked here in the early 2000s and both the store AND staff is just as cool as it was back then. Mind you, it was a more goth scene back then, and parents were afraid to let their kids go in the store lmao.Mainstream or not, its still a great place to shop (if you can afford it). I just wish they had a bigger plus size selection/area.

My kids love this place. Store is small but has tons of nice things.

Went with daughter. We had to wait in line due to Covid and occupancy. Once inside we were greeted by friendly staff but still allowed to shop without feeling rushed.

Love a lot of things in there, not so much the Disney stuff, older Hot Topic was better

Yes, Im 40 years old and still shop here. I have since my 20s. You can call it trendy, or call me a poser, but when you want a Bad Religion shirt and body jewelry, hit the mall and Hot Topic. You wont be disappointed

They spread the black Friday sales over the week as a means to a cope with covid so I got some pretty good deals on outer wear and socks. Employees are very patient and helpful as well 💖

This store is good. I dont shop here often just because it is not my style but some of the things grab my attention. The only issue I have with this store is that they have the pins next to the cash registers. This is an issue because people think you are in line or it is hard to get in front of the person when they are searching for pins.

Absolutely cool and in style in pop culture! This place has great clothes to choose from. The employees are also very cool and very nice towards customers. The atmosphere of this store is so great that you feel like you are at a rock concert.

Sure the prices can be a little high but its also a specialty store! Meant for genre fans and the punk rock styles. The staff always knows how to help you and they always run deals. Love this place.

Decent store, especially if you like pop culture. I remember when the stores first opened then it was mainly goth and punk. Maybe someday itll go back to the way used to be. But Im an old man who still gets embarrassed slightly when he goes in there due to all of the youths!!!

Got my kid an awesome Green Day shirt here. I havent been in a Hot Topic in forever before this cause my atyle is more hippie wrekends and preppy week due to work etc but everyone working there was very nice and helpful. I was jealous though that they get to keep their piercings and I had to take them out for my job. Sigh but yea cool store worth stopping in great employees!

Good place to shop if you are into their style. It never hurts to just stop in once and see everything you got. If you dont see somthing you like, you will see something that somebody else likes!

This place is amazing! If you like music, anime or pop culture, this is the place to go for clothes, memorabilia, knick knacks, apparel, accessories, toys, even beach towels and swim suits! They have everything from Dr. Who to Dragon Ball. The staff here are kind, funny and incredibly helpful. I strongly recommend shopping at this store!

I used to love visiting here in high school.... before they went mainstream. Too much has changed over the years for me to give it 5 stars.Anywho, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. I absolutely love the people who work here. I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees.My only wish is that all the gothic style clothing would come back! The employees decided to cancel an order I had shipped to the store super early. It had arrived at the store on a Saturday, and canceled on a Thursday. Not the 7 days as stated the hot topic website. It was a xmas gift I ordered for a friend well before December during black Friday and had gotten a sale on it, so I really just wanted the shirt, not my money back.Really disappointed at the employee negligence

Friendly staff and awesome sales. My only complaint is that the store feels small as everything is congested and tight with small aisles.
