Very good service yesterday at the Antioch location. My son needed his phone replaced unexpectedly. Our appointment started on time. Our salesperson was very helpful, took her time, very attentive to our needs.
From the staff to the manager. They all seem like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I can’t even believe what I just dealt with. Time to cancel all my stuff and go to Verizon !

They were very friendly, got me right in and got my phones switched and activated while we were waiting on new phone to come in mail since one broke.
I called and asked a question. They just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and rude.
The customer service and management is terrible. My whole experience with upgrading my phones was a nightmare. I spent 5 hours total in the store and during those hours, everyone in the store lacked in basic customer service skills. I witnessed them talking bad about other customers after they left the store. They let me sign over my old phones and opened the cases to the new ones before explaining to me that I would need to back my old phone up to my iCloud. My old phone wasnt backed up therefore was taking a long time to back up. I was told that I couldnt take my old phone back and was expected to just leave it with them with all of my personal information on it. The manager made me feel like I had no other option. They should be checking to make sure old phones are backed up before its gets to the point where they own the phone because you signed it over. The manager finally offered to let me put a passcode back on the phone and leave it at the store to back up. When I returned the next day the sales person that helped me the previous day literally asked has anyone seen a red iPhone. He locates the phone and it still hasnt wasnt backed up so after an hour of being there, it was suggested that I leave it there one more night and return the next day to see if it had backed up. I get a call the next day from the manager asking if the phone is good to be sent out now. The communication was horrible, even after expressing to them how important the content on that phone was to me. If they wouldnt have had me sign everything before checking the back up status I would no doubt be going to another cell phone provider. Its truly not hard to have good customer service skills, especially when a customer is spending their money on new phones and accessories. Its safe to say that the managers as well as sales reps could definitely benefit from more training. When my lease term is up the next time, I will be checking into other providers. I would not recommend to anyone.

I had to wait an hour to be waited on. Four people in the store only two serving customers. The manager was trying to leave and one associate was checking product in while 6 different customers waited. Three finally walked out. Once I was before the associate I had exceptional service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I waited to talk to someone for 45 minutes and then I was told I wasted my time and just go home and call customer service. I hated this place the first time I tried it but I gave it a second chance because of the location. Still terrible. First experience I was told that they were closing and to come back later. Do not waste your time or money here. When I asked to speak to a manager both times, they said she was gone-at 2pm, for the day! Go anywhere but here. Cockroaches are nicer.
I had the best experience at this Sprint store with Leigh Ann! I was one of those difficult customers because I had a million questions to ask but she was so helpful and patient and she definitely knew her stuff! I would definitely recommend family and friends to come to this store if they ever needed any assistance with Sprint!
The service at this location is abysmal to be polite. I was in the store for over 40 minutes without even being greeted. The employees had no ryme or reason as to who they helped. I will probably cancel rather than renew my service and will never go to this stair again. Wish I could do Less than 1 star.

This location is sales only and it would appear that their stock is limited. They will refer all customer service questions to Sprints 888 number and all technical issues to one of their repair centers. This isnt necessarily a bad thing so long as your expectations are set appropriately...
They offered to ship a phone overnight for me to get me to do business with them. I agreed and still havent seen the phone five days later. Should have known with other reviews not being very good that I should have stayed away.UPDATE - Now they cant find the tracking number for the package but HOPE it will arrive soon. I was planning on purchasing two more iPhone 4Ss from this store, but I am going to pass and find a store that wont jerk me around.

Very rude at this location. Over 10 years with Sprint and they are not interested in solving problems. Also not willing to honor old contracts with new or vice versa. I told three waiting customers to go somewhere else and one did.
The store opens too late in the morning to be useful. I would appreciate it if they were open before 9 am (currently they open at 10 am).

This store has absolutely terrible customer service. They do not like to answer their phones when customers call them. I was finally able to reach a representative, and they actually hung up on me! They do not care about helping customers over the phone, and only care about selling products on their phone. When I was finally able to reach a rep again after I as hung up on, he told me that the customers in the store were more important than the customers on the phone. This is very rude and does not make a good representation of Sprint. I would avoid this store at all costs.

One staff had a casual conversation with a couple while another stared me in the eyes and said she wouldnt help but someone would come out. 40 minutes later, no one came out, one says to the other, would you tell someone to come out? 5 people are standing around staring at these two do nothing... If they had a manager, Id have reported them already. Avoid this store if you have anything Sprint related to do.

Hello. My name is michelle bucher, and I have been a sprint customer for 3 years now. I know this is not a terrible problem, but I have been having problems with the new sprint music store app. I contacted KLYE in the merriam store, who was very, very helpful. This has to do with not getting ringbacks on my phone. Kyle put me in touch with a tech named KEON, who was also very friendly and helpful. Actually, the tech i am talking to NOW (LEROY) is also very helpful. I have a new andriod phone, and was wondering if I may have settings wrong, so I stopped the merriam store to ask. In the past, I have always recieved friendly helpful service there. NOT TODAY!!!!! When i mentioned that I have a open ticket with tech support, she was VERY RUDE, and basically pushing me out the door before she even knew what I needed! This was today 7-15-13 at about 2:15. I AM CONTINUING TO GET EXCELLENT TECH SUPPORT FROM SPRINT! They are working on it, and they let me know it is a problem on thier end. AS FAR AS THE MERRIAM KANSAS STORE-Watch out for the short blonde up there, heavy set, with short hair........SHE IS NOT NICE!!!!

If your a long time Sprint customer you will be disappointed. All they will tell you is call customer service. They dont help you at all. While people are waiting they talk about their families, kids, vacation, and waist time.

Be warned when buying any products they dont have in stock, their salesman lied telling me my order would ship the day of purchase, it has yet to ship 3 weeks later and are now saying they have no idea of when it would.
