After an absolutely horrible experience at the metro on Nieman and Shawnee mission parkway, I came to this location. Lovely was able to get everything I needed done taken care immediately. She even used her personal cell phone to get in contact with corporate customer service. Awesome customer service from Lovely. I’ll definitely be returning here from now on to take care of anything I need. I couldn’t ask for more help than she gave me.
My sim card wasnt working and I went to this location yesterday during the evening, I am absolutely happy with the service the lady took a few sec to fix it and speak in spanish I feel better speaking than english!!! The customer service is amazing!!
My son damaged his phone in a car accident and wanted to switch the SIM card to another phone I had laying around. We called MetroPCS and it was unable to help (due to the phone being mangled during the accident the screen didn’t work. They have to send a code to your phone). So we were told to go to a store. Elma (hopefully I spelled it right) assisted us. She was awesome. I am giving her 5 stars not the agents over the phone or MetroPCS. I would give the agents over the phone that was supposed to assist -5 stars for the rude and disrespectful behavior she showed me and Elma. MetroPCS gets 1 star only because they hired such a terrific agent (Elma) and the missed 4 stars because of both agents over the phone and the fact that you have to pay $22 just to transfer a sim for one phone to another that is already unlocked. Thanks so so much Elma and I hope you some day you run the company and teach this company some values on how to keep their customers. You would be awesome.

Cant use my phone even with 4g bars. I need my phone for work if the service doesnt clear up soon Im moving to another company. Bought the Coolpad not even a year ago and I brought it in to see what was wrong with it and they told me I needed a new phone. Keep in mind Ive had my phone in a case since the day I got it. Starting to get annoyed.

My phone wont make or receive calls most of the time. I just came back from there and she made calls just fine. Im home now and it wont work. They are not fixing the problem. All my pictures have disappeared also. They also refused to let me return a car holder for the phone that doesnt work. I have recommened them to my friends in the past but will no longer do that.
Absolutely ridiculous, extremely unprofessional customer support.Called with a simple issue for a customer who came to a different business confused and annoyed.When I called and tried to explain the situation the Technician i had the pleasure of speaking to talked over me multiple times and then completely disregarded everything i said previous and simply hung up.Customer informed me that he will be disconnecting from their service immediately as he is appalled as well towards the hostility shown by these so called technicians.Absolutely Ridiculous
Mona provided me with excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the customer service that I received from her.
The sales people at the store were great! They were trying to help. The manager Ash (which as I understand will be an owner soon) is a jerk, that has as much of an idea of a customer servise as a dog in heat. After 7 days I asked to exchange the phone for a different model but for the same price because of battery life. He offered me the same phone but 7 days younger...I told him I do not need the same problems because reviews on line say they all do that. I did not asked for a more expensive or a cheaper phone, exactly the same price just different brand! I heard no and on top of it he raised his voice and told me that they do that for new customers but....since I am an old one I am pretty much screwed! Way to go buddy, that was the last time I upgraded my phones at your store. And....I will do what I can to make sure none of people I know will ever go to your store for anything.
I love Metropcs, just not this location. The workers are not very knowledgeable, theres not a good variety of phones and if youre looking for a particular phone from the website, they act like its too much of a hassle to order it.
This store needs more training on plans and customer service. I was told to contact customer service to answer my questions about what was included in the plan I was paying for.
One of the better Metro POS stores Ive been to in the country. They offer a great service, best in class actually, just their implementation and sales model of previously referred service is very suspect to say the least.
I bought the stylus 4 one week ago. Got home and there was no stylus in the phone. Most of the time the phone has zero bars for reception. I went in to the 75th street location to address these issues. I was made to feel like i was lying about the stylus being missing. So I said I would like to return this phone. The woman proceeded to tell me I only had 7 days to return the phone. I was there on the 7th day, then she tells me there has to be less than 1 hour talk time on the phone. Basically they told me Im screwed... Im outside right now and have 1 bar on the phone.

I came in for an online deal to this location. The rep who helped me stated no we dont do that. I explained what I saw online, she had no idea and said she didnt have any left. I responded with understandment and asked if there was any other deals in store today. She said no. The attitude was insane. I then asked for some service from a different rep. This rep informed me yes there was 1 galaxy left at the sante fe location. I Google this location and cant find it anywhere. I call the store to have that same first rep tell me no. Very upset. I just wanted assistance, was not causing anything to be treated this way.
