This UPS store is my favorite one. Jacob gets you in and out in no time at all. Jacob is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Jacob will get you the best shipping rates possible. Thank you Jacob and UPS store for making my life a little bit easier.

This was the first time I have gone to this location but it was a very good experience. A young man, that I believe was named Jason, helped me. He was polite, friendly, helpful and actually looked at me when he talked to me. He was very efficient and made my visit quite pleasant.

Ive had a few UPS packages delivered here for pickup and have had no issues. In and out fairly quickly. Its right down the street from my house, so is very convenient. People complaining about others exercising their personal freedom to NOT wear a mask, ought to stay in their houses and continue to cower in fear and let the rest of us go about our business.

I’ve used this store many times for a variety of shipping, printing and other needs and I haven’t been disappointed. If I remember correctly Jacob served me at the counter a couple times and he was courteous and helpful. I’ve also been helped by the older gentleman in the past and he was friendly and got the job done. I’m thankful for this great UPS store!

Absolutely HORRIBLE at delivering UPS packages - and worse at customer service. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered today, VIA Overnight service. But it never left the store. They forgot to put it on the truck or something.... But then today they told me It will be delivered Saturday - no extra charges - but it is actually going to be MondayThe whole store is simply uncaring about whats important to you. If this is the Customer focus they provide - I will drive 4 extra miles to Fedex from now on. HORRIBLE UPS! HORRIBLE UPS Store and Employees!

I was shocked to walk in this small space and see close to 10 people in line, one foot apart or less and not wearing a mask or gloves. Only myself and of the two employees behind the counter. However they were doing an efficient job of dealing with a multitude of customers. Shipping rates are pricey.

Amanda is a horrible person to deal with, she is rude, and in my opinion spiteful. She holds my packages any time I have to use UPS AND had to drive 1.5 hours 2 days in a row to pick up packages that were all already there ALL AT THE THE SAME TIME the first day and she is withholding another one that didnt even need to he signed for.

I hate giving negative reviews, but this place is a total rip off. The employees who work there are very nice and helpful, and Im aware that they dont set the prices, so my issue is not with them at all. There is nearly a 100% markup on international shipping - a medium-sized padded envelope (going to Dublin, Ireland) that costs $23.50 at the US Postal Service is over $44 here. This is price gouging, plain and simple. As a small business owner myself, I completely understand adding on a certain amount of for a convenience fee, but a 100% markup is unforgivable. If you have loved ones overseas and are trying to send them something, big or small, do NOT go here.

Im actually kind of shocked this location is getting bad reviews. Ive had to ship A LOT of packages due to selling things that I inherited from my mom passing and Jen is who I mainly worked with and she had to package and ship some weird size items. A China collection, 2 taxidermied animal heads, 2 fur coats, coin collection in multiple weird cases, a collection of decanters and some glass kitchen decorations, and NONE OF THEM got broken or damaged. Not a SINGLE ITEM. I am very satisfied with their service, their prices arent too bad and after the United States Postal Service delivered a torn envelope to my father that had all of his sensitive information, such as taxes, tax returns and social security information in it I will NEVER AGAIN use the USPS!! The mail man actually delivered a half torn envelope with mail missing and shoe prints on it! Ive NEVER had that problem with this UPS. And Ive been in there so much they know me know and are all very nice. The old man can come off as grumpy but hes really not, its just his demeanor. Ive never had an issue with anyone being unfriendly. Also I just went to another UPS location on Fairview and Linder because I was in a hurry and the gentlemen that helped me was rude, taped the box together horribly and closed the top awful as well. Horrible service, charged me $12 for putting a damn box together... I now know to always go to my regular one...

I sent my grandson the easter basket he asked for and it was returned 1 day before easter because they forgot to attach the posted label my grandson got nothing and hes 4yrs old, so i bet he thinks i dont love him.

I came into this location on 1/23/14 with my 2 year old son. I was instantly greeted by a very friendly employee. He was very kind and exceeded all of my expectations. Throughout our conversation, I found out his name was Jesse M. I had run out of packing tape at home and without any hesitation, he packaged my box for me with a smile. He gave my son stickers and a lollipop. I was just very pleased with his service. It has been a long time since I have had customer service like that. Thank you, Jesse. Well definitely be back to see you! You are awesome!Also, I have been in a few times before and there was a lady working. She too, was very kind.

I have used this UPS store with success in the past. However their have been personnel changes recently. I have tried to contact the ownership without success to complain about their employees.If you are unlucky to get the old guy that rests his head on his arm while he reads the screen be prepared to spend 30 minutes there. His demeanor is surly at best. He is glacially slow, will ask you the same questions over again, complain that you have sent too a lot of locations. What a jerk. Going to use other locations to get away from this grouch.

I have never had an issue with actually getting my shipments to their destination from this store, so 3 stars (a passing C grade, if you will).The staff though... man. Its usually impressively slow, which, to be fair, it could be the software interface they have to use. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt that their technology sucks. But I truly dread having to go in because Ive generally been made to feel that my presence is a major inconvenience to those working. I come in friendly, prepared with payment and shipping address in hand, and a compliantly-packaged parcel ready to go and yet what Im met with is cold, rude, and disgust. Im usually even freshly showered and happily caffeinated when I go in!Todays events take the cake for me... I have requested that my name and address are updated on no less than 3 occasions in at least 2 years. Yes, they have my name spelled incorrectly in their system and even though I ask that it be updated EVERY time I go in, they just tell me to remind them NEXT time and they will do it before I enter my information. I imagine its because they dont want to reprint the shipping label, but at this point, Ive asked several times and it just doesnt get corrected. My name is misspelled and the address printed as the return address hasnt been my valid address in several years. Its frustrating. And I only ship a few times a year, so Im sorry, but no, I dont remember that I have to tell you to correct my information when I walk in and before you start pulling up my phone number. You should be able to fix the information when you show me the printed shipping label and ask me if the information is correct and I inform you that it is not, in fact, accurate.After todays scowling and terse staffer handed me the printed shipping label without a word, I rewrote my name and the correct address on the label and handed it back to her so she could easily see what needed to be changed. Instead, she just slapped it on the parcel. I stopped her to ask her to change the information, to which she replied, Well if I change it now, I have to reprint ALL of your paperwork, so just tell us next time you come in BEFORE we print it all and then wrote FROM above my corrections on the label. (I should note that the paperwork was literally 1 shipping label and 1 waiver/disclaimer page.)At this point, I had 3 patient people in line behind me and family waiting in the car, so I just left rather than argue with this frustrating person.My parcel will get to its destination, but I can assure you that I will be going to a different shipping depot in the future because these people make the experience remarkably frustrating for something so stupidly simple.

I refuse to go back to this location. The old guy working there was mean and grumpy. I dont know if he is the owner or not, but he is driving the customers away. I am not sure if this will change, but for the near future I choose to go to another location

First, I will say the issue I experienced was not this store’s fault initially, however when I called in for assistance I was very rudely greeted and given very little assistance. I was given very short responses and it seemed as if the employee who answered the phone was annoyed to have to talk to someone. Everyone has a bad day, but it is unprofessional to treat customers like an annoyance.
