I used the services at the Postal Annex for the first time on Jan. 18th. What a wonderful experience! I was helped by “Anna” ( that’s the name on my shipping receipt, so I am assuming it is her name).I had a couple of very large boxes and one heavy small box. I was unable to bring these in myself, but “Anna” was more than happy to bring them in for me. She truly appeared to be happy at her job and her customer service was amazing!! I will continue using this Postal Annex. As a matter of fact, I am going there again today to send off a package. I also loved all of the little gifts and other services that are provided. They offer so much more than what their name implies. Great place! Thank you.

A young lady helped me there today with a return package. I didn’t get her name but she was kind and very helpful with this less than tech savy user! kudos to her!!!

First of all, Emily you are amazing!!!I stopped by to send a care package to a friend in Canada and Emily went above and beyond by helping me out. She took the time to make sure everything was in order. She and the other employees were super friendly.

This review comes strait from my heart... 2 months ago my brother in law died tragically and due to everyone being swept off there feet, all the planning of the funeral kinda landed in my lap. As some know, a lot has to be done and one of the many things I had to do was the funeral pamphlet! I knew I was running out of time to get 200 printed so I called around to places to see if they would have time to print them that same day... some said they couldn’t and some said they would “try but no promises!” Not what I wanted to hear but I was going to try so all of our family and friends could have this card with his picture and some great things said about him! Well I showed up here at Postal Annex in Meridian thinking it was the one that said they would “try” and it was the wrong place. I asked what time they closed and they said in 30 minutes. I started to panic and the sweetest lady (can’t remember her name) asked what I needed and I told her. Her and another gentleman said they would be happy to do it for me and would get them all done! They stayed an extra 2 hours on a Saturday to help me print them for the funeral the next day!!! I cried and told them how thankful I was because they saved me! It was a huge weight lift off my shoulders! They have always been great there but this one visit was extra special to me and I will always be thankful for that!!

Stopped by to pick up some stamps...they ran out. Seems like Im always being helped by someone in training. Takes forever to mail a package out. Staff is friendly but slow. Going back to UPS store on Meridian Road.

This is a great place to visit for all thing shopping Biggest bonus is they have staff to handle the busy times without waiting like some other places. Always friendly and helpful.

I had sold a few small items online and needed to quickly ship them. This location is close to my work so I decided to head in and get these items shipped. I was woefully unprepared to ship anything out. I didnt have boxes, tape or bubble wrap but I figured I would buy what I needed. I was warmly greeted and help choose the best packing options for what I needed. Not only was I helped with the packing materials they offered to pack it as well! They have won my business moving forward and I appreciate the easy shipping experience.

The staff there is great, very welcoming, personable, and aim to help in any way with shipping needs. Every time I go there is a very minimal wait and super friendly service. Also they have small gifts you can throw into those packages you shouldve mailed to your family last week... 😃

We were there on Thursday, 03.26.2020, in the morning. Anna is an exceptional and nice employee. However, there was an older blonde lady there who was both unhelpful and unfriendly. She really turned me off of this location with her attitude.

I bring all my mailing and copying to Postal Annex. I love the service I receive! Everyone who works there is pleasant, helpful, and goes above and beyond in service. I dont do as much copying now, but when I did, I made use of their special price day to get a great deal on color copies.

Use to be very fast and easy stop but now theres always a line of people waiting and usually only one person working in the morning. Definitely need more staff members to accommodate the customers.

Very helpful, intuitive, and professional! I wanted to internationally ship a picture frame with glass, thinking that it would break if I took it with me on the airplane as checked luggage. However, when I realized how much it would cost to send through the mail, I became discouraged. They told me not to worry - they would box and wrap the fragile frame in such a way so that I could take it with me on the airplane and it would definitely survive the trip, even if it fell onto the tarmac. They were right! When I arrive home after travelling on three different airplanes, the frame was completely intact, not even a scratch. I was very impressed with how they packed and prepared it. I felt like they really wanted to help me in my specific situation. I highly recommend PostalAnnex+!

Told me they could ship out the passport application which was untrue. After filling out everything and getting photos taken which were $20 I now have to take the application to another facility to sign and ship out since they aren’t authorized. Misleading and a complete waste of my time.

The Postal Annex is a great place to drop off a package that needs to be sent. They were fast and courteous.

Had them send a package 3 days later i find out it wasnt sent went in and was told oh its still here but will go out today. Will never use them again. I ship alot of stuff. Guess will be switching to ups store. I had to make it right with my customer
