I really don’t leave bad feedback and I’m not even going to this time. Just minus a star as I know mistakes are made. My fiancé and I ordered a very expensive cat litter box (500.00). We have three cats & they are our babies so the money isn’t the issue. This box was huge. We live in an apartment complex and my fiancé gets a notification it’s been delivered. It hasn’t. You can imagine our panic. I ran around building to building and thank god I found it but I am floored that something so large and valuable a driver would not triple check an address. This is actually the second time this has happened but the value was far greater this time. Really need to work on checking addresses.
When I order something off of Amazon it is there on time, every time it says its going to be there. FedEx supposedly prides itself on being the speediest and most punctual service of all yet they cant even deliver my package on time even though FedEx is only 15 minutes from my house. I received no call and after waiting the entire day to make sure I picked up my package when it arrived on my doorstep I didnt find out that they were incapable of doing their job until after their store closed. Thats pathetic.
I had a very important package that missed the courier dispatch on a Friday, meaning it wouldn’t arrive until after the weekend. I figured I’d drive here just to see if I’d be able to pick it up, but I wasn’t optimistic. Nick at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He was able to find it in the back and give it to me. Huge surprise, couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Impressed with FedEx.
Only leaving one star because I cant leave 0. Terrible service, no delivery date given, my package has been sitting In Boise idaho in destination to nampa Idaho(30 mins drive from Boise)for 2 days. Any other company would have delivered it by now. WORST. SERVICE.EVER.
Call center lied about picking up package, sent me here after closing. No hours posted on building. Call magenta refuse to help customers. Supervisors refuse to allow customers to know who they are. This company is self serving, not customer serving. If they screw up, the do not make it right.
Fedex is the most irritating delivery service i have ever had to deal with. No time frame given so i can be home when they get there and when you electronically sign for a package they STILL dont leave it at your house. I never use them by choice but when I have the misfortune of a package coming through them its always at lease a week late because they wont leave it at my house.
Driver has made no attempt to deliver even though the package has been in Boise for 5 days. The package requires a signature and I am tired of waiting for a package that says its going to be delivered and never happens. DONT USE FEDEX they are behind the times. UPS is way better and always delivers on time
I am giving a one star because it wont let me give them a zero star. They said that they attempted to deliver my package. There was someone at my house all day. They never even opened the yard gate! Their drivers are lazy and dont even want to do their job. I called customer service and they said we are sorry. We will try to deliver tomorrow or you can drive the 2 hour round trip and get it at our office after 6 pm.
Ive been home all three times they attempted to deliver. No one rang the doorbell. There is no signature required yet they will not leave the package because they said my area might not be safe when I live in the safest neighborhood in America. Ive called for redelivery and they refused. Now they want me to drive to pick up the package 30 minutes away from where I live when I paid for delivery. This is super irritating to say the least.
Already overdue on delivery by two days, customer service has no idea when it will arrive. In the meantime, I have no bed to sleep on. At a minimum could tracking be accurately updated so people can accommodate FedExs schedule? It would be helpful not to make plans to be home for two days while you wait for no reason.
The only 2 times i have had something ordered and fedex has been the one to deliver it they never delivered it and when we call to see where our sons carseat we have ordered was they told us the driver delivered it to the wrong place and for us to take it up with the people who sent it. Being a former delivery driver i understand having trouble finding addresses but thats why people have cell phones now days. They are just morons who need to be fired
The best FedEx facility in Boise. The people there are far more knowledgeable than all of the other locations. Thats not a dig at other spots, they just seem to have their pro team here. The only hitch is that they dont do packaging there so you will have to have your box(es) ready to go/put a label on.
The worst service...no local number, no way to talk to the driver..falsely claimed he attempted service when I was here and he wasnt..national call service is useless. They expect you to just wait around all day without the simple solution of a quick phone call to coordinate a time to deliver. Terrible customer service.. apparently they dont care if you get your package or not. Just go pick it up yourself after hours because the delivery system is completely idiotic!!
The tracking info is bad. The app is hard to work with for package management by the customer.

Unpredictable tracking with limited information. Last package was delivered to the wrong place and current one Im waiting on wont even give me current tracking information what the hell is wrong with this company. I have to sign for a package that has expensive materials and took a day off work just to sign for it yet it still hasnt arrived. Give better tracking Im ok if its late but keep me updated please. If I can avoid fedex from now on I will.
The people were friendly and helpful. They were quite efficient in processing peoples parcels. Not a whole lot I can really say, the place is small but kept up and clean. No restrooms or other things. I found the experience quite pleasant.
The staff is terrific! Went above and beyond ensuring my package made it to Chicago by the next morning. Unbelievable!
I was ensured by HQ that the package would be here and held here on mon. It wasnt. Out for delivery that requires a signature... Im ensured it was a mistake and it would be at the facility tues ready for me to pick it up. It was on the truck... again... I was told you can meet the driver on the highway... really?
Worst customer service. This shipment center called me in the morning saying, there is a package for you and pick it up in a day or two. When I went there in the evening, couldn’t find it with my name. So, they made me go home and get a door tag. Driver never made an attempt and there is no door tag but I got tracking # from the sender. When I went back to this place in 30mins, I was told package was sent back to sender in the morning itself. And also, apparently, package was on hold at this facility for 10days. Why the hell you called me and said, please come before tomorrow night? Never had this issue with UPS.FedEx, please learn how to do business and what customer service is like from UPS or USPS. Else, you will keep losing business. Not just from Amazon but from everyone else.
Waited all day for a package I needed to sign for just to receive a notice in my email that FedEx attempted delivery but the business was closed. First: I am in a residential neighborhood. No businesses. Second: Nobody came to my door. I am home all day, and there was NO knock, no ring at the doorbell, and nobody came in my yard. Ok My dogs would have barked if someone came through the gate.I am pretty sure the LAZY driver just drove by, thought nobody was home because my car SITS IN THE FREAKING GARAGE, NOT IN MY DRIVEWAY, and didnt bother to get OUT of his truck. I NEVER have had any problems with delivery from: UPS, USPS, Amazon, OnTrac, etc. But no matter where I live, FedEx Always, Always, manages to screw up.Tried calling the store... you have to go through their 800 number. They give you the run around and the customer service guy I spoke to wouldnt give me the number to the Boise store, where my package is. All he kept saying was that they would attempt to redeliver tomorrow.I Wanted to speak to a manager at the Boise location to have them put a note on my package or with the driver that someone IS ALWAYS HOME!!PUT THE LOCAL NUMBERS ON THE LOCAL BUSINESSES! If I just wanted general info, I would call the 800 call center.Will never willingly use FedEx. And if someone has something I need shipped and they use FedEx only, I will shop somewhere else!

Had an urgent package that was supposed to be left on my porch but I got a door tag instead. Since I was leaving on vacation, this was a problem. The crew at this FedEx hub went above and beyond to help resolve the problem and I went happily on vacation with my needed items.
Used to be great service. Not so much anymore. Every delivery in the last year has been late due to “weather” hmmm 🤔 sounds like a lame excuse for lazy or unorganized work. But my husbands prescription deliveries are always on time 🤷🏼♀️. I’ll use UPS whenever I can. They are friendly and always hide packages when we don’t answer.
What a joke Fedex is! This is the second package that they seem to not be able to deliver. First one was on the truck for 3 days before I had them hold it in boise to pick up! Second package has been on the truck for 5 days with no attempt to deliver! Call the call center and they just lie to you! Fedex used to be reputable company. ......not anymore. UPS and Amazon have had no problems. My father quit using Fedex 2 years ago for the business and now I know why! Dont waste your time with theses guys! Use UPS or USPS if you want to get your package at all!

Very poor customer service. Extremely poor communication with customers. To the point you are made to feel that your complaint or questions are an inconvenience. NOT HAVING MY PACKAGES ARE AN INCONVENIENCE! So there is no accountability for these services. I will never use Fedx again. I would give negative stars if I could.

My package arrived Friday morning, and I specifically paid extra to have it here Saturday, but apparently the shipper chose the wrong service, so FedEx claims Its not due until Monday so my very important package gets to sit in their facility all weekend, instead of me being able to pick it up the day after it arrived. Im not sure how its acceptable to tell someone we have your stuff, but we got paid to give it to you Monday, not Friday, so you cant have it.

Location is small. Staff was friendly enough. The bigger issue is fedex forces you to call thier national number and jump through all the hoops before you have any chance at connecting direct to the local branch.It’s 2018. People don’t want automated service. Get with it Fedex.
Got a tag on my door that said I needed to sign in person for a package or pick up the package after 6pm at the Lockheed location. I work 9-5 so I wasnt able to be at home for delivery. I drive 20 mins over from Meridian to Boise to sign for the package. I get there, sign for it and the guy behind the counter hands me an overnight express envelope. The package is addressed to a different person in a different apartment building. Fedex never had anything for me. I express my displeasure to the guy behind the counter about being drug over 40 mins out of my way round trip during rush hour in 103 degree weather. He shrugs and says I apologize about that, Sorry.
When you absolutely positively need to know your overnight package is going out today, this is the drop off location for you! 😉

I came in to print some documents off my labtop. There was no station for me to transfer documents without buying a flash drive (Intenet was down). Unfortunately I only had enough money for my prints. I asked about treturn policy and was told I had 90 days but I was informed by Brent i couldnt return flash drive for if used in STORE only. Brent was very forcefull and unkind about my situation. I asked Brent if I can speak to a manager he smerked at me and said he was.I did eventually make it to staples and of course they had a in store flash drive!
