Girl at the counter couldnt figure out how to turn on an insurance replacement. She turned off my currently working phone and refused to turn it back on. My bill is paid, this is not how you treat customers. Now ill need to locate a boost store with relatively adept employees because this isnt the spot. Thankfully the BBB has a tendency to settle these matters expeditiously.

Amazing customer service by Leila was very helpful answered my questions and very knowledgeable was able to sync my contacts on my last phone and was able to get my contacts on my new phone with my google account. As well my kids are happy with there new phones as well. Leila thank you so much for all the work you did I appreciate it so much!!! Your the best!!! Thanks for helping out my baby brother getting his iCloud account on his new iPhone I know it was a bit difficult but you know what you were doing! And for the lady visiting from California please let the manager know how you were rude with this lady and threw in her face that in CALIFORNIA you don’t pay for the SIM card or activation fee she was professional and explaining to you that you were going to be charged. You were upset because you didn’t get it your way sorry to say but here in IDAHO we customers pay for our things even if it’s a SIM card. We were customers being helped not friends horsing around and taking this young ladies time. Thank you once again Leila you have been so helpful and the best!!!

Visiting from California and needed to get a SIM card for my son. The lady working the closing shift was very rude. She was cussing and reminiscing with friends when I entered the store. I waited 15 minutes to be waited on while she talked with her friends. She was very unprofessional. I did not catch her name but she had dark hair, not to tall, acne.. is all I can remember of her description. She did not attempt to help me in any way and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I’ve been with boost mobile for 6 years and I’ve never had an issue with staff or customer service. This young lady needs to be trained properly.

The lady at this store really helped determine if I want to make the switch, I did not at the tine but most def going to come back when I do!

I chose to not get a phone plan here. However if I ever do switch, itll be to this carrier. The staff was very nice and very convincing as well. I appreciate how they didnt push it on me. They just explained everything thoroughly and politely.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Why have a smart phone if you cant do what you want. It takes 20 minutes to load one page. Boost mobile sucks.

I bought a case for my Moto G6 within a week it cracked where you insert the cord to charge leaving a sharp edge. I took it back to store to exchange it, they wouldnt do it. And of course, no refunds either. $32. Down the drainThey Dont back their own product!!!!!
