They sent me an email downgrading my phone to $10. The following was at the bottom “If you disagree we will make arrangements to return the item(s) to you.” The phone was never returned.

Never sell your device to these people. They lied!!! My phone was in mint condition. I hardly used it. I double packed it. They said it was broken. Dont trust these thieves.They want to rip you off. They dont care about you!!!

I sent a mint condition phone, restored to FACTORY settings, and was told it was locked in google and was downgraded to broken. My offer went from $400 to $100. This site is a joke and waste of time. I better get my device back the way it was sent. How is this place still even in business?!

Sent my phone is as mint, it was downgraded to good based on some scratches i didnt notice. The good price was still a good price though received my paypal payment promptly after that

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I sent a mint condition phone and they claimed it had wear. I took pictures before it was shipped. When it was shipped back, of course, it was still mint. They downgraded my offer and expected me to accept their revised offer. I had them send it back to me. Just like how other reviewers have stated, they are an UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNFAIR, and HORRIBLE business. I may consider reporting them to the BBB since they are no stranger to ripping people off!

Got paid for my phone within 2 days od them receiving it

Took my flawless phone and said it was scratched to offer me less. Sent it back with the back scratched up from sitting on a counter or something. They went through iphone setup so I know they had it out. The phone had never been out of a mous case since opened and sent to them. Also returned completely covered in greasy nasty finger prints. Stay away from this place.

Update: My first review stated that I hadnt heard back from the company in six weeks after sending in my phones but they had been trying to reach me. All the initial emails that I received (and the one I received today) from this company went to my main inbox, but the follow-up emails the last six weeks went to my Spam folder. I dont like that they reduced their quote after receiving our phones because both phones had been in Otterbox protective cases since they day we received them but the reduced offers were not bad at all. Im just glad everything worked out.

Just sent my samsung phone in was in good condition and got a message back it was broken and had a burned in screen so they could give me less. Dont send your phone in to these people.
