They were quite nice about answering questions I had about my account.
Went got a new phone I love it but,I went to getthe 50 no bull prepaid plan and thought thats what I had but did not.my total bill 77.00 per month was told on auto paying would save 10 each month.but that was a lie also.they promote the new 5 gphone like its the best however I live in a bad service area an cant use my phone and internet at the same time and rarely have service.wish I never went to cspire
The customer service at this location is so terrible. Three associates working with one customer. Customers that are waiting get up and leave then the associate smirks and say have a nice day. I’m glad my services are elsewhere.

Great store! The employees go over and beyond to help you. Every time Ive been in the store at Bonita even if they were busy or not they were very professional and helpful. By the way the store looks fabulous!
C spire were very helpful when I got waited on. The only thing I didnt like about C spire you have to wait along time to get services. Its ashamed an hour to paid a phone bill or check out your phone. C spire need more help today not tomorrow!!

Rude and annoying! I purchased a new device yesterday, but was unable to transfer the majority of my data bc my old device wouldnt hold a charge. I finally got my old device working, and excitedly went to this location to complete the transfer, and the girl wanted to charge me $20 in top of the $200 plus I had just spent YESTERDAY! I understand if it was just a walk off the street needing to transfer, but Ive been a loyal customer for YEARS and just bought the device YESTERDAY! 😤 Good thing CS calmed me down when I called to drop my 4 contracts, I will never use the Meridian location again.

The internet will not work or is very slow if you go out of state. If you Call tech support, they say it should work out of state, but it does not. Im switching to att.
