I bought my first mattress from them using their computer technology and Ive had it for a year its the best mattress Ive ever had. I had to come back and get one for my full bed in the guest bedroom its such a good mattress. They take care of me every time. My back has never felt so great with the mattress I got. Its, a 2.5 on firmness it is very comfortable.

Recently my husband had an emergency surgery that resulted in him being temporarily blind.We learned that if he slept in an upright position, he would recover more quickly. We did not have a recliner or any place to put one. We did have a mattress that was getting old, so we started shopping around for an adjustable bed. We found the perfect mattress and bed at Mattress Land.Casey was very helpful and sensitive to helping my husband navigate the store. He was able to clearly explain the differences between the bases as well as between mattresses. Within just a few days, the adjustable bases and Mattresses were delivered to our home (a split king setup of two twin XL).I can honestly say that out of 3 past mattress purchases, this is the only time the mattress turned out to be right on the first try. The bases are quiet and programable without having been as expensive as some that have the same features.The people who delivered and set up the bed were Mattress Land employees. They knew the products, set them up efficiently, were professional, and clearly cared about their customers. Everyone I dealt with from Mattress land had a great attitude. I would recommend them.

Update - Received a call and I think we have everything figured out for now. So far so good.My husband and I got a split king adjustable base mattress. We were happy when we got it and it came in a timely manner. After having it about 3 weeks, my husband turned over in bed and the entire mattress and base flipped pinning him between his dresser and the bed. I had surgery on my shoulder 2 months prior and was difficult for me to help him get unstuck and pick up the bed. The next day I went in to request an exchange of mattress from a split king to a standard king. Also requested to return the bases and exchange for a box spring. I spoke with Casey who told me there is no issue with replacing the mattress but bases have a no return policy but would talk to upper management because this was a unique situation. Told me he would order the mattress that coming Sunday and get it coming and call me Monday to let me know the determination on the base. I have waited almost 2 weeks and have heard nothing. Called today to check the status and was told the mattress was not ordered for replacement, they were going to charge me $145 to exchange the mattress and I would have to take another half day off work to sign paperwork as they cannot exchange without my signature. I am waiting to hear back from Casey as the communication and customer service has dropped completely since the beginning of this.

I don’t think I’ve ever liked (and appreciated) ANY salesperson across ANY category as much as I do Casey. Most likely that’s because first and foremost he’s an exceptional person. I would give 10 stars if I could, me and my wife went to Demyer first the mattress we wanted was two hundred dollars cheaper and Casey at mattress land matched that price and threw in two cooling tempurpedic pillows in for free. Plus he had one in stock where Demyer had to wait for new stock to come in and that was going to take about 4 weeks. Plus Demyer only has a 30 day exchange policy, where mattress land has a 6 month policy and Demyer makes you use a special cover for the mattress that costs you more. So to say the least, we had a great experience at mattress land, they also deliver for free even to us in Emmett. go see Casey, he was awesome and down to earth. He also recommended a furniture store for us to buy a nice mattress frame where again we got treated very well and by using his name got 10 percent off our purchase. Over all it was a great and easy experience.

I was looking for a mattress for my father that was moving into assisted living. The staff was very knowledgeable and super nice.. A plus they are a local Idaho mattress vendor and have some amazing veteran staff. Their prices are great also.. Great experience. Unlike several other mattress stores, the sales rep in Meridian was straight up about pricing, service, warranty, delivery & setup. There wasn’t a big negotiation or attempt to up-sell everything like, “you must buy OUR pad, or we won’t stand by what we sell.” No extra costs and delivery was included for the mattress we purchased. So much more genuine. It’s always better to have a sales rep who gets in step with the customer and becomes a companion buyer interested in the customers wants & needs. Very good experience. The selection on the floor is great as expected with a large mattress company. What really sets the store apart is the sales team. They greeted us and gave us all the information we needed and helped us select a great bed. They were able to do so while still giving us our space. I was expecting a car dealership type atmosphere but what I got was a comfortable shopping experience with good expertise.

The big retailer whose name begins with a W promised mattress delivery on my move-in day but failed to deliver (delaying the delivery by one whole week).
