I’m all about sales and not paying full price and she was able to find me a mattress that was 30% off and a full adjustable bed frame on clearance for 50% off. I ended up paying what I was expecting to pay for a mattress and box spring but i got so much more for my money. Had it delivered today and the three delivery guys were prompt, polite and efficient. First night with my new bed and I absolutely love it-even went to bed early! Would recommend this place for sure.

I purchased a mattress in July but the store couldn’t deliver in time so I had to cancel the order. My account was charged and I’ve tired every avenue to get my money back but the stores have been very Uncooperative in particular a sales person or employee named Wendy who was very confrontational and rude I spoke to her twice and the manager was supposed to call me back but never dead I called back again spoke to Wendy and she told me there was nothing that could be done from the stores and to get my money back and that I should just file a fraudulent claim through my bank so now I get to deal with going through my phone is less attention and filing a fraud claim to get money back for an item that I never even received complete waste of time horrible customer service I would never purchased anything from them again

I would have liked them to bring the mattress in and set it up but while the delivery was free, the set up was quite expensive so I passed on that. Otherwise the mattress was on sale and I think I will be quite happy with the purchase.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Meridian. We showed up at 8 pm and the salesperson, Sean, had just locked up and was pulling out of the lot in his truck. He could have easily driven past us without our ever knowing he was the salesperson. Instead, he turned around, invited us in and stayed for another two hours. We were able to take our time exploring all of the options and ultimately bought the perfect bed. Financing was hassle free and our bed will be here within two days. Highly recommend.

We had a very positive experience at Mattress Firm. We worked with Sean, but found both representatives to be very professional and very pleasant and fun to work with. Sean had extensive information that was very helpful in making a decision. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was I had asked to set us up for a sale, but give us the night to decide on which mattress between plush and firm, so I could do more research to make the best decision. I told him I would call him in the morning with our final decision. He suggested what he thought I should do instead, and I felt talked out of my choice. I really appreciate when our decisions are heard as customers and would have much rather had that night to make the decision.

I was looking for a queen size mattress for our guest room and went to a couple big name furniture stores first and couldn’t find one under my budget along with a reasonable delivery fee. I found Mattress Firm close by so decided to pop in and see what was available. I was a little apprehensive thinking I was going to get a sales pitch and that didn’t occur at all. My sales guy was personable and easy to work with. So due to his great customer service I purchased a mattress and got a discount and free delivery. I definitely recommend Mattress Firm and will do more business with them.

The delivery men were very kind and professional. They were very aware ofall hazards (night stand and ceilingfans) and work around them carefullynot to break anything. The old mattresswas removed and the new one wasinstalled in less than 10 minutes. I wasoverly pleased with how fast and carefulthe men were. I would high recommendpaying the extra money for the deliveryservice. It is highly worth it.

My wife and I have bought from this location before. We went in there this afternoon looking to purchase an adjustable base for my 80yr old mother who is ill with cancer. Came in for some pillows and was totally worried about a sales cult culture but had the best time! Super friendly staff. Patient and thorough. Knew so much about bed and accessories that they perfectly fitted us for pillows and we left with exactly what we came in for and at a great price too. I received a great deal on a floor model from Justin.My favorite part was that I wanted to start with the lowest price queen mattress, and he did exactly that. He showed me that and the next one up. As I was deciding, I asked about the sale and then I said, “Upsell me.” He went to the most steeply discounted ones (because the new models were arriving) and showed me two. I was moving to New Jersey from Idaho for a new job and needed a mattress. I walked into this Meridian store fully expecting that I would have to take a picture of the mattress I liked best and then order it from a NJ store when I got there. But Scott at Mattress Firm did me one better! He worked it out so I could order the mattress in the Meridian store and have it delivered for free to my new place in NJ on whatever day I wanted — so of course I chose the day I was moving in. Delivery came as scheduled and was super quick, so I didn’t have to sleep on an air mattress at all during my move! Would definitely recommend this store.
