After calling around and even going to several other mattress stores I felt defeated. Mattress Firm was great! They gave us 4 months to make sure we like our mattress. Delivered day after we purchased. Eric and Alex were quick and very respectful when they delivered. They hauled away our old mattress. I would buy from mattress firm again.

Each time I have been in this store it was a good experience. The staff are attentive, knowledgable about the product and are very helpful. I bought a pillow now and it is more comfortable and cooler than my memory foam. Your sleep has a lot to do with your stress levels, health, and over all mood. Its definately worth stopping by the store to try out these incredible mattresses.

Needed a mattress for a guest bed- this location had great service. They got me in and out in no time and the mattress is great. Fair prices. Only downside is that it’s a little difficult getting into the store and it was also tricky getting into the warehouse nearby to pick up my mattress with a rented delivery truck.

The deals were unheard of, the customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever had before, and the quality of their products are amazing. Spencer was amazing. He told us what they had and he didnt hover nor was he pushy. He let us test some mattresses told us what he thought was best. We were not going to buy today but he made us a deal we couldnt resist.

The store was fine but, the delivery people were rude, and now I have been waiting for the refund of set up fee 3 weeks now. The delivery didnt complete their jobs. The store promised a refund, and 3 weeks later I have nothing still. Im not happy.

We wanted an inexpensive mattress for our spare bedroom since it wont be used that much. Mattress Firm had the perfect mattress for us at a great price. They even gave us a discount. We are very happy. This actually was the third mattress we have bought from them.

The guy who helped us was super knowledgeable and experienced in assisting people with health issues. He was able to read my sister’s body language as she was not in a great mental state to describe what she was feeling. He worked to ensure we had the right fit for her and not trying to sell us the most expensive mattress. I highly recommend this store.

Got a really great value on my king size sleepy brand bed. The only down side is its basically a 20 day delay on me receiving sed bed I got a really good deal on. So I like the first part Not a huge fan of the wait but well see if the bed is worth the wait.

So I contacted the local store and they were able to order it for me and save me money by having cheaper accessories, not listed online.We will definitely buy from these guys again!

We were in desperate need of a new mattress - the salesman was very accommodating and respectful of our budget and gave us the best financing options that would fit our needs. Within 30 minutes - yes - 30 minutes we had found a mattress, gotten financed and picked up our new mattress at the warehouse. It was extremely fast and easy to pick up, and the mattress itself was rolled up and tightly sealed and were able to fit it in our little Infiniti without having to go home to switch to our other vehicle to pick it up when we realized we could pick it up the same day! Will be returning for further purchases.

Ryan was a great help. Listened to what we wanted and gave us comparables around that. Didnt try to push anything outside of what we asked or out of our price range. Made the effort to find us the best price and take care of us.

Visited this location physically and ordered by phone. Also ordered a mattress, box spring and frame online. The sales associates at the store were very helpful and professional. The problem with all our orders had to do with false information regarding deliveries and if the item was even available. We had to initiate the process to find out what was actually going on. I will not purchase from them again.

We had called the Nampa location and asked lots of questions about different mattresses and the guy on the phone was very helpful. He told us that going into the Meridian store would be better because they had more of what we were looking for. We went there and had a great experience shopping with the district manager in the store. He helped us narrow down what we wanted and showed us several options. We walked out with a mattress I think we are going to love. I highly recommend these guys!

I’ve really been in need of a bed, finally went to look at some and found myself scoping out mattress firms selection. Was promptly greeted and asked questions to gauge my proper fit and firmness. All you people had better hope that something doesnt go wrong. They DO NOT stand behind their warranties. I had a box spring break after 6 months. After the annoying warranty claim process, where nobody actually talks to you in person, they refused to fix replace my box spring under the pretense of that the frame was not right for it. Its a wooden frame with cross members that I had the same type of box spring on for 15 years with no problem. Theirs just didnt hold up and thats the bottom line. I did give both corporate and Ryan separate emails that I would post a review if they ignored me, and they still didnt care. Shop somewhere else.They are only interested in getting into your wallet and then heading you out the door. Not professional.

Ryan is one of the nicest non-sales, sale persons I think I have EVER met. We found what we were looking, and he checked to make sure we were getting the best price available online. The mattress was perfect. Plus the pillows were fantastic, we even bought extra. Again what a fantastic Store Manager Ryan is!Even if you just want a FANTASTIC pillow for a unbelievable price, stop by the store.

Ryan, the manager, was professional, friendly and helpful. He answered my many questions with confidence and care and when we chanced upon something he wasnt sure how to answer, he took the time and trouble to recheck his information. I rarely give anyone five stars but in this case Ryan earned them. I look forward to dealing with him and other staff when my mattress and adjustable bed arrive and when I buy other mattresses and frames in the future.

It was great from start to Finnish. I had the most polite salesman named kyle that was professional and polite. I usually shop around then return to the store i prefer but i felt so comfortable and informed i couldnt walk away. When my bed was delivered the men showed up with smiles and handshakes. They offered to help me return items to the original place that i had to move due to bed delivery. I am so happy with this store and the employees.
