I went in for a new fridge. Bob P. In the appliance area was awesome. Very helpful, listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect new refrigerator. He offered suggestions and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend him if you are looking for new appliances.

The fact that I had to wait for almost 4 months to actually receive my new dining set makes my review a little low.My salesperson Kim Williams was great!!The delivery was great! The store was very busy on Labor Day but there was a good amount of associates on the floor attending to all the customers. My wife and I was looking for bed sets and a new printer. Non of the bed sets caught our attention but we did find a copier that we like and bought. The young man that helped us was nice and informative. The buying process was quick and efficient. It didnt take the warehouse very long to bring our copier out and we were on our way. Satisfied customers.
I love RC Willey! I ordered a couch last year, delivered to McCall and everything went very smoothly. This year my order was for a cuddler. We had visited the store twice to look at it. When we ordered it, we placed the order by phone. All went well and it was delivered a few days later. What blew me away was when I was called a few days ago and the salt lake store said I had a credit rebate from the first couch that I bought. They had the wrong address and the coupon was returned to sender. She proceeded to deduct the amount of the rebate from my open order (the cuddler) and then also refunded me the membership fee because she noticed that I paid the same fee 8 months ago. Honestly I would have never noticed. So I was refunded $110.00 and I was so happy. The integrity of this company is unmatched and I am continually impressed by the caliber of people that work there as well as the morals of the company itself. I will definitely be shopping here again! Thank you to all that helped me!
Bought a dishwasher and they had a bread maker as a promotional item for 20.00. I was super excited to use it. When I went to use it the bread maker didn’t work when I tried to use it the first time so I called RC Willey and they wouldn’t do anything because it was a promotional item. I still spent 20.00 dollars and the product didn’t work. I’m disappointed. I buy a lot of stuff there and it normally is great but this time wasn’t so good. :(

I had two wonderful experiences with RC Willey recently...one with Ken Price in the furniture department, and one with an awesome flooring rep, Troy Cooley. What an incredible experience!! I felt like I was his favorite customer that had ever walked through the RC Willey doors...when in reality, I am certain he treats everyone as well as he did me. His customer service skills were 110% and scheduling the installers couldnt have been better, then followed up more than once to see if I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend him and RC Willey to anyone looking for home furnishing and especially flooring. Well done!
This will be the last time we purchase anything from this store based on our most recent experience. I would consider ourselves loyal customers as we have purchased appliances/home furnishings from RC Willey for over 15 years and have spent close to $40,000 at this store.We recently purchased a bed set that was in stock, upon delivery, the footboard had a defect, and they were not able to assemble the bed and they advised the replacement would be delivered the following Saturday, 10/30. On the day of the scheduled delivery, we received a text that the truck would be at our residence from 10:45 to 12:45. At 1:30 we contacted the store as they had not arrived yet, we were advised the truck was out for delivery and we were the 9th in line for the day and would be there soon. At 2:30, we called the corporate office and to our dismay were told the delivery had been cancelled. After numerous calls to/from the store and corporate, we were advised that the replacement was damaged, it never left the store as a result. We had wasted an entire day waiting around when we should have been informed from the beginning that they were not able to deliver it.With great frustration, we went to the store and a supervisor spoke with us, we were advised there was a communication issue with our order and offered a $120 credit, our replacement would be delivered on 11/4, they would call if there were any issues. I called the store at 11:30 this morning to get an update, the recording says 45-minute wait time but you can select a call back, I selected this option and as of 2:45. I called again and now was told the delivery is set for 11/6 because they could not verify our address even though they have delivered to our address just last week. It is very clear that this company has no clue what they are doing but it seems the main issue is with the shipping department.The lack of communication and selling products that have defect issues demonstrate that this establishment has clearly missed the mark on adequate employee training and product quality, I would give Zero stars if the option was available. We were planning on buying a dining table set and furniture for the living room, we will shop elsewhere from now on. Do Better RC Willey, you just lost some good customers.
I was Pleased with the selection of refrigerators to choose from and found competitive prices! Alfonso the salesman who helped me was knowledgeable and gave me time to browse and decide which model would be best for us! The no interest for 18 months financing was an added selling point! I recently had kitchen appliances delivered and installed. Everything went great. Yesterday I discovered that the water line to the refrigerator was faulty and leaked positionally. Fortunately it wasn’t in the position installed. I contacted my sales person Eric and he had it waiting at will call for me today. Nothing could be simpler!

We went to RC Willey and not only did they have a larger selection but they also had a lot of their couches in stock and ready to ship within a few days. The customer service was great, nobody hassling us trying to make a big sale. We will definitely use them in the future.

RC Willey did a wonderful job! They were able to supply us with the induction range that we wanted while other places were telling us they couldnt because it was discontinued. They delivered it us (two and a half hours away) and installed it, all for $69! We are thrilled with our new range and RC Willeys stellar service.

We had an amazing experience! So lets start with why we picked RC Willey. 1. Huge fan of Warren Buffett, one of my idols. 2. When we lived in Kansas City we purchased all of our furniture from Nebraska Furniture Mart, another Berkshire company and talk about an amazing store, it is like an entire city block... I digress. 3 We are moving from 1800 Square feet to 3000 and needed quite a bit, furniture, appliances etc. and they had everything under one roof. 4. The sales team was amazing, very helpful, learned our style, advised wisely, and worked with another team member to get us the right appliances (the sales team specializes in different departments). Most of all the had patience, we changed our minds about 6 times. Cindy from Boise was our agent. She even helped via text and calls on her day off, and once on a Sunday I cant say enough about how dedicated she is! 5. Thus was a big one, we sold our home in Salt Lake in September, the new house in Nampa wont be ready until December, no problem, RC Willey will keep it all for you and deliver when your ready. We ordered a large table and chairs, couch, desk, book cases, refrigerator, washer and dryer, they deliver all of that for under $100! Did I mention there is a military discount? Yes, now that could be better but hey it is better than nothing. Could we have saved money by shopping around and watching for sales? Yes, probably but if you put it all together the service is worth the extra cost. Will we shop with them again? Yes absolutely, and I am going straight to Cindy!

Staff is great...but would like to be able yo work with 1 sales person for everything and have all transactions done in one spot. We had a fridge purchased with 1 person, he wrote up a ticket, asked if he could help with a sectional, he said unfortunately no. Had to put 20% down on a sectional that wont be in for a few weeks (couldnt use RC Willey financing, dont understand why). She rang up my credit card for 20%. Asked if she could help us in the clearance section. She said no...we just left the store because it was so much hassle then realized we never went to the counter to pay for the fridge! Now I have to go back to do that. Would have been a much better experience to be able to work with one person!!
Customer service is amazing! I bought counter stools but they were too high. So I returned and ordered new ones in the same phone call. Exceptional service. I bought 2 bedrooms sets and a dining room table too. Love all of it!!

We purchased a washer and dryer this past Saturday and were very pleased with the experience. The sales associate that helped us, Dennis King, was very patient and seemed knowledgeable about the appliances. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I am not a fan of larger stores like this but their selection to compare different models cant really be beat.

No tricks or gimmicks to get you to buy from them.Salesman showed us what we were looking for the backed away until we had questions about the product. He did not pressure us to buy anything. I have had issues with delivery, damaged goods, long waits, lack of customer service response to return calls even after repeated calls and wait months for replacement. So why do I give 5 stars? My go to salesman Brent bends over backwards to get things right for me. He takes his time gives great advice for choices and has patients for my 80 year old mother and her indecisiveness. Stand up guy deserves 10 stars for doing such an awesome job under todays conditions.

I had called and made an appointment with LEXX To get information and possibly purchase a new mattress for my future husband and I. At first we were told LEXX was not in that day, and I was quite disappointed. As fate would have it, we ran into Lexx while walking the show room floor, And we were so happy we did. Lexx spent much time explaining the various mattresses and automatic bases for the beds we were looking at. In the end we purchased what we feel, after his advice will be a great bed for our individual aches and pains. Excellent service to get me the microwave I needed right away. I had a wedding in 7 days with a house full of company on the way when my old microwave broke down. Luckily I had an extended warranty on the old microwave and was able to get a hasslefree replacement. Awesome customer support from sales and service departments.
This place has good furniture that is very overpriced. Sales people that lie through their teeth, and management that doesnt care if they do. About 3 years ago i bought a mattress, a certa. The mattress is great, if not overpriced, but thats OK, I enjoy quality at that expense.Well a few things raised some red flags with me when i bought this mattress. For example how the sales people at this establishment kept trying to pander 150.00$-200.00$ sheets. The same sheets you can get anywhere for like 40$ that have waterproof goodness for a fraction of the price. My mattress is still fine without one. The certa mattresses actually come with a protective cover by DEFAULT that you can take off and replace easily.The next red flag was an outright lie. I was told that certa mattresses had to have a flat surface to lay on. The woman trying to sell me the mattress was very adamant about how flat the surface had to be. Can not be bars, can not have gaps, She insisted. She pushed towards a 600$ box spring(lol its a box... ok? a box.) It doesnt even have springs. When i questioned her she went and Asked a manager and then HE came back and assured me she was right. Well, fast forward to a few weeks ago and I have my certa mattress on a very unflat 150$ bed frame with bars and gaps i found somewhere cheaper, a bed frame that I traded up from the floor.My bed was on the very flat floor because i bought into this lie for over 3 years. Its funny though, the intent of the lie was to get me to pay an extra 600$. But something stank to high hell and I wouldnt buy the box. I would feel stupid if it wasnt for very permanent google reviews.I wont be back. Hope it was worth it for a chance to make 100$ commission or whatever you give your sales people.
I was in search of a new vacuum cleaner and went to my go to store, RC Willey. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and personable. The young woman who helped me with my purchase was pleasant and efficent. The pick up was quick. Start to finish in less than an hour. I always choose RC Willey first!

I have spent several weeks looking for living room furniture. I convinced my daughter to go with me to RCs this time.. Several assistants offered help but I needed to get some ideas and finally narrowed down what I wanted. Lori approached us about that time and we asked her a few questions and she spent the next 2 hours+ finding just what will be perfect for my updated living space. He was able to get me the sales price, rebates and discounts. I was able to get on the schedule for next week delivery and was very happy about that especially since everywhere I’ve been, the appliances are back ordered 2 months or longer. I hate that I have to write this, but please be do not get a couch from here if you want it to not be broken. Spent $1200 for a couch that they have never fixed nor do they care to fix. I have had two delivery guys bring broken couches to my home and tell me they are going to bring another one and never came. I called multiple times in the past months promising that they were getting a new piece and never once got a call. I even spoke to a manager and still nothing has changed. This couch was worth $1200 and they dont even care to give you quality. It is now August and still I am stuck with a broken couch and this issue has been since last NOVEMBER. Almost a year and the worst experience ever. I even had one of the delivery guys tell me that the broken leg was bendable and that is why it looks that way. How embarrassing and unprofessional.

Our sales guy was great. The complete lack of service AFTER is unacceptable. Ordered $4500 worth of bedroom furniture. Have not heard a thing. Called in and after 30 minutes on hold, the customer service representative claimed she couldnt hear me and hung up on me after just a few seconds.Horrid service. I will be cancelling my order. I will NEVER shop at R.C. Willey again. Rostock in Caldwell Idaho has FAR superior service. I will be purchasing from them from now on.
Wayne was our sales rep that took care of us and he was wonderful as well as the follow up call.We are a little disappointed with the noise the fridge make and that we are unable to adjust the shelves.It definitely isn’t the caliber of refrigerator that we had. It isn’t a deal breaker.The 2 fellas that delivered our new fridge and set it up were swift, professional and easy to work with. They came earlier then planned which worked very well for our schedules.Thank you
Bob Pearson was outstanding to work with. He is knowledgeable about the appliances and listened to what we were looking for. I am confident in the final selection of washer and dryer for our new home. I definitely will work with him again for future appliance needs.

We ordered our furniture in March. We had to pay in full. Part of it was in stock but they would not deliver untill it was in in their wearhouse. We called them every month, they never followed up with us. This week when we called they said yes its all here. Thanks for letting us know. Its scheduled for delivery in October. We will see if it really happens.
Lonnie Noble, Sr., aka The Doctor, is a great guy to ask for here at the Boise store if youre buying furniture, a dining table, mattresses, grills, patio and any lawn care needs. Lonnie is not only personable and talented (just ask him for a poem, on the spot, and hell deliver!) but his interest in helping you is genuine and he will seemingly move mountains to help you get the item(s) youre looking for. We needed a pair of half-height twin bed foundations at the last minute and Lonnie understood our needs (87-year-old mom was coming to visit the next day--and shes too tiny in stature to reach a regular depth bed height easily) and he made it happen with a smile and style, holding the foundations for us after our call, sharing with us how we could sign up for email to get a purchase discount, and walking us through the purchase from cashier all the way to the pickup dock out back. What a fun experience! Bet not many people can say *that* about buying a pair of box springs! Thanks, Lonnie! Ask for Lonnie--you will *not* be disappointed!
I have never been in an RC Willey’s before and was pleasantly surprised when there was someone at the door greeting people and handing out coupons. I was hunting for a fridge and met Jeff. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure to buy anything. I noted the same fridge in 3 different stores were all priced the same. I came back on Monday because I realized the coupon was good for $75 off. I met Eric Foster who wrote up the invoice and got the delivery fee waived off and set up the delivery date. I like the friendly staff and walking around I didn’t feel like there was a saleman hiding in the shadows to pounce on me. All told I had a very pleasant experience
We went to browse, seeing what’s out there after not having new couches for 15 years. Currently we have two 4 cushion curved couches- we have lots of family over for gatherings! We weren’t sure we’d find anything to replace! And our room won’t work with L shaped sectionals! Ben happened upon us asked us if we were doing OK. We said not really we didn’t know if we were going to find what we needed and he asked us what it was we needed and all the important questions for what we were looking for. We told him and he said I think I have some thing that will suit your needs and he proceeded to show us the configurations of separate pieces like right hand end and left hand end and console, middle sections with reclining seats. They suit our needs perfectly and Ben solved the problem. Not to mention what a happy pleasant friendly non-pushy he is!
