I will say this. The Meridian Ms store has a great staff. They acknowledge you when you enter, they ask if help is needed then let you get to shopping. When you need assistance or help they answer the question thats asked, nothing more nothing less.Clean isles, and product organization is outstanding. No pressure to purchase, and they will not insult your intelligence with needless pressure selling. Shop here if you want a superior shopping experience. Outstanding. I wish they stayed open a little later, but for the experience when the store is open, you will not regret going in and experiencing it for yourself.
Was able to return a new computer that stopped working for a full refund, but they was not able to put the funds back on to the credit card. Best Buy puts the funds on a store gift card although we had the receipt in their computer system. Any business that I had returned an item with the receipt I was able to get my money back to do with it as I pleased, but not at Best Buy where they want the money to only be used at Best Buy.
Great service. We looked online to see if they had a game. They had one left and when we arrived it was still there. In and out very quickly

As far as the cashier and customer service desk workers were great. But the service I got from Geek Squad was not great I feel like I was being rushed even though I had an appointment and was on time and still had to wait to be serviced but the other employees kept checking and apologizing on his behalf
Purchased an open box Samsung Sound bar in excellent condition, priced at $314.00. Regular price at over $400. Was given 10% off the reduced price, and was also given a $70 Best Buy gift card to boot! Speak with Curt the customer service representative. Hes friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He suggested, I purchased a digital optical audio cable, to enhance the sound quality. Much better sound quality than using an HDMI cable. So far Im enjoying the sound bar, without any issues.
Got a new phone, and a better price than at&t was giving plus it didnt take long.

At Best Buy you get the best buy, the best timing and the best service. I placed my order Sunday and was told that it would be ready for pickup Thursday but received a email Wednesday saying that it was ready for pickup. I notified them via the Best Buy app that I had arrived and my appliance was brought out and loaded onto the truck in no time. Best Buy youre the best!
I had gone to 3 different places to get some photos and a video moved from my phone to my laptop. No one could help me, but 2 of the places recommended Best Buy. They were absolutely right! The young man at the door was friendly and courteous. He sent me to the Geek Squad. A very nice young man there helped me, and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I will definitely return to this business again!

Did curbside pickup.... In the rain. The associate was super nice, even though she was definitely getting soaked from the rain. Very quick on bring my order out even though there were several others there for pickup too.
I really didnt notice any difference. Quite a few people inside. Business is good in the south. We dont freak out so much like they do up north or out west.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a manager. He wouldn’t tell me his full name. Accused me of tearing up a product that was sold in that condition. He made it unbelievable that I waited 3 days to open the product up. Wouldn’t give me a refund with my receipt. He tried to make it seem as if he was doing me a favor to exchange for a cheaper product after o was told over the phone there was more in stock. I drove 40 plus miles to return and ended up treated like a nobody. I was told that’s not the deal we made. I didn’t realize this was deal or no deal I’m livid due to it’s my hard earned money that was used to purchase damage goods. He said I should have opened it before I bought it since the box had been re-taped. The product was suppose to be in new condition. I didn’t notice the box and plus they are selling the stuff curbside it’s not like you can pick your own item. I will never do business here again. I’ve patronized this store for years and never had problems like this. I work to hard to be accused of trying to return something broken. Joshua you are by far the worse person I’ve ever encountered in this store. Plus I called back to get a last name and everyone claims to not know it.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever in countered as we walk in it was 3 young ladies standing there asking people to sign up for a credit card she asked the white couple very nicely that was fine but when it came to us it y’all need to sign up so you ain’t got to spend all your text money very ghetto made me feel like because it’s tax time that’s the only time black people can shop an I work daily so I decided not to even shop with yal do to her greeting us the way she did the other two ladies looked at her like why did you say that she had orange looking hair was so upset I didn’t bother to get the name I just walked out this was about 7:30pm

Not many chain stores offer the personalized service and attention as Best Buy, Meridian. Associates are helpful and knowledgeable. Keemonica, the manager, goes above and beyond to assist customers, and she expects the same from her staff. She stopped what she was doing to help us last night, and she simply reinforced what I already knew. I would never shop for electronics, as well as many other items, anywhere else! Best Buy gave us an optimal buying experience.

I am beyond upset and would give negative stars if possible. I bought a TV before Christmas. It was supposed to be shipped to my house. (The shipping address was correct.). Because of a wrong phone number entered at their warehouse, the TV was delivered to the Best Buy in Mobile Al and sold to another customer. (That is what they say must have happened.). Best Buy has refused to refund my money or to give me another TV. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them and even drove 70 miles back to the store where the TV was purchased. I spent 1 1/2 hours there. Everyone agreed that I did not receive the TV but NO ONE can solve the problem. The best they can come up with is File a claim with UPS. I purchased that television while it was on sale and now that same set would cost about $100.00 more now. I want my TV. Why is that too much to ask? Do not even bother calling their help center. You will get employees that you can not understand and is located in Central America.I will never enter their doors again.
I went into Best Buy looking for a laptop, and my journey was intercepted by an HP specialist. The HP associate really educated me, and the knowledge he shared with me really helped me with my purchase. The sales associate was also attentive, knowledgeable and provided expedient service. I was looking to purchase an 11.5 in screen laptop for the purpose of being lightweight while traveling. Looked at many options on their website. It was easy to navigate and was able to find a great deal. I ordered it, went to pick it up, and was ready to go. The customer service reps were helpful and pleasant.
Bought a pair of Jaybird headphones on sale after a Best Buy employee found an extra box elsewhere in the store. The guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and very helpful. Above and beyond. We walked all over the store trying to find this one particular set of headphones. The employees name was Lawrence. Great job buddy!

Best Buy in Meridian is great place to pick up items that arent available anywhere else locally. Ive always had great help when I needed it. Im thankful that we have this store in our town.

Never again. Website said available for pick up. Waited called the store to be told they did not have what was paid for. Then told I had to wait days for my refund. It was not days to take my money. Never again will I order online or will I go in the Meridian Best Buy. Only gave one star because could not review with zero. Left me in a very bad spot. Third time in a row.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Merchandise/products are generally easy to locate and if you need help someone is always around to assist you.
We will NEVER shop at this Best Buy again! If I could give this store zero stars I would. My husband bought a set of head phones and upon opening them noticed they were cracked. With a receipt not even 30 minutes after the purchase time my husband tried to first exchange the head phones. They tried to say my husband switch the head phones and wouldn’t exchange them or refund them. They went as far as to check security cameras even though my husband had a receipt! All of that for them to end up refunding the money. The accusation and how they handled the situation is beyond me and has turned us permanently against Best Buy.

Without a doubt one of the best stores in the chain but needs to be upgraded on the selection of products. Needs to be the next model up in the chain stores. Having said I had a very enjoyable experience on this trip to the Meridian Store and look forward to returning there.

Not a good Best Buy. Its kind of trashy and dirty. The staff was not very helpful either. Everyone was looking for help, while the staff was playing on their phones basically hiding from customers.
The crew is very friendly from the time you step in the door. They will do their best to assist you.
