Items are always stocked on shelves, has frozen foods, 7 lb ice, basic school, hygiene, and cooking items. Line moves faster than most retail and grocery store! Only negative I can think of is that they dont have enough carts for people.

Obviously solid prices but 8 customers in line, 1 checkout attendant and 4 other employees putting stock on shelves. Could use better customer service to shorten lines.

My experience was above normal at this Dollar Tree. Although the staff was very low in number, the store was clean and was running efficiently. The checker was especially cheerful, welcoming every single person walking inside with, Hello, welcome to Dollar Tree and her attitude remaining pleasant the entire two hours I happened to be shopping. Some customers can be rude and short-sighted, but despite anything thrown her way, she was the best public service steward Ive seen representing a store in a very long time. Monica is the perfect representative for a business if you want customers to feel welcomed and appreciated.

Front staff remind customers over the Public Address reminder to practice social distancing. This is the first time any store has taken this step to stop epidemic of COVID-19 in Merced County. 99% of public fails to keep their distance relying too much on masks. I dont blame hospitals for not keeping up with case loads. If you refuse to protect yourself why should hospitals?You are responsible for your own life; dont blame others if you pay the ultimate price! Besides Trump is gone with his antics not wearing masks.

If only the carts are allowed out of the store..its difficult having to carry bags to the car with my arthritis and customers arent even allowed to use 🚻

This Dollar Tree store is big & has a lot of stuff. I stopped in to get some Epson salt, which they had 3 types to choose from, original, lavender & eucalyptus scented. I didnt have much time, but still I ended up buying about 7 items. They have many choices of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouth wash, tooth paste. Many kitchen utensils like ladels, whisk, pot holder, towels & spatulas. Lots of food, ice cream, cereal, candies, soda & drinks, household decor, glassware, frozen foods. I was definitely impressed with the amount of items & choices! There is a toy dept. & lots of party supplies too. The checker was very polite & wished me a nice day. I want to go back when I have more time!

Ugh ... People walking around all over the store without their masks on & Management refusing to do anything about it ... Some guy with his mask on his effing chin sneezed all over my companion ... Next call is to Merced County Health Department ...

Its a good store has a little bit of everything.

Went to the store in main street in merced and the cashier Grace wouldnt exchange some name tags tha I needed for my luggage. She was rude because I didnt have the receipt, but I explained to her that I didnt get one when I purchased my things because I didnt think that I was going to need one. I thought that the policy was to do an exchange without receipt. I was upset with the way Grace responded to me in front of the other customers. She was unprofessional.

As every other dollar tree is, its messy. Sadly the outside of the entrance doors smells like urine. Transients everywhere.

I just wanna say great job on wrapping the wafers in little packages all in one pack. Before that they used to be stale, but now that they are wrapped differently & now I can finally enjoy them! Also, you should have more options for face masks; regards as to a charcoal/clay mask.

Bought a few necessities... It was a quick purchase. Cashier was robotic. Rushing to get everyone through. Still nice, but very robotic. Always different employees. Never enough cashiers when theres lots of customers. Seems to be alots of this at all retail areas.

I hate dollar tree Service and paper bags. The paperbacks almost made me fall on my face because they have no handles so I have carry them with both hands and I cant see anything. So when Im walking to the car I tripped over a stump and almost fell just because I can see anything now. I have a boot on so its even harder for me. I think Dollar tree paper bag should have handles or shouldnt have paper bags at all. I think dollar trees Service is horrible. There know one really there to help you check out and when there is someone there there only one person. The line is all the way down the candy isle. Well all I really have to say. #yallneedsomehelp

Everythings 1 dollar how can it not be great

I had run in there to buy $117 worth of heavy soap only to be told mid transation that I could not take out the cart to my car. When I was leaving the cashier ran after me yelling that I cannot take the cart. I told her I would bring it back and she yelled that this is theft and I will be reported. I said go ahead. When I got back home I gave the CEO some really good feedback about this location and hopefully she will regret that day. This is aweful customer service. Who would in their right mind insist that a customer who purchased so much to yell at them and then threaten them. I think honestly she should be fired. Dollar Tree customer need good helpful friendly customer service not one where there is disrespect. I have shopped at numerous Dollar Tree Store to find professional employees all who RESPECT their jobs 100%. Here they are Lazy, cell phone addicts of employees. Bottom line if you need to use a cart, use it. Store should not sell if they are so concerned with cart theft. Or provide some other means to make it work for heavy loads.

Never had a problem with them if the item wasnt there they would get it for me by ordering them clean and responsible working people

I think they ONLY problem with this store, is trying to decide which things to buy. The GOOD news is though, that you REALLY dont have to since everything is on my a Buck or less!

Find this type of store a blessing you cannot buy many things these days for dollar. Staff is great too.

Its a place where no one should be without food, a child should always have a birthday, Easter Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving, xmas, etc… Thank God for dollar Trees and 99c stores cause there are so many families that are n need of places like these that are so affordable... Everything u ever want and ever need is among those two stores. And God Bless the well off and rich that have the nerve to even shop and show their faces there. Yes, u know who u are... The unfortunate (POOR) Could not even shop n ur stores, not even n yall thrift store if we wanted too!!! But we dont mine cause its plenty enough for all. That is an amazing store and lot of the things are at the regular store which makes it fantastic. I could never go n there and spend just 4 or 5$ its indicting. Horrible experience. The cashier REFUSED to unlock the bathroom for my child to use it. After 5 minutes of arguing with her where she lied about the bathrooms several times, another employee got the manager after I told my child she could pee on the floor and they clean it up.
