In the cut. Great place to shop if youre looking for a piece of mind. The store had a variety of things that I need needed and didnt need. The fruit & meat was fresh, the coolers were nice and cold, the people were friendly. Oh and nobody was laying in front of the door. Major plus.

The Dollar Tree has morphed into what the 99-cents Only store used to be (the right price for what-the-heck items.)Today, I see better items and feel that a dollar is a great offer for who-knows-what. Besides, the NOT 99-cents Only store has fewer items to purchase... and the Dollar Tree has more.

People were friendly and helpful, pretty organized and clean, parking was tolerable and for Merced thats a big plus! Great deals and lots of pet stuff!

Love this store, its close enough for a fast emergency run, but has everything for a weekly run. Ive gone for washclothes, triple antibiotic cream, hair ties, birthday cake, and dog food (not all in the same trip..lol) and always find that one thing I need. And affordable...i love this place.

They are like close friends to myself and my family now we go in pretty regularly now.

Remodel done recently. Now you can get your shopping cart over to the check out stands. Great improvement. I’m still learning where things have been moved, but really like the new layout. Great customer service!

Today at Dollar general I felt the most warm welcoming I felt like I was worth a million dollars because this store clerk named Judy from Merced Dollar general made it feel that way it was a great experience Ive never felt in any store that Ive ever been to and she had a top 100% customer service shes great nice kind very very knowledgeable of product and where the products are and how the store does ADS . Im begginning to love the convenience of this store at the edge of town. It has a lil bit of everything. Food, veggies, snacks, drinks, hygiene, houshold necessities & more. Even got a qt of motor oil once. Without having to turn back and head into the crazy 5 oclock traffic.

Easy in and out nice staff

From the begining...ive had to check my receipts in this store very carefully because they lie about their prices. Just about everytime i go in there, im overcharged for something and then when you take it back in to make them correct it, they have an attitude. Somehow i can walk out with just a couple bags for a high price everytime.

The great thing about this place is that everything here actually IS a dollar, unlike some other dollar stores. Wish they had a little more in choices but still very good. Employees always nice and helpful.

Like the variety of items from fresh meat and produce, frozen items, household goods, etc. One-stop shop! A bit worrisome tonite as a guy ran past me as I was exiting the store, he was carrying a hand basket full of items. A store employee ran after him but the thief had a vehicle with driver and door open so he could jump in and go, which is exactly what happened.

They pretty much have everything you need theres a few things I wish they would Kerry so you dont have to go to another store. Like dry salami more varieties of ice cream other varieties of dog food. But the guy that handles the freezer section that works there is awesome very knowledgeable and will help you anytime. And another guy that works on the floor thats really cool. I wish I knew their names right now but I dont have them with me.

Everything here may have a quick expire date butf if you are on a bugpdgest, are you really gonna keep a cupboard full of food just because? The meat is good, the produce selections are fresh and they have everything from mops, to books you movies. Why waste money shopping name brand stores when Dollar General is there?

Ok so I was going to go 3 stars but compared to its competition and other DGs this store is definitely above the average. Just know that this is not a big box retail, department store nor is it a pharmacy. I will call it an expanded convenience discount market. Just remember when you are shopping here.
