There was no karts for the customers to use we had to hold everything in our hands. I have been looking for a lots of differ product all over the city you had them I appreciate that. but the differs man standing out in front of the store you know make womens uncomfortable to walk special the guys that standing there look like they homeless are they just dont have a place to go . anything else you all had. I have to give you that much and the store was clean and it smells nice

There refrigerator floor units are broken, and l wish they had a better line of fruits and vegetables...l will start shopping at the store on Park/Get well...also employees need to keep their personal phone calling on their breaks or lunches!

They dont have food for your dog, the bologna is more expensive at save a lot that any other grocery stores, ya gotta pay for a cart and bags for your groceries. Its not conducive to saving allot. And they charge more for bread🍞. Ill never go back there again

The save a lot on Lamar at Airways is terrible. There were no shopping carts to put food in. You had to carry your groceries to the counter and cashier was not helpful at all. To prevent altercation with another shopper for skipping I just gave her a free pass and waited.

Employees should be TRAINED IN GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE a bit better! I didnt make you come work here YOU chose this! At least pretend like you like your job!!

Decent food for a cheap price. All in all a great store, but the lines can get long. It doesnt affect the customer, but security spends way too much time talking and texting on the phone.

Pathetic!!! Period!!! Heres WhyVisited the grocery around 3pm today Tuesday January 15First they have No Baskets Yes! No Baskets(in the parking lot, not in the store, very few). I wear a back brace and I had to walk someone to there car to get a basket.Second extremely rude cashier working.at the end register near the office. She was checking her cell phone. I told her my basket we hard to.push I have on a brace she said, we dont have baskets were in Orange Mound. She actually made Sav A Lot an orange mound look really bad. The worst service Ive ever recorded in my life..smh.. especially in the.times were living in. The company really shouldnt trust her she stated she didnt care...but she did when she applied for the job..
