Business is going down. The Chicken Salad in the refrigerator was made by a DIFFERENT PERSON! It was SOUP...THE ORIGINAL PERSON NEEDS TO ALWAYS prepare it!!! Hubert in the back please make the chicken salad! No one else! thank you! Owner of Garys on Getwell Rd. fire whoever made that SOUP chicken salad. Ugggh!

This place is awful. None of the original staff works there anymore. The new owners ruined the food . That great feeling of being at Garys is gone. I will Never shop or stop there again.

The old lady at the register is hateful and just assumed everyone in my house will not return there until you get shut down and someone with respect for paying customers that are respectful to you takes over

Well its just not the same anymore, wow I have to say this place used to be my favorite place to stop when ever I was in town the food and the service aint nothing like it once was, the people used to line up every day at lunch time to get a home style meal and it looks like those day are gone for ever, I went in for something to eat today and was very disappointed the food looked old and left over, I didnt even buy it and I will not be back, its sad I used to tell everyone how great this place was, its true it was a great place but not any more.

Havent been since the store was sold since the last owner made racist remark on Facebook and store was picketed was the last time I went I was told that they still have some of the old employees there that cooks so therefore I guess the food still taste the same

Food was delicious! Grocery food looked decent as well! They could pick up a broom & a mop sometimes though! Other than that nice people to converse with while getting service & did I mention good food? Check it out.

Breakfast and lunch served Monday thru Sunday. I love this place because its a one stop shop. I also like that they make tons of Dressing, ribs, etc, for customers to buy for the HOLIDAYS. Also you can shop for groceries at a decent price!!!!!

The food is really good but I guess they have new owners since I been their in 6 months or longer but anyway is not customer friendly at all. Wont look or speak at all, jus ring up your food and wont even tell you the cost. If I eva go back, Ill think I know how to be, no eye contact n no communicating n 3 stars only because food was good.

How dare the co-owner, Anita Rush, call black people monkeys! A very large proportion of the dollars you make comes from these same beautiful black people that you have the audacity to call monkeys. Lets see how much longer your store lasts WITHOUT these black DOLLARS!

A public apology has yet to be rendered for her offensive comments on Facebook as of today and she changed her job description from co-owner to stay at home parent. Take your business elsewhere!

I visited this place frequently on my lunch break. And it is always full of people. People that were willing to wait in long lines to order & to pay. People who have kept this business floating for years. People who, passed the word giving out free advertising. Im a supporter of customer service and employee relations. And from what I see, Garys Market will no longer have my support. The people has learned of members of upper management and owners- degrading,abusing, bashing, disrespecting, and racially showed social media your true feelings, for the devoted monkey like customers that supported you.#racism #threw your rock and tried to hide your hand...

GARYs has gone to the dogs. Today I went and they are changing the price of things at check out. People was returning the meatloaf it was under cooked. The workers are horrible. PEOPLE WE HAVE GOT TO STOP GOING TO GARYS .

First visit to this place, first impression was 😱, lol. I was like what have i walked into 😂. Workers clearly had a good relationship with majority of the customers, as can be interpreted from the morning banter, which i guess is a good thing, means people come back. Cafeteria style serving, you see what you like you select it. I went for breakfast many different options, if it wasnt available staff had no problem making more as long as youre willing to wait. Food was alright, with the exception of the potatoe cassarole it was FIRE..lol but i love potatoes. Overall good experience id probably do it again.

My money will never go to support this store or the other location. Learn to respect your customers and where they come from. Well take our money elsewhere.
