Too expensive.... nothing like the cool stuff from my past visits! Nothing pertaining to any music, such as THE DOORS or THE GRATEFUL DEAD! But thats just my opinion but the staff had door locked so we had to wait to get in & the staff wasnt very friendly!

I purchased a slide and bowl for $20. I came back to return it a few minutes later and no refund. You get better service from Target. Their prices are seriously inflated. You are better off going to Whatever. I would rate 0 stars if I had the option. I got 2 slides at Whatever for only $10. Seriously avoid this place.

This place has awesome stuff!!! Great scented candles & alot of cool things, like lava lamps, pictures, posters, cigars, you name it. Dont take the kids, but go check it out. Catch the owner there every now & then, he will have you cracking up with some of the stories he tells. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everyone I have taken loves it too!

Absolute dumpster fire of a shop. Passive aggressive staff, extremely overpriced and the manager is a joke and a dictator. There prices are double and sometimes triple of their neighbor whatever, which is a fine example of how a shop is run. Avoid this place at all costs. Be smart and choose whatever my friends.

And the really bad thing is that no one from Wizard’s ever even bothered to rectify said grievances with a single post. Great place for odd and ends you can’t find other places. Definitely caters to a certain demographic, but that adds to the charm.

Its serene in there. It smells nice, its clean but, theres not a large selection. They have a lot for a cute little place.

I am so disappointed in this new layout. Wizards went from a spectacular, mythical realm to barnyard chic and emojis for a pipe design. Im still befuddled that was my beloved go-to head shop I was so excited to show my friends.

Pricy, rude staff unless they know you or are under 25. Same stuff that every shop like it has in America. Nothing unique or new. People can buy the same items in a larger size or amount on line for less than half the price. With a lot larger selection or snotty staff.

Awesome smoke shop, friendly service, love the atmosphere & how they have it set up for decor... but needs to be a lil more reasonable on some of the prices but still over all 💯👍.

Wizards offers a nice variety of glassware, home decor, jewelry and tobacco accessories.Unfortunately, the staff are generally oblivious to the mere presence of customers, and have virtually no knowledge of the products they sell.Parking on Madison is awkward (dangerous); but, additional parking is available in the rear of the building - but youll have to walk all the way around the building to access the entrance.Wizards is best described as a novelty shop, since customers are left to browse with little to no attentiveness from incompetent staff.

Emmett is great, southern charm and hospitality with the right novel suggestion that was exactly what I was looking for and didnt even realize it until being offered.Shop is clean, neat, and well lit as well as vastly and variously stocked.

Horrible service I arrived at this place 15 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time and they had already locked the door. So Ive brought to their attention that their hours of operations and while standing there talking to the worker through a massive glass door, I was informed that the system crashed which I knew was a Fib. So I proceeded to ask who was the manager on duty and the guy with the massive gages in his ear lied again and stated that he was the manager which I find hard to believe because there was this woman standing in the doorway which looked like an office cutting her eyes towards me. But overall this was just very unpleasant and very unprofessional. You all need to get workers in thats going to value customers business and not just their checks! Unsatisfied customer!

Wizards is lucky they are getting a star. The only reason its not 0 Stars is because the guy that checked me out and helped me with my purchase was very friendly and willing to help. The other guy is a douche canoe. When someone is there to make a purchase, doesnt see said product asks you when you stopped carrying the product, the answer is not When we ran out. Especially when his co-worker gladly assured me that they will order more. Little fact for you, Wizards: I can purchase anything in your store on My Wish app for 5 to 10% of what you charge. In case you dont know what that means,Wizards, I can get that $50 piece for five bucks if Im willing to wait a month for it to show up at my house. I would prefer to support a local business but if they do not value my patronage then I shall spend my money elsewhere. So I guess you could say that my opinion of this business has gone up in smoke....

My name is Shane Kirkman Im almost completely blind I do not have disability benefits I receive some money for Christmas and I use some of it on hemp shampoo at Wizards I paid for my product they didnt hand me a receipt I live a hundred miles from Memphis and if I drove all whole way back and not remembered but I was testing him to see what they would do no employee of that place should be in management or dealing with money in the public they need to be on parole and probation and monitored and if theyre going to work somewhere they need to be under a true true for manager cost as them being independent they just stealing left and right thats wrong theyre going to be held accountable for it when they pass on I had to select 1 * terrible things to public the customers now I didnt plan this but when I realize he hadnt handed me a receipt I was just going to see how far they let me get theyre going to let me walk out the door I turned around and said wheres my product Ill be right back over to the counter before he got and he had it in his hand it should have been on the counter and when it has he had in his hand he should have said sorry when I took my step 2 walk off he should heres your product he didnt do that his intention was to its took me three hours nearly four hours to write this and figure out how to put a review on there I hope you all can understand that there might be some words in there you dont understand their sentences but Im not got that good of vision I had to select one star because they are nowhere near being a star they dont even come close or an inkling of beginning to be one I had to use a magnifying glass to write this it was extremely difficult like I was saying earlier I still have spent four hours writing this and getting my picture on there but the product they sold me I just done a under the magnifying glass thing on it and its it is hemp lotion its not even what I asked for the shampoo so they were just going to sell me that to make some money cuz they didnt probably have the hemp shampoo

Whoever shops here is clearly on meth. You can walk 2 min to Whatever and get everything you dont here. Courteous staff, decent prices, friendly people. They may be doing meth themselves, the way they treat people.

The shop is wonderful. Ive purchased pipes, incense, and lighter fluid from here. The owner is kind of rude though. You get the feeling she just wants you to hurry and gtfo.

So I go to Wizards thinking ( Im gonna compare with the other storees)I find the item I am looking for and purchase it.When I get home I notice it says, buy one get oneSo I call Wizards and this is what I am told by the store clerk after the owner put him on the phone to fade the heat, oh, thats just something they put on the can. So another words that isnt what it meant.Thats frigging absurd. Of course I am not stupid and rather then argue with the guy I just went OK.That guy just lost my business to a store two doors down and if that doesnt matter well they just dont get it!!! People who shop there are fools..

The staff here are pretty rude and the prices arent great. Just go down the street to Whatever if you want better quality, prices, and service.

This place is a well oiled machine

Abysmal staff and service. Ive spent over $1,000 in here in the past year on several vaporizers and accessories, and its always a headache dealing with their lazy, clueless staff, but after having to walk out today after having 2 employees just stop talking to me mid sentence to do something else, Ill never go back. A bunch of worthless space cadets working there, and Im not surprised to see so many other reviews noting how awful the service is.

I bought a rig here and spent over $200 when I got I was about to pull it out of package I heard it rattle so I knew it was broke. I called up there and they get an attitude with me saying it wasnt broke when they put it in the bag. No duh it wasent broke then because I wouldnt have bought it. The attitude by whoever works up there is terrible and they will never get my business agian. If I didnt live all the way in arkansas Id go see who that loud mouth was on the phone, bunch of punks work at this wizards.

I worked at Wizards many years ago. The owner was (is?) a psycho from the 7th level of Hell. Work/enter there at your own risk.

If youre going here expecting it to be like whatevers then you will be mildly disappointed. They have a plethora of items and many of the same things that Whatevers has. While Wzards is a smoke shop and does carry the pieces and accessories you would look for, they have way more novelty items and art.

First off I had to create a Google account to rate this place. I bought a monster pipe from here about a year ago and it just recently broke it so I decided to go back and give more business.. But they did not have anymore of the kind Id like and said they would order more . A month later I came in looking for a similar pipe and it didnt work so I was most definitely about to buy a water pipe but my boyfriend not knowing what the pipes were called.. The seller turned away from us. I am very disappointed and had rude service never going back again and will tell every connection I have how I was treated.
