I purchased my wife a $400+ (3pc)rose gold ring for our anniversary gold ring less than 30days ago. It has already turned her finger green. Very bad material, makes me wonder if thats actually rose gold. The color started to fade!The lady there also asked my wife a hundred questions, insinuating that she cause the her own finger to turn green. She wasnt pleased at all with the service.

My daughter and I went in to buy a couple of things and the black lady with the small pony tail pulled to the back wearing all black didnt have the best attitude at all. I didnt get her name I wish I would have, but she seemed as if she was tired or just had a attitude problem when assisting. The other male worker was slamming doors and just dry and dull to be working in such an upscale environment. I went ahead and made my purchase but never again at this location.

Place an order for a Harry Potter bangle bracelet in four charms and accidentally ordered the wrong size which I thought would be no big deal then the bangle bracelet never arrived in my original order so I reached out to customer service and was offered a refund which did not happen then I reached out a second and third time only to be told that the correct size item could not be shipped out to me the original item (which was the wrong size) would have to be shipped out so on the fourth try I was offered a refund again. I have never seen a company with such ill-equipped customer service and all of my years. Thanks for ruining Christmas Pandora!

Always a pleasant experience

Very friendly. Great people. Unfortunately they no longer carry Pandora in the store.

They only get the one star because google requires one. My boyfriend and I went in there because I wanted to get myself a ring, I walked in no one greeted us. We walked around for several minutes without being asked if we need help with anything. A white lady proceeds to walk in after us, and you know what happened next. I went to REEDS a few stores down and they gotten me taken care of right away. This was my first time going to Pandora, and I can promise you I will never be back !!

The very worse Pandora I have ever been to. My husband bought three charms and asked could they clean my bracelet. They said they cleaned it but its the worse cleaning ever. The bracelet wasnt that bad for starters so they had to have lied when they said they cleaned it.

Well mostly go to the.mall on sundays, and the crew is pretty nice very helpful.

The location and staff are great but the selection lacks... Style.
