Me and my wife have been waiting an hour at this store for help. We was approached by 2 woman that said we would have to talk to the other lady that looked to be printing off receipts that the customer had lost or something. I have no idea, but I do know that I have a ring that the top has fell off of and lost and this is very irritating since we have had to have this fixed twice already. Also little perturbed because we had to drive an hour and a half to get to this zales for this kind of service. Our Zales that we use was hit by a tornado so this is why we had to come to this one and I hope we do not have to come back. Service at this location sucks.
This is a great place to purchase your wedding ring. The sales associate are very helpful and ready to make your dream rings come true.
Awful experience!!! so far after we purchased a ring we have counted 3 lies the seller told us! we were told monthly payments of x amount and now they are taking it out weekly? and two fine print things they didnt tell us!! we will be returning the ring to find a person / company more honest!!!!!
2nd review:I call them a lot. They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!We purchased tennis bracelet for my daughter this past Christmas. We took it for it to be serviced because the clamp was lose. It’s been almost a month. I haven’t heard from them and they won’t answer the phone.I went to have my wedding ring serviced because my guard broke, they said the jeweler wasn’t servicing jewelry. How? When you all have my daughter’s bracelet?First Review:The worse jeweler. We special ordered a ring and it’s been OVER 8 weeks and it’s not back. I even went up there and they told me it would be back LAST WEEK!!My ring was supposed to have been back last week, his ring is supposed to be back THIS week. I bet his won’t be in this week.This was my first AND LAST time doing business with them!! I’m so irritated I don’t know what to do.
Went there just to see if they had a better band to fit my engagement ring from Kay jewelers and a lady name Mrs.Amy helped me so much. She was quick to the point but very lovely. And I bout two stackable bands from her over any other place I went to for the fact she actually listened to what I wanted and helped me. We will be going back to her for any jewelry in the future we decide to get!!
The women in the store are so happy to be helpful to the customers, They are always in a very good mood to help you out in any way that they can

This company is HORRIBLE... I got my husband wedding band here, I asked for them to order me a new ring as I did not want a display ring. Well you can guess what I got! Waited the same amount of time as for a new one and on top of all, the ring size was wrong. However, did not get to see they did that wrong until at the alter on my wedding day. How embarrassing to see it hit the floor!! The customer service is horrible in the store and on the phone! Save stress and money and go to any other place but here! Wish I could give less stars!
The staff here is awesome. You can give them an idea and they will come back with multiple options to choose from.
