Do not order from this store. Only half of my online order was fulfilled. I e-mailed multiple times and have not received a response. I called the number posted online and no one ever answers or has called me back. Ive requested a status update or refund and received no response.Update: Ive been fully refunded. Very grateful.

I placed an order for 3 puzzles on August 8. I received 1 of them on August 31 but have never received the others and the store will not return my emails. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Definitely would not recommend.

I looked up the information online. Hours on Saturday are 9-6. I called and went to door twice. I finally left at 9:40.

Please do not order from this store. Last spring, I ordered three puzzles. After sending five emails to the store, several months later, two of the puzzles finally arrived (in the fall). The third NEVER arrived—and, 8 months later, I never received a refund (the puzzle was in the $30 range) or even a response to my additional emails requesting one. It’s awful to get ripped off, especially when you’re the kind of person who deliberately chooses small businesses over the Amazons, etc.

Waited 6 months for puzzle.Owner does not respond to emails, I finally commented on Facebook after multiple emails to Darrel and was told item would ship December 1 or December 17th. It is now January 3 and no puzzle yet. Have emailed again and no response.

I ordered a face mask a month ago on the website and I never got a tracking number, asked for one at least 4 times and never got an answer! I don’t know where my order is. So disappointed

This business has an online store front. They charge your card and then never communicate when your order will ship or actually arrive. Ive left phone messages and sent emails that go unanswered. They have had my money for over 6 weeks and all I get is radio silence.....
