This was my first time getting an Edible Arrangement for someone and I had a Fantastic Experience. Mrs.Vie took her time to help me send an arrangement in another city. She helped me figure out what I wanted, answered any questions I had, helped me with a coupon and shared with me how everything is done and the next steps. She was so patient, friendly, kind, and professional. I definitely will be going back for more orders. She made the whole process easy which was a load off of me. Thanks so much!!!

I ordered twice online in the last few months for delivery from this location. The product quality was excellent both times and so well received. (It’s a great option for gift-giving when you don’t want to burden people with more “stuff.”) I wanted to especially write a review tonight because the delivery driver, Sarah, went above and beyond to get my mom’s birthday delivery to her. My mom’s address sometimes maps wrong depending on the GPS program in use. That happened today. Sarah contacted me at the cell number I left in the order. She had already been looking for some time and patiently talked with me on the phone trying to figure out how to get there until she made it to the right place. Instead she made a big effort and saved the day. It may seem like a small thing but not being able to be with my mom on her birthday, Sarah’s efforts made a big difference for us. Also whoever prepped the fruit bouquet and cheesecakes did an outstanding job. The snacking had already begun when Mom called me and it was declared delicious. I highly recommend this Edible Arrangements location!

Horrible location, really makes edible arrangements brand really look like a company that does not put out good quality products. Came in to get my order today, after ringing the bell, the store manager rushes to the front. I told her I had a pick up order, she takes it out the fridge and slams it on the corner. I dont know what all the attitude was about but this lady is very unprofessional. I look at the order and it all thrown around and looks sweated out in the plastic wrapping. I ask her could she fix it, she responded that she could only fix the number 18 in my basket or give me a refund. I told her I wanted what I paid for because this looks nothing like what you advertised and I ordered. She than repeats the same thing. Finally she agrees to fix it. She Comes back to the front to give me my order this time with a nastier attitude. Lady are you serious, so whatever is going on in your day or personal life you just take out on random customers. Never using edible arrangements again and I have used this company several times just not this location. The chocolate dipped fruit I could really tell a different kind of chocolate was used and it tasted so weird. A waste of almost $100. Beware of this location. I would not recommend.

I placed an order for pick-up a few days in advance. On the morning of pick-up (nearly one hour after it was supposed to be ready), it wasn’t. I was brushed off upon arrival and told it would be a 20 minute wait. No phone call from an employee letting me know in advance that it wouldn’t be ready on time. No apology when I arrived. A family member reached out to them directly when I was already en route (and 2 minutes away from the store) to confirm that I was the pick-up person, and only then did we find out our order wouldn’t be ready on time (or, again, past the time it was promised since I was already late picking it up). I couldn’t wait on the order so I requested a refund, which was granted (the reason for the 1 star). During a subsequent phone call, I was told that I shouldn’t have been allowed to select the pick-up time that I did via their website because it was a holiday weekend and they’re busy. No accountability. I live out of state and have used a number of Edible Arrangements over the years for pick-up and delivery. The extremely poor customer service from this one is beyond anything I have ever experienced at the others. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Ive given my wife their fruit arrangements for Valentines Day several years now. She said the fruit was great as usual. Her favorite is any arrangement that includes chocolate dipped fruit.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARSI placed an order online for curbside pickup @ 9 am. When I arrived a few minutes before 9, I noticed the place was closed 😕 I waited until 9 am and called--- per the instructions on the door that said The lobby is closed. Call for curbside. I called and waited on the phone for about 5 minutes until a lady answered the phone.I told her I was outside for my curbside order. She looked up my order and responded Give us a moment and hung up. I got an attitude from her and customer service when I called. I was almost late for work and did not receive an apology or anything. I had to cancel the order. All I got was attitude. I will make sure to tell all of my vendors, customers and whoever will listen not to patronize this business. And I cant wait to upload this to my YouTube followers.

I made a purchase online March 4, 2021 for my mom’s birthday on the 10th. I was so excited for her to receive it. The day came and she was missing an important part of her order. I was infuriated of course. Not only was it delivered at closing time of the store so I couldn’t call to fix it but messed up my surprise for her. I reached out and they did give her what I found out today was a “comp order” that she received today Cool. However it still was not what I originally purchased (birthday wish tini). I call the store and the “store manager” has an attitude from the beginning of the call. Sir or ma’am that’s not how you rectify a situation especially when it was due to an error on the stores behalf. She stated “the birthday wish tini is out of stock at our store”. Well ma’am your store could have told the CUSTOMER (ME) that prior to giving her the comp order. And it could have said been said without the attitude. Just no not again from this particular store. nope

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered today for my cousin who turns 77 today! I called around 2:00pm and she said it was in transit, the store closes in about another hour and it still hasn’t been delivered! In payment statement I requested that it be delivered by 2:00pm . When I called again the same young lady says it might it there by 8/9:00pm. Had I known the store was this bad about delivering I would have had someone pick it up!! They advertise same day deliveries!!!!! I am in Maryland, and no idea, her birthday is mostly over by 8:00pm !! Terrible customer service!!!

Had an arrangement that missed the initial scheduled delivery and other deliveries in spite of me being home.... Talked to the owner Dominique about my concern and she was very rude and confrontational. The order was eventually delivered, but left on the porch. I was highly disappointed in this reputable brand!

Alyce is so sweet! I ordered the same day for my moms birthday and I found myself running late due to work and each time I called (I know I was annoying) she was so sweet and helpful. There was one down the street from my job but I chose this one because of the reviews and I saw the awesome comments about Alyce. Definitely worth the drive. My mom was extremely surprised and happy with her gift

I made an order for my parents 42nd wedding anniversary. I was promised a delivery time. The order was not received at the delivery time promised. When I followed up I was told there are no delivery times for orders and that businesses receive deliveries first followed by residences. This is an issue because it interfered with their lunch reservations. Communication should have been clear from the start on part of the employee and this wouldn’t have happened. They are happy with the fruit but I should have gone through that in order to receive it. No compensation was offered for the delay. It is also no excuse that the sales rep that this error occurred with is related to the owner.

This is my favorite place to visit for a cold treat. Delicious fruit covered in amazing chocolate. They are very generous with deals and they send me a birthday gift ever year, which I always look forward to and appreciate. I order deliveries and pick up in store both ways are efficient. Its always a treat to see an edible arrangement on the table. Must try if you have not yet, you will not be disappointed. The chocolate covered apples are my new fave.

Very professional and great customer service. My order was fresh and beautiful. The cashier informed me of promos they had at the time of my purchase, so that I could get the most for my money. That was very appreciated. Ill definitely continue frequenting this location.

I placed an order today 4/5/19 at 2:50 PM. It was delivered at 4:03 PM. I appreciate the prompt service for same day delivery. Please note, the website does specify holidays are an extremely busy time, therefore same day delivery may not be an option.I ordered from store #551 on US Highway 64 in Memphis, TN. It was an online order and I used a coupon. However, the website price was different from the actual charge. Im sorry I dont remember the nice young ladys name who assisted me. I explained the price difference, she input the code and informed the difference would be returned to my card. No hassle, no attitude; just pure and great customer service.So if you want some delicious fruit for yourself or as a gift for family and friends... Big disappointment. I have used Edible Arrangements in 3 states over the past several years so the brand overall is awesome! This location, however, failed miserably. And sadly, it was all communications...or lack thereof, which is something totally avoidable. An order was placed online Wednesday morning for an early Friday delivery. Actual delivery was made Monday afternoon. There was no call, text or email to advise of or explain the delay. This was ordered to be delivered for a Friday evening party. Needless to say, it was a total fail. I left a message for the manager Tuesday...today is Friday and I havent even received the courtesy of a return phone call. #neveragainEAHwy64.

First time Ive ever used you. The prices were a little higher than hoped for but it made my mama very very happy to receive that box of chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery lady called my mom and told her she was on the way and was super friendly with her. My mom actually wondered if she could get a job working at your store because of how good it made her feel. Job well done!

For the most part, edible arrangement does a wonderful job! However, there have been times where my strawberries were white on inside and not sweet. They weren’t ripe and didn’t taste very well. Overall, the service is good, but they do fall short sometimes

I had an order sent and picked up an order.The delivered order was beautiful and delicious so I was told. The one I picked up was perfect, and the dipped strawberries I got for myself were huge and delicious.I highly recommend this location.

I ordered an arrangement for my friends birthday and she was surprised and very pleased! I added birthday balloons to make it really special. Best gift ever!!

I have ordered from this location several times and have not been disappointed with the product or service. Usually in and out fairly quickly. The only reason I wouldnt give 5 stars is because the parking can be difficult with the surrounding business.

Please do not!!!! Go to this unprofessional place. Today for my anniversary my husband ordered me some strawberries. He went to pick them up, and the manager told him it was no order. He had to show the email confirmation, and so the guy said the order was not imported. The order was to be picked up at 11:30 a.m, we got there at 11:50. He told us they were behind, and to come back at 1. Got there after 1, to be told by the delivery driver not a cashier that it still wasn’t ready. A young white woman came from the back and told me to be patient because I asked for a refund. Now may I remind you this was my second trip up there in the rain on my anniversary! I am a loyal customer and I usually go to the one on Germantown but this one was closer, terrible service!!!

Feb 14, 2019Not worth the cost. Theyll deliver when they can, not when you want. Also, theres no notification to let you know when the item is being delivered. The cost doesnt match the service. I received an edible arrangement on Thursday, August 15, 2019. It was awful. It was definitely not edible, but rather it was inedible, not fit for human consumption. The fruit was weeping, overripe and was near spoiling. I threw it away. I did not report this issue to the sender, as I did not want to appear ungrateful and create any negative feelings between us. This is a professional relationship and they have always represented themselves in the highest manner or category.

I ordered the 12 chocolate covered strawberries, had to make a last minute time change (earlier than originally requested) and they were able to accommodate me without any issue.They were delicious & looked awesome.

I made an order yesterday 7am for my moms bday. I called them at 11am to check what was wrong with my order, they said they needed to verify its was me placing the order so I send them the information and still no delivery. So I called at 4pm and they said couldnt deliver because it was to late and they where closing . Today its sep 13 at 7pm and still no delivery I have my mom waiting all day without being able to go out because shes waiting on them because they didnt give me a time .

I purchased an Edible Arrangement for a friend who had had surgery. She told me later that it was the only thing she cou,d eat - the fruit was delicious, cold and really soothing. I always can depend on Edinle Arrangements to provide arrangements that are beautiful and have lucious, perfectly ripe fruit.

I ordered online yesterday and requested delivery today and my friend has not received her gift and the store is now closed and no one answers the phone. Money down the tube I guess and my friend thinks I forgot her birthday.

I am currently at the location while writing this review. This location is very unprofessional and unorganized. I would have been better off going to a grocery store or buying a basket off the street. It is a rainy day but some of the staff members were wearing bonets and looked like they were serviing food to a homeless shelter. I laid in advance because I ordered online. There was only 2 people ahead of me and I got a email staying that my order was ready and still had a 30 minutes wait.

Fruit was very tasteful. It was delivered when promised will order again.

Small store with no small bouqets to pick and go. Employees gave impression werent happy to be there. No smiles or welcome. Unpersonable. Husband recd choco covered strawberries as get well gift. Huge fruit, juicy and loaded w/dark choco. However, 1/3 of a doz could have been more ripe. Overall, happy w/price and size of fruit.
