I am looking to replace 6 windows in my home and was not very familiar with Champion windows, but wow! My husband and I are repeat customers so we already know that the product is amazing. Mick Scarbrough was amazing. He arrived early for our appointment and was very patient with me as my husband was at work and our 1.5 year old was running around wanting my attention. Mick did a great job with explaining all of the different options that we had as well as their financial plan. I would highly recommend Mick and Champion Windows.

The only real good thing that came out of having my house although having my house cited with the product itself I do self I do believe I got a good product but I had to pay a while but I had to pay a lot to get it as far as as far as the workman Gwen and the people that work at championship the people that work at champion themselves I have a little to say about them I have a little to say about them they told me 2 days they were able to they told me 2 days they were here 6 I had a couple of issues that Im still waiting to hear about still waiting to hear about its like after you sign its like after you sign the final complete paper complete paper youre off the chart So make sure that everything you wanted and paid for paid for is done before you sign that final complete form that final complete form The only people from champion that I saw were the guys were the guys that were putting the siding up and the lady and the lady that had to translate I guess she was their supervisor I guess she was their supervisor as far as as far as anybody from the champion come company itself the only one I ever dealt with the only 1 I ever dealt with and saw in person was the same then was the sales person that came out the 1st day we ordered it Nobody else showed up Also make sure that you take down your porch lights they porch lights they tell you to take things down from the eaves Eves like cameras spotlights but bites but nobody said anything about the house lights the house lights if it hadnt been if it hadnt been for my son being electrician and took the week off then Anne took the week off to supervise we would not have known communication with champion is depth Im feeling is definitely lacking

I would highly recommend Mick Scarborough if you are looking to replace windows with Champion. He is very professional while also personable and gladly willing to answer questions. He was never pushy and also didnt feel the need to bad-mouth other window companies in order to make Champion look better. We have been slowly replacing the 40 windows in our home and are looking forward to the next 6 being completed. We will call Mick directly when we are ready for the next ones!

I need new windows, and I have scheduled three separate companies to come out for estimates. Champion was supposed to come out on 4/7 to do an estimate, but they resceduled because they didnt have a tech available. I rescheduled for 4/13. I just received a call from them, they canceled the appointment for today, because they didnt have a tech available. If I cant count on you BEFORE I am a customer, how am I ever supposed to have confidence that once you get my business I can depend on you? Sorry, not interested Champion. I will go with Window World, their sales person was great, and their windows are guaranteed for the entire time I own my house. Champion may have the same guarantee, but how would I know?

I have no clue how many times they have gotten rid of their staff and got new people so every single time I call I have to explain what has happened and want someone to come out, then I get transferred and have to explain the entire story again... its just a big circle that never ends and no one will take care of business and just fix the window and all the damage it has caused! Just get it fixed!!!!

They had all my windows replaced in one day. The installers were very nice and worked hard.

I cant begin to tell you what a nightmare working with Champion Windows has been! This has been the most horrific nightmare to have dealt with Champion Windows. I only needed one window replaced for a bathroom. The bathroom privacy window was ordered in September of 2017. The window was measured. Installers finally arrive with a window in November of 2017, only to tell me that the window was not measured correctly and that they would need to work on removing the window and some trim to see if it could fit. I even tried to provide the two men with eye protection before they started breaking the existing glass but they refused it. They left me with damaged trim and a sheet metal covering over my now open hole in the side of the house. I hear nothing from Champion. No one comes to remeasure. I call the office for several days and no one answers. I finally get in touch with Shree in December and was told that it was a manufacturing issue. Now I know that wasn’t the truth. I call the district sales manager, Doug Bailey, and he can’t even tell me where my window is or if it is even on a shipment or not. I call the national customer care line and speak with Samar Singh who could not give me any information whatsoever. I asked the customer care rep if we could have a refund of the money already paid and simply part ways since their service was horrific. She basically told me no and that they would stick to the contract and that I had to as well. Customers beware!! Once you sign that paper, they will not allow you a refund and force you to take terrible service. Please read the reviews before signing anything with Champion Windows. Obviously their service has really deteriorated over the past several months and I wish I had known it would be this way.

So far the only thing I can say I have liked was my salesman. Other than him I would give my experience a 1 star and that only because I dont think you can give a 0 star 🤬

Champion windows isn’t honoring its service contract. Don’t waste your money and time by thinking about using them. You will regret it. The price is too high, the product is inferior, and the service is an insult.

I Love the way champion stand by their products and live up to their warranty. You pay for what you get. I’ve had vinyl siding installed on my home and 6-windows since 2004 and can’t complain about the quality. If there is a problem, just call them and they come right out and take care of it. Steve Clim was our salesperson who did the presentation in our home for Champion Windows. He was extremely personable and professional and was able to clearly describe the product and its benefits. Our home is 20 years old with builder grade windows and we are having them all replaced. The high quality of the product and lifetime warranty coupled with his no pressure presentation made this an easy decision. Usually, presentations like this can be grueling and adversarial. Our time with Steve was a pleasure.

I wanted a sunroom installed and the total price was around $13,000. Half was put down (over $6,000) in September. We were told the job will be completed between 12 and 14 weeks. It is now almost February, and out of the dozens of phone calls, they have only responded once after I threatened to contact my attorney. They said they would come by mid January and we are approaching February. There is no direct point of contact; even our salesperson does not answer his phone. We simply want Champion to uphold their end and get the job done, especially considering the thousands of dollars they already received from us. I am very dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism.

Champion advertises that they do patios and patio covers. In Memphis TN, I call for an estimate for a covered patio and was advised that I could not get an estimate in my zip code for a patio cover. They took my information and Advised they would get back to me when they can but there are other services i could take advantage of if i didnt want to wait. I got no real explanation of why the office in Memphis does not answer and wont help with my project in my zip code.

Mr. Paul Chiu, factory representative of Champion windows, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind and courteous and helped me during these difficult times with my tornado damage. I love Champion windows, I had some installed a few years ago, and they survived a F-2 tornado. That is why I choose Champion again, I know that they are a quality product that withstand a tornado!

This is a complaint regarding the local (Memphis, TN) Champion Windows warranty service. We have had our windows for at least a decade, and they are in need of some service. When I initially called for service, the technician came, made a careful list of what needed to be done, but disagreed on a couple of areas and did not record them. When the next service date came along (which I had to bug the local office to schedule; they would not call me back), a different technician came, agreed with me on the couple of areas that I noted above, and recorded them to be added to the list of items to be fixed. However when he came he only came with one replacement window pane, and no tools or materials to fix anything else, nor did he even have the original list of problems. After he left, I called the local office to add the new items to the list of work and ask for a reschedule, and to be sure there was plenty of time scheduled as I explained some of the items might take some time. I had to call the local office at least 3 times before I could get them to schedule anything (again, they would not call back), and they did have the two lists of items and read them to me. When the technician came for the third round today (the one who came the first time), he did not have either list. He did work on one of the “added” items, but was not able to fix it to my satisfaction: basically, the sash is so tight I can’t lift it with one hand. The other “added” item he seemed to think should not be fixed: the sash on the bottom of the window is visibly not level across the bottom, and sags at one corner. He was not prepared to fix anything else, saying that he only had one hour and was out of time. He also at one point asked me if I was deliberately searching for things to add to the list (no, they were all already on one list or the other). He decided to take the screens with him to fix at the office, but I stopped that because I didn’t want to be without screens for heaven only knows how long.This is obviously a dodge by Champion to not fix anything beyond very minor problems. They are apparently hoping that if they keep avoiding me long enough, I will give up. And they apparently think wasting my time is inconsequential. I confess to yelling at the scheduling lady after the technician left today, and furthermore asking that someone else come next time. I am certain no one will call me back and I’ll have to get on the phone a few more times to get this done.A warranty is only as good as the company standing behind it, and if I had known how poorly Champion lives up to their obligations, I would have spent my money elsewhere.

Dominick gave a very thorough presentation but didnt repetitively explain technical details once he knew l understood them. Very polite and respectful visit. These are obviously really nice windows. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. The man on the phone would not give me his name or let me speak with his manager.

The salesman came out to give us a siding quote. He was very nice and professional but the quote was $30,000 over what we have been quoted from other businesses. He called his supervisor to try to get the price lowered. The supervisor was VERY rude and told us they could not do business with us because we thought that quote was outrageous! We will never do business with them nor recommend them to anyone.

After reading other reviews, maybe our experience was a fluke, but it was my worst experience with a company to date! My husband and I asked for an estimate for replacement windows on the house we were purchasing. My husband was very clear that we were not the current owners, but were in the process of buying the house. We had requested the estimate to be done during the house inspection so that we would have access to the house at the time. Our realtor assured us that having estimates done before closing is a common practice. When the Champion representative came out, he immediately told us he could not do an estimate because we werent the owners. (By the way, we had several other estimates done before we were officially the owners) He even supposedly got his supervisor on the phone who also insisted that he couldnt do an estimate because we werent the owners. Then, while we were trying to figure out why he couldnt do an estimate, he started telling us we should go with other companies because they would be more affordable! We didnt say anything about cost, we were still trying to figure out why we couldnt do an estimate! He told us at least three times we should go with another company. Again, we didnt say a word about cost! I guess we didnt look wealthy enough for Champion? I have never been more insulted by a salesperson. It was a terrible experience, and I hope no one else has to go through that. As the representative suggested, we went with another company - Joes Glass was happy to have our business, and their service was excellent!

We had an issue with one of our 16 windows after 10 years. We called the office and was greeted by a polite young lady. I described the problem to her and she said a technician would come out and take a look. Mike came at the scheduled time, had the parts, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He was very courteous and polite, and really knew how to remedy the problem. Thank you all for a job well done.

Champion Windows is a deceitful low down BUNCH of unprofessional people!! The representative came out and wrote my estimate and called his manager to approve the estimate. They got me financed and when I called the next day to inquire regarding the date for my windows to be remeasured, I was told that my contract had been cancelled!!Now, I had no answer as to why my contract was cancelled. The sales manager was very rude to me and stated yes your contract was cancelled and I wont be undersold! What!!!?? I got an estimate from another company and Champion Windows was actually over charging me for some low grade windows!! I was very disappointed in this company and believe me, when you mistreat too many people it does not help your business!! GOD Dont like it when you hurt his child!! I pray that no one experience what I have been through at my age of 63 near retirement.

Overpriced. Salesman showed up, gave me an outrageous high price, and did a rehearsed act of calling his manager to get a lower price. I did actually speak with a manager but couldn’t wrap my head around paying $1500-$3000 for 2 windows. I do think their quality is good but felt too much like buying a used car with the song and dance

Our sliding glass door in our sun room, which was installed in 2008, was shattered and we called to have Champion look at what could be done. They arrived on time, the service was personable and professional. They replaced the window and upon inspection of the other doors and windows they replaced a window as well under warranty. I highly recommend using Champion because they stand behind their product 100%.

We consider ourselves pretty intelligent people, but let the buyer beware of the fine print. We were totally told one thing by the salesperson and manger on the day of our estimate, however the way the contract reads it not the same. Now after a ridiculous amount of communication, they are only going to penalize us $1000 for cancelling!!! Our free home estimate wasnt free, it came with strings attached that were not explained during the speaker phone conversation with manager, salesman and my husband. We were deceived, cant trust this company.

Husband and I left work early for appointment. Manager called at the time of appointment to tell me they would be an hour late. Not doable. Manager who had the gall to tell me we dont miss appointments. REALLY? He promised he would do appointment himself the following night. Someone else showed up. Said a basic Midtown window would be $1800. These people are insane.

Made an appointment online for a Friday 11/1/2019 Service/Estimate. No call, Never showed up. Recommend this company to no one.

Dominick was very courteous and respectful. He was very patient while I described all the issues I experienced with Home Depot window installation and my fears of moving forward. He reassured me Champion would not perform as Home Depot did, which was a disaster.

Buyer Beware!So I actually gave the sales presentation a 5 star review.But, since then there has been no communication.My salesman told me 4-5 weeks for my installation.This is week 6. I called last week to get updates and a man told me he saw it was coming on the next shipment this week.Well it is Friday and I called.Guess what? They have an issue with salesmen giving incorrect information to customers as Mabel told me she recently had to tell the salesmen to quit giving bad information out.It sounds like poor management and training to me.I asked about the guy telling me last week that it was on this shipment and I was told he was new and didn’t know and I felt I she was just short of calling me a liar.Then went on about some mumbo jumbo about the process and coloring and so on when it had nothing to do with what I was sold and what II asked just to cancel my order since it will be July instead of May in order for my window to arrive and I needed it done before the summer. And I have to talk to a sales manager but he has a non listed number so I just wait for more misinformation and lies.I’m cancelling this and going with a more reputable company.I bought in good faith and was lied to twice.

The representative that came to give us our estimate, Jerry, was very professional in presentation and communication. He was friendly and knowledgable and gave us great confidence to move forward with Champion for our home project! This has not been the experience weve had with some other companies and contractors so we are encouraged to move forward with Champion!

Keron Williams visited our home and made a very good presentation on a high quality window. No pressure at all. Just a very thorough presentation. Very knowledge on the product he was selling.

I was pleased with all phases of the project. My salesman (Jerry W) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly.
