Would not recommend window world. We ordered our windows in May a total of 15 windows and it’s November 1st and they still have not installed the windows! The lady Anita gave us a false date because “I was asking for a date” so I booked my move in date and everything after the install date only to find out those were false install dates! The service we’ve experienced by far, is the worst! We were never informed of any delays! They said two of the windows broke and our order was pushed behind. What has been done to compensate for this mess? Nothing! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay away!

Great job of installing windows. They look good and I have not had any problems. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for others.

Replaced all windows in 30 year old home. Highly recommend. Outstanding experience from start to finish. No pressure quote and competitive price. No detail was too small for Dean to address with us and he was a pleasure to deal with. The windows arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected and the install process was, much to my surprise, painless. The installers showed up on time and worked efficiently with minimal disruption. Javier and his crew were simply phenomenal and truly cared that everything was done right and to our satisfaction. They also cleaned up afterwards and scraped every sticker off of every window. I would not hesitate to do business with Window World again.

I had them do some windows for me and we contracted for payment in 30 days. I was expecting payment from another source but it took longer than I anticipated. In the interim, one of the employees hounded me about payment, used embarrassment tactics to get me to pay and would not change payment plan so that he could see that I was/wanted to pay him this money. That said, everything is good as long as you dont have mitigating circumstances that may hinder your contractual agreement; and who hasnt experienced them?!

So far they have been great. Just wish I didnt have to wait so long. I know its not there fault, I just need patience.

I asked for a quote to replace 2 large window (36 x 54) and they werent interested because they have a 4 window minimum, no matter what size evidently. Pretty stupid way to run a business, because this job is worth more than 4 small windows.

We did not experience very good communication or customer service. The windows themselves are pretty cheap. I mean, its plastic. With plastic snap on pieces that are anything but seamless and left gaps. The sound of rain on the windows is also just that - noisy tapping on hollow plastic. The installation crew left glass, didnt clean up all areas and even installed a torn screen. And the installers shoved in the current frames in such a way that our blinds hardware will no longer sit flush, bit bows outward therefore will not hold the blinds. Pretty disappointed.I would not use them again.To Respond to below. I have updated my name. First name is correct and old name removed. I believe installation date was Saturday, 9/14/19. Window World delivers on their lifetime warranty. It took a little longer than we expected, but they came through. For the price, quality and warranty I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I felt welcomed when I walked in the door. Excellent customer service! Our Church is getting 9 windows replaced. They worked with what our budget was and gave us an estimate that we were able to afford. Thanks Window World!

They installed a sliding glass door. They call and said they want to come early the it was scheduled. They came 4hrs early and did a great job. I should have use them earlier and save money and time. Everyone should use them.

***UPDATE***My windows were installed by Kathy (Cathy?) and Leo. They were wonderful people, hard working and efficient. They did a great job.I am not normally like this because I use to be in sales and customer service, but I also had standards for my service when it came to communication.The salesman came out on June 8 and said 6-8 weeks for FIVE STANDARD WINDOWS. I was understandable since COVID and beginning of Summer. I called them in August and they told me September 14. They put the operations manager on the phone and he blamed Covid. He only took $200 off. Is it better than nothing, yes. Here we are September 15, 2020 and I HAD TO CALL THEM TO CHECK ON MY ORDER FOR THE SECOND TIME! They are supposedly putting them in tomorrow. Now the balance I have due (after installation) is money I could have save in the heat of summer on my utilities had my windows been installed ON TIME. I will be disputing the balance. Horrible experience, would never recommend using Window World ever. They do not communicate when there is a delay, no word from the salesman or any CSR in house. I had to call.

Anita in the office kept us calm while we waited for the production to complete. She is a jewel and so are Angela and Ty the very competent installation team. We love our windows and door and Window World❣️

I love my windows, but I have had a couple of Windows that had purple spots one week after the install. The Technician came out and stated that the glass had lost Gas and need to be replaced, so waiting on my replacements.. the office staff is nice and friendly and kept their word and advised me of my process

Our sales person was so unresponsive and unhelpful that we decided not to use windowworld.

My experience of the installation was good. However, it took longer than 6 weeks for the windows to be made. It was more like 12 weeks.

Salesman was nice and informative. I have a two story home that has aluminum siding. The installers use extension ladders without protective “boots” on the ends. Every place that the ladder was used at got scratched and/or dented. We had one window that was measured incorrectly. We were told that it would take a couple of days to get correct size. We had no problem. A couple of day later they just show up. No phone call and the later part of the afternoon. The two installers and a girlfriend. All come into our home. The window is in our master bedroom. Not professional at all! Back to the siding getting messed up. Window World had a painter come out to touch up. It looked okay for the first 6 months, then it started fading...a lot. I called and complained to franchise owner and asked about the 100% satisfaction on all workmanship. He told me he had done all he was going to do and was not going to paint anymore. We offered to go in half on painting our house so it would all match and he refused that as well. The installers was very professional. Done an awesome job installing two windows and a patio door. The salesperson,a woman came to my home to do an estimate. I specified certain things that I needed install. Paid the additional cost which I thought. When the install was completed, I asked technician about the additional locks. they started, Window world do not carry that.call the office.I went to the office on summer Avenue, The 2 young ladies in the office does seem to have a care in the world that the sales person with very dishonest. No one called to apologize for the Dishonesty. The consumers save their hard earned money To purchase the item they want and discovered they are getting something totally different then they purchased. Thats why people snap.... They lost a customer due to no empathy or sympathy And they did discovered that the saleswoman was dishonest.

The husband and wife team that installed our windows were awesome! They were very thorough and cleaned up afterwards!

The Salesman was very polite and answered all the questions we had. There was no pressure to purchase the windows. The installers were great. They explained how the windows work and made sure everything was clean before they left.

They turned me away because I wanted to buy one window from them. They have a 2 window minimum in order to sell to you. I live in a condominium which has only 1 window. Its amazing that they would send me to their competition just like that.

Straight up bait and switch crooks. Salesman in my house told me we were getting a frosted pane for our bathroom and its no additional charge. The installer didnt have the frosted pane but said they would order it. There was no follow up of any kind from the company, and when I called I was told none of that ever happened and that I could order one for an extra charge if I liked. They took no responsibility for their error at all. Do I seriously want to wave to my neighbors while sitting on the toilet? If you want an honest company that fixes mistakes, this is not one of those companies.If there is a problem with your service they will blame you for listening to their previous representatives and taking them at their word that they will fix an issue. They say I signed off on the work, but that is because the installer said that was for the work that was done that day and someone else would come by to install the replacement pane. The salesman said the details of the windows were in his notes with the measurements, so I signed off on an order that just said 13 windows. The management does not back up the statements of representatives in the field at all and is blaming customers for their mistakes. An honest company would make things right for their customers without adding extra charges for fixing their mistakes.

Recommend, had three estimates for home windows and they had the most reasonable price. Having them installed soon.

I just had Renea P. out to measure my windows for replacement on July 24, 2020. Before we even got started, I told her I wanted the 25 months free financing. The 25 months free financing, was on there website along with a flyer that was delivered to my house, which I handed to her. She went on to inform me that she could not honor my request for the 25 months free financing because her boss said they could not get it installed before Sept 30, 2020. When I made my appt I informed the lady on the phone that I was interested in the 25 month free financing. So what happened? I feel this is a misrepuintation of there business and its practices. They should honor their websites offers as well as the flyers they had delivered to homes in the Memphis area.

Love the windows! My installers were 👍 very friendly we talked the entire time about what was going on. My only beef with WW is the fact that they ran a Facebook Ad saying you get a $100 amazon gift card with purchase. They would not honor that with me even though my windows hadn’t came in yet and I spent $4500 I thought that was very distasteful on their part. I was told that I should have informed the salesperson of this prior to the sale. That made absolutely no sense, since my windows were still on order and I paid half of the balance. Would I use again probably yes. They windows are awesome. Customer service not so much. I was told I should’ve contacted the owner. However I don’t think I should’ve had to go to him. They should’ve handled my issue accordingly.

Window World far exceeded my expectations from the initial sales presentation to actual install day. I had already got a quote from “the other guys” which was nearly double what I paid. The came out with 3 installers on install day at 8:30 am and replaced all 27 windows in my house and were cleaned up and gone by 6:30 pm. I can’t say enough good things about Window World. Well done.

I am so pleased. They were meticulous in their measurements and extremely accommodating when we had to change the installation date. On the installation day, they replaced four French doors with beautiful double hung windows, a new large kitchen window, three bathroom windows and a side window in a bedroom. All done efficiently and in the same day! The team also cleaned up and took away all of the old windows, trash and even the paint peelings from the old window. Would definitely use Window World again without hesitation.

The installation team was very professional and worked great together. I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and their attention to details.When they were removing the old windows some glass and wood fell inside of the house, I thought I would need to clean up after them, but I was wrong. Once they put in the new window, a team member came inside with a vacuum and cleaned up. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend window world.

The contract we signed said we should have our windows installed within 6-8 weeks of our deposit. We made our deposit in late October. It is now February and we still have no windows. UPDATE: windows finally arrived. Installation team was courteous and efficient and the windows look good.

I LOVE my windows!Theyre a vast improvement over the builder grade windows that I suffered with for years.1) No wind blowing around the sashes and 2) the unexpected dampening of exterior traffic noise, are two of my biggest compliments.The cherry (?Foxwood) interior color, that I chose, blended beautifully with my cherry stained wood window frames.I couldnt be happier!

Did not hear back after we put in the order and put a down payment. Had to go up there. Then scheduled the installation and they did not show up or call to say they were going to be late. Finally we called in and was told they were on the way. So showed up over 2 hours late. It started raining so they could not install the upstairs windows. They could have come in and caulked the windows on the inside so we could put the blinds back up but they did not. Then did not show up at all today and did not call. had to once again call in and then it took an hour and a half to get a call back to say the truck broke down and they would not make it. They would be there in the morning. That is doubtful. I would understand the rain getting in the way or the truck braking down but we are left waiting and always have to call to find anything out. This is the most unprofessional company we have worked with and that is saying something.

A couple of years ago I spent $3200 on windows from Window World. I just called them to see about getting 2 new windows. I was told there is a 4 window minimum now. I dont need or want 4 windows at this time. I need 2 windows. I do need to replace a total of 8 windows still. But I cannot afford to do 4 windows at a time. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Window themselves are good quality and the price was fair. But installation was poor and now within 2 years we have damage to wall beneath windows and Window World doesnt want to take any responsibility to fix it. Customer Service has been dreadful, both at time of sale and now when an issue arises so quickly. No returned calls, cannot keep to scheduled appointment times, and a general lack of concern. The issue is they failed to caulk properly but you cannot see the issue without removing the interior wall which shows the window was not caulked completely and let moisture in. Now we have a rotting warped wall beneath the windows, mold, and moisture. Window World has tried the how do you now we did that and everyone should caulk their doors and windows every year. For such a nice looking and functional product, they drag this process down to a 1 star rating due to the office managers and installers lack of doing the right thing and correcting this.

Window World had been used by the previous owner and she had left the packet with Gary Cannons info as salesman. I called, he came, estimate was $200 cheaper than another estimate so we went with WW.Only problem at all was that one day I received a copy of a window permit from the office of WW on either my email or text with no explanation at all. I called and was told by office that the windows had arrived that morning and I needed to print the copy and go get my Collierville permit so I could schedule the install. Seems I would have received a notification stating that they were glad to inform me that my windows had arrived and here is the next step for you to do. It all worked out and windows were installed by Leroy and LDarius just perfectly. Very happy with them.

The installers damaged my bathroom window and they could care less about making it right. My husband even contacted the owner and hes not willing to make this right either. We are being told to get estimates, it shouldnt be up to us to do the leg work here. Its been 4 weeks and there has still been no resolution. And for the record, the office / store staff is horrible! Anita has been especially rude.Just discovered the 2 large windows in the house dont lock. Horrible company!

Windows seem to be of good quality (still look good 5 years later). Unfortunately, the installers were sub par, and I had to literally walk around behind them getting them to fix things: this window isnt level, this one sticks out funny, etc. I spent a few hours making it right after they left. It also took a while to get them to process my rebate. The good news is that warranty service has been super easy! Ive had two panes of glass cloud up, and all you do is call in the serial number off the window and they manufacture a new one (looks exactly the same) and bring it out and swap it out in 2-3 minutes of work. Would I use window world again? Yes because of the price, but I would take off from work the day the installers come and Id just watch them to make sure its done right!

Having just sealed the deal and still giddy from our purchase, I will say the salesman, the receptionist, and the owner were all very nice and were accommodating, even when I changed my mind. I will give further info and pictures when the windows are installed.

The installation crew was on time,it only took five hours start to total completion, the crew was well organized.

The salesman, Don Burrows is wonderful, but after that it goes downhill ... you put down your deposit & never hear from them again unless you call them. And you have to keep calling them to get your windows in...a long process.

I only had one window replaced, but it made a tremendous difference to warmth of the room in the winter and the cooling in the summer. Now I am about to have the other 5 replaced.

The crew that came out was very professional and worked very hard on a very cold day to get our installation completed. However, after the first rain fall, nearly every window upstairs was leaking water. We called the office and explained and they sent them out again to fix the issue, claiming they were not caulked properly. The very next rainfall, the problem persisted. We call again. This time, however, no response. A week goes by and not so much as a phone call or a visit to update our status. We call again. We are told that because it was cold, the caulk did not set right and they would not be able to come out until warmer weather. When they finally do come out, they re-caulk every window we have upstairs. The next storm rolls through, we still have 2 windows leaking, horrible drafts coming through the windows and condensation collecting on the inside. We call again. The lady says she will tell the office manager and get back with us. 2 days later, nothing. I call again. Same result. It has now been almost 3 full months and still these windows are leaking, cold and not worth the money we spent. Now, I am waiting for the manager/owner to return my call to get this set right. The quality of window may be good, but the installation and customer service are so poor that I would never recommend Window World to another person. We had read a lot of poor reviews, but none from Memphis. I guess this is just par for the course with this company.

Very pleased with windows and installation. Only thing missing is they should take all the labels off the windows and clean them - job seems incomplete.

I could not be more happy. I was concerned about some negative Google reviews. It turned out great. I got quotes from Pella, Home Depot and Windows World. I got quotes to repair the windows (foggy) for $600, but it would no nothing for efficiency, features. The foggy window did not really bother me too much. Id rather save money towards new windows. Well Pellas quote made my eyes water and decided no way to replacing the windows in the front of my house. I got Home Depot quote and it was less by $500, but their windows just missed the cut off for being qualified for e-score Federal rebate. The sales guy was a bit rough around the edges and really pushed the Home Depot brand behind it. However their windows are made by a vendor, nothing really distinguished it. Recent change is standard for my area, they now missed the cut. Still the lower price was still too much.I did not think of Window World. I saw a TV ad even though I decided to hold off on changing the 14 year old vinyl windows that were installed when the built the house, fog or now. Window World was WAY LESS. Great but is this too good to be true?I saw the samples and they all were impressive. They all double hung. You can move both upper and lower window or swing both in. They had part open lock for venting with security. They all of course had thicker e-glass (low solar transitivity), argon filled. I did more research on Windows World. The GOOD 1st: They are JD Powers rated in top 4, beat by Andersen and American Craftsman. Pella was 7th place. I saw video on YouTube of factory were the Window World windows are made. Very modern ISO certified factory. All GOOD. Great.Now for the BAD :-( They had some bad reviews on poor installation and customer service, especially resolving problems. None of that came to pass. The installation crew was excellent. With that said I asked Window World about the crew, experience, complaints. I did watch the carefully and made sure the house was fully prepared (items away from windows and floor cover protection laid out). They had their own floor protection and cleaned up after their self. Bottom line the best window does not matter if the measurement and installation are poor. My experience with the sales, ordering, fit and installation were great.Other complaints were of long lead times, mine came in about a month, half of the two month estimate. Keep in mind the windows are custom made to order. Bottom line they are beautiful. I cant up load a photo, but I am thrilled. My West facing windows will improve the energy loss, they look great (clear) and have great warranty. Positive google reviews said when they did have an issue, Window Window World sent out replacement window pane. All windows are serialized, so they have custom size to remake any window. Keep in mind each office is independently owned and there may be bad operators.
