Love Travis and the crew. Ken got me in and out in 2hrs for my remote starter.

They are a bunch of..... Never again will I do business with them! Especially since I had 2 salesman ask me was doing later and then asked me for my phone number. I politely told them that I dont roll like that, but they were pretty aggressive. Luckily I was able to get away from these so called pimps!

I wanted a remote start for my car so I did some checking around to compare prices and places. An associate of mine recommended this Stereo One location. I called them and their price was in our price range. I took my car in at 11 am and they told that itd be ready at 3 pm. The clerk was very nice and very professional. When I returned at 3, my car was ready and sitting out front. He walked me out to my car to show me how to use the remote and gave me the instruction manual and an extra fob. The young man I dealt with was mannerable, informative and polite. The Stereo One on Mendenhall had the best price and the best customer service that you could ask for.I will recommend this shop to anyone I encounter who needs a remote start, stereo installation, speakers mounted, window tint, etc. They have my vote.

Remote start is awesome, just be prepared to wait or drop your car off. The staff are professional and nice.

No one wore a mask. Asked the front desk employee to put on a mask several times, and he advised me that because I had on a mask I would be ok. Does he speak for the business?

The worst i was over charged for a stereo system they told me one price and was charged totally different plus the manager told me if i gave him cash he would give me a great deal. Watch out for these guys

I got a touch screen radio and got it installed here also. The F.M. Radio station don’t work, when I called the guy, he said that maybe they put some wires back wrong and they would fix it, but now they are giving me the run around.Now two weeks later, the radio freeze up sometimes or won’t turn on and when I called about that, all the guy kept saying was “no refunds” after everything I said. I called to get help on a product they sold me, no need to be rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

I wouldnt have came to this location if I wasnt sent there. They arent on point with the timing, I got dropped off because I thought my car would be ready and it wasnt so I still had to wait another hour or so.

I went to get my windows tinted and was not satisfied with the outcome..I took it back and the tint was redone but the job was still unsatisfactory.. I decided to get the tint removed but Travis would not remove the back window tint.. Travis would not issue me a refund although he saw the issues I had with the tint.. I am very dissatisfied with the service I received and I WOULD NOT recommend Stereo One on Mendenhall to anyone..

Stereo one had my truck for 4 hours. They told me 2 hours so i stalled giving them an extra time . only to get dropped off and see they never even touched my truck.

FOR Jackie Olden,IF YOU BRING A VEHICLE IN THAT ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS,TAKING THE ALARM OFF WOULD NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.THERE WAS NO WIRE CUT AT THE IGNITIION. THE THE REASON WE WERETAKING THE ALARM OFF THAT ANOTHER SHOP PUT ON WAS BECAUSE THE CAR HAD PROBLEMS.

Bought some stereo equipment. Went home and looked a couple pieces up. Realized he overcharged me by a couple hundred $$. Went back in to try and return, but they DONT do refunds. Don’t recommend this store.

Quick and they do great work

They were very quick with every installation.. They put my subwoofer and pioneer radio in within 45 mins, i will be back to get the remote start and alarm put on very soon. Keep up the good wrk bruhs.

Very unhelpful and rude

I went to stereo one to have them remove an automatic starter from my car. They cut a wire to my ignition and the car shop that fixed it charged me $100 to fix the problem. I talked to Travis the manager and he would not give me a refund and tried to be little me and disregard my concerns. I will NEVER go there again.

Ashame to say it because i try to support black owned business but sub-par service. Not professional at all.
