Brought a $500+ Memphis Audio six five series 900w five channel amp and had it go down after a week. The owner didnt have another in stock and did everything he could showing me optoins of what he had on hand to replace it on the spot, but we ended up sending it back to the factory to be replaced. There was no hassle from this guy like some shop owners and his two installers are great guys that know what they are doing and do really good work. Not good for me to get a bad amp, but stereo sound handled the problem as well as could be expected. Now for MA to get my amp to me.

Excellent service and they have the cheapest price in town for window tint. Called them at 4:00 when everybody else was closing and they told me to come in and got me taking care of fast. 5star service. I highly recommend.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY.I SPENT OVER 500 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A SOUND SYSTEM AND IT STOP WORKING AFTER 45 DAYS. THE OWNER TOLD ME I HAD A 12 MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT WILL COVER A REPLACEMENT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 40 DOLLAR CHARGE. AFTER QUESTIONING THE CHARGE I WAS TOLD I COULD SHIP IT MYSELF FOR A REPLACEMENT. BUT AFTER A CONVERSATION WITH THE MANUFACTURER WHILE STILL IN HIS STORE I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WAS NOT A AUTHORIZED DEALER OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND NO WARRANTY WAS VALID.

Bad business, The owner told me one price. I get there and the install guy tell me a different price. Then they take my car in to do the remote start and tell me they don’t have bypass.They will have it tomorrow I come back the next day wait to 2 hrs and then they tell me they want be able to get to me In today 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Took my truck for a radio Installation....Overall decent work. price was fair and pleasant service.However... the guy actually went through my glove box and asked me about a document inside.... this was not cool AT ALL!!! Definitely felt an invasion of privacy.

Horrible business...i called and spoke to the owner, over the phone, to be sure that i could get the work done today and to make sure that he had the speakers that i wanted in stock...i drove all the way to his store, across town, and the whole story changed all of a sudden, the price went up drastically and the guy wanted me to sign a waiver saying that If he busted my dash taking it out, he was not to be held responsible. The employee who worked in the back, who actually does the speaker installation was rude,abrupt, and insensitive. Ridiculous waste of my time and gas...DO NOT GO HERE!
