Poor install 1st day. My trunk was smoking Every time hit a bump in the street my system would clip. Then only left side my speakers would work did not bolt any thing Down got amp and battery flying all over the place. Now my factory amp is not working cut all the wires to my amp for my hi’s. Took out my 80$ kicker converter put in cheap one yeah he told me bring it bac this haven’t Been a full week u gave me rush job for 1600 not good bizz shouldn’t have to bring it bac

These guys took advantage off my wife and charged us 1200 dollars to install some speakers and a new stereo. And very disappointed. My stock work truck stereo sounds better than the 1200 dollar one they installed in my car .these guys are a rip off. Do your homework before you decide to choose these guys. This just happened. April.of 2021.

Got my wife a new stereo for Christmas with the install kit. Plan was to do it myself. Opened the box and and accompanying harness packages and realized I was in over my head. Called Stereo One, they took care of me the next day (and got the factory back up camera to work, other places said it couldnt be done). Very happy with with work, price and most importantly to me the outstanding customer service. Thanks!

Want to spend money when nothings wrong with your stuff only to be told oops nothings wrong with it but no refunds sorry... A 2 hour job taking 3 days and in the end we drive off and the radio STILL isnt working...this place has turned into a joke. Avoid at all costs unless you have money to throw away and time to waste

I took my vehicle in for installation of led lights. They had a technician to get sick and had my vehicle a week and didnt touch it. I thought that they would have had more than one technician who could have completed the job. I dont think I will be going back.

I been dealing with them for a few years now but after my last experience two months ago I wouldn’t recommend them I had them hook my speakers up for my challenger only for them to be rattling & they charge all that money I expect it to be hooked up professionally.So I took my car back the next day they charged me a additional $100 & some to stop the rattling only for whatever they did to last a couple of days & it was back rattling also my cords wasn’t tucked all the way normally like they would usually do.The guy they have doing the install seem as if he rushes through the work I won’t be going back there.

Highly recommend.The guys here explained all the different radios to me so I knew exactly what I was getting and they had the best price around. They installed my subs last year and they stopped working 6 months after they were installed and I brought my subs by and they fixed them in about 15 minutes and did not charge me. I will continue to come back because of their good service.

I have used Stereo One for all three of our cars. Why? Product knowledge, the ability to get to recommend the best equipment for you (everybody doesnt want a competition worthy setup, tho they do that also) and great installation. If you ever have any questions about how to set the clock or change presents etc they are always willing to help you out, long after you spent your money. Their installation tech rewired a harness due to the way Honda stock units are made. They could sold me all new speakers instead. Thats customer service.

Dont go here. These guys put a $1200 radio in my Yukon with a aftermarket/second hand radio harness that went bad in 2 weeks. Then tried to charge me $350 for new parts and labor, which they said shouldve been used. My radio is not working now due to the problem described above.

Big El took good care of some warranty work on my amp. I brought my truck in, just thinking I needed a new fuse. Turned out my amp was fried. By the time Big El came to tell me, his guys had already taken it out and dropped in a loaner for me to use while they sent my amp back to the manufacturer to repair. About 8 days later, my amp was back, and reinstalled at no cost to me. I wasnt even aware that I still had warranty left but they keep good records to ensure their customers are taken care of.

El is an absolute master at his craft; incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and wise. If youve got any car issues, this is 100% THE place to go to.

This place is slow as ever. I have been waiting here for 2 hours for them to replace a blown speaker and they still haven’t gotten to my vehicle. The manager told me to come in early on Saturday, so when I first came in at 9, he said to come back around 12, thank god I called before I came back, cause he then changed it to 2, then after calling back at 2, he told me to come in at 4:15, after being tricked so many times, I just drove up there around 4, I’ve been waiting every since, and it’s 6:13 now, and my car still hasn’t been worked on, while everyone is sitting in offices and workers are lolly-gaging around... DO NOT COME HERE, go to the one on Mendenhall they are a lot faster there. For them to tell me that they would charge me $50 for something I didn’t even do, or they could send it off and it take 4-6 weeks to get a new one.

I would choose No stars if I could! I would NOT recommend this company! They put the wrong DVD player in my new truck, the exact one that I said I did not want. They said the one I wanted was not available. So they just installed what they wanted to? I took my truck back to get a different model installed. An employee hit a pole with my brand new truck. They told me their insurance would cover the repairs and scheduled body work through Hot Wheels. I requested a copy of the incident report form but only got a hand written note on their letterhead that they damaged my vehicle and would fix it. By GPS I found my truck outside city limits. I found out that the owner of Hot Wheels was driving my truck all over the place. I went to Hot Wheels and found my truck with the passenger seat lying completely down, the baby car seat unbelted and lying in the back and food on the back seat. My guess was that several people were in my truck. The owner of Hot Wheels said he was a friend of the owner of Stereo One and he was doing him a favor by fixing my truck. I was pissed and took my truck. The owner of Stereo One was rude and said this never would have happened if I didnt GPS the truck. He said he would get someone else to fix the truck but asked us to give him 30 days. I didnt wait. I contacted my lawyer and got an estimate for $1783 from the Chevy dealer. My lawyers office contacted Stereo One (SO), they said they would only pay $700 and asked for more time. Stereo One is in bankruptcy so if I sue I cannot be sure if Ill get compensated. This happened 5 months ago and they either ask for more time, promise payment or simply do not respond to communication from the BBB, the TN Consumer Protection Agency or my lawyers office. I found out there is a deadline to file a claim with the bankruptcy court and the owner dragged this on and on purposely. Customers beware!!

First off, dont like the salesman approach they have. They are all about getting the most out of you without any care of how it turns out in the long run. Would not recommend. Bought an optima battery and when it went dead within a year they said it had to be shipped off to be re charged since it was a gel battery. Instead of swapping it out, they just said they would call when it was charged. I honestly thought it would take maybe a day or so, which is bad enough considering you need a battery to drive... Well here we are nearly a year later and no one seems to know where my battery went since interstate (who makes optima) had to come get it to charge it. Needless to say I purchased another battery and have since decided to purchase my audio equipment off Amazon and go to Collierville car stereo for the install.

Strictly reviewing times posted here on google.The time on google is not correct. Their hours are 9-6pm on Saturday and are closed on Sundays. For the rest of the week I am unsure. Dont be fooled like me by incorrect times here on google.

I just wanted to say that I have been dealing with Stereo One for the longest time. We have gotten DVDs, VCR(that ought to tell you how long thats been), REMOTE STARTS, TOUCH SCREEN RADIOS, and even had XBOX SYSTEMS put in for when we travel. Eldridge and his team have always taken care of us. I will never go anywhere else.

I just moved in this area. They did a good job on everything I got from them. Big El hooked a sister up.

I got my navigation stolen from my jeep and had them install a viper alarm system, when I got there I asked them to see if they stole the my harness and wires etc, I know I had some left but wasnt sure on some stuff, when they have me my truck back, all the wires were gone so they stole the rest, pretty disappointed bc I actually liked the manager there not sure if he knew or if it was the installer either way, never going there again.
