Came to get one thing fixed, and they fix something that had nothing to do with the problem I was having. So I literally left with the same problem after spending 1500+ . I wouldn’t recommend. Seem to me as if they were only interested in getting the most money out of you as possible! Not fixing the actual problem you bring your car in for .

If I could give them zero stars I would...We bought a 2014 3 series BMW from this dealership over a month ago with a headlamp malfunction alert active on the vehicle. The dealership had a promise to fix in the contract. The manager Ismail told us to come get the vehicle stating it was fixed the day after we purchased it. The light was working but the headlamp alert was still active. We returned the vehicle for him to take it to BMW for repair. He actually wanted us to take the vehicle as if it was fixed with the active headlamp alert stating “it works”. (Would you take a vehicle with the check engine light active and let someone tell you “it’s running”?!) long story short we have gotten the run around it’s a month and a half later (one car note has been paid for a car we have only driven one day) and we still do not have our vehicle. The manager Ismail had the audacity to tell us after they have had the car for over a month that he will have someone else in house to take a look at it now instead of taking it to BMW as promised. Oh, he offered a free oil change for the inconvenience. No, I need the money back for the first car note we paid and the inconvenience of not having a car we purchased over a month ago. This dealership is a joke. Do not let these fake reviews fool you. Seriously!

I would recommend Ellen to anyone, I’m a first time car owner and she knew this so she provided a lot of details when it came to the car, when other sales associates wouldn’t have gone the extra mile as she did, and showed me what a great value car I was getting. My parents are monolingual Spanish speakers and she even took an extra step as to translating the Carfax details to Spanish for them and printed it out. My wife and I bought our Lexus here in July. We’ve been back and forth on a correct Title Application since then. Took them a month to even send the paper work to get the initial tag, then when we did try and get a tag the title app was wrong. We can’t even drive our vehicle legally. Fed ex label was created on the 5th to get this sent to me. Still hasn’t been shipped. This is poor service if Ive ever seen it. I’ve bought 30 vehicles or more over the years this is absurd.

Update: It has been several months since purchasing my vehicle and we started to notice some things that weren’t right. 1st my tag was supposed to be included with the purchase of the vehicle. The dealer took so long to send the payment that the drive out tag expired. I was told by the dealer that there was nothing he could do. I had to practically sit in the office and refuse to leave until they printed me another drive out tag. Once the payment was sent and I went to pick up my tag from the DMV, I was told that I had to pay an additional $200 because the check the dealer sent was short by that amount. In addition to that, my car paint has started to peel off in various areas revealing a botched paint job. And the brakes continued to squeak after purchasing the car. We we told that it was doing that only because the car had been sitting up and not being driven on a regular basis. There was also a panel under the front carriage of the car that began to scrap the ground. What I initially described as a great purchasing experience has turned out to be not so great.Now to be fair, there were some things that they did well, however this overshadows that.

KEEP READING.Follow up- 3 months have passed and I still do not have the title paperwork that is correct and necessary for not only my lender but to obtain a tag. After months of requesting the paperwork be sent to my lender (and the lender asking for simple corrections to be made to the paperwork) here we are and Ismail won’t even return a phone call or a text to my husband. All this after he sent my husband a photo of the fedex label he created and stated he was mailing this documentation to our house on October 5th. It is now 9 days later (we live 2 hours from the dealership so even snail mail could have made it by now) and we still don’t have anything and the tracking still says label created but nothing else. I have not been able to get a tag and cannot get anymore temporary tags (after taking half a day off work to drive to the courthouse and get the two I was allowed to obtain) due to the timeframe since I purchased the vehicle. So now I can’t even legally drive my car due to this. Apparently we are going to get attorneys involved to get it. Ridiculous!!
