Make sure u test the car, check for leaking fluids, make sure ac/heat works properly, brakes, engine power, transmission shifting fluidity without jerks, or hesitation. These are used cars so expect a few minor issues exterior and interior. But really good service.

I went here on the 18th, and its been a few days since I got my car. I went to 2 car lots that take IDs a month prior with my down payment, hoping to drive off with a good car, I deserved after not having one for 3 years, but it didnt happen. I did the app online and seen a couple of cars I was interested in before going. When I got there, I was nervous of course but with the hope of driving off the lot still. I went in and was directed to MRS. JOAN. I told her what car I was interested in and she said she was going to make sure I got in that car! But I decided to looking around, just in case I saw something that wasnt on their website. I came back inside and decided I wanted the car I been had my eyes locked on. After the easy paper work process and getting an affordable full coverage insurance that is required before driving off the lot, MRS. JOAN put me in that car and I was so happy. I have minor issues with the car but I kept in mind that when getting a used vehicle that happens. Overall my experience was great, no hassle, shell work with you and answer all questions you have, I did cause like I said, its been whole 3 years. A1 Auto has junk cars. It looks good on the outside but soon as you pay your money and drive off the lot your check engine lights comes on. I told them about it and they basically says, its your problem! They gave me a 90 day warrent but did not honor it! I will NEVER buy from there again.

They are liars and con artists they will do anything to beat people out their money be very aware when dealing with these people cause they have no soul. And most of their good reviews come from them

February 23rd 2015 I purchased a 2000 Infiniti G20 from TJ/JT or whatever his name is. Less than a month into owning it, it started to give me a LOT of problems. I took it back, thinking they would at least send me in the right direction. I was basically told it wasnt their problem anymore. They were right. It was an as-is sale and Im ashamed for believing the sales pitch that was given to me. I was persuaded into believing the car was reliable. He told me he would trust the car to take his daughter back and forth to GA. He was very convincing (thats how he makes money, after all). He told me at 150k miles the motor and transmission was replaced, and it now had 300k miles on it. I was told the only reason the car hadnt sold was because it was ugly. I was very unhappy with my purchase, and had to put a couple more thousand dollars in it (on credit cards) just to keep it on the road until I could find something better. At the time his business Facebook page was basically blank and I assumed it was dormant, and would be pointless to leave a review at that time. Well today his very active business Facebook page showed up to where I could see it, and I chose to leave my review. No matter that it was last year, my experience was still valid.
