Loved loved loved. Even though the were sold out of game day shirts I still left out with way more than I came for. Always wanted Memphis gear because I never had any while I was in college. Yes I know crazy. But I got enough to catch up. Still hoping to get game day shirts soon.

Best place to get all things tiger

Great place to get all of your tiger gear! Prices are definitely up there (bordering not worth it), but I cant imagine they have much control over that with the University, NCAA, etc. . . Or do they?Also, staff was a bit lackluster in reaching out to see if I needed help, but once I figured out what I was looking for and where it was, they were super speedy in a long line. . . One young lady was straight up ballin. . . I was in line for game day shirts, and she was hustlin through the line finding out how many and what sizes folks needed and they were waiting there at the counter. . . Mad the line go quick, and took no time at all. . . 5 stars except that when I first got there, I made eye contact with at least two employees, and no one said hello, asked if I needed help, etc. . . Thats the only improvement Id like to see! Great job!

They have a great variety of Memphis Tigers paraphernalia and apparel. The bigger sizes in a few of the styles I was interested in were out of stock, but I was able to buy a couple of items. The staff seems to more task oriented, but theyre very knowledgeable and friendly if you have a question. The parking in front of the store is not the greatest, but its sufficient. Overall, the experience was great. I plan on returning soon.

I love it because, they have everything and anything you might need with MemphisTigers logo on it. Great store. They help you find anything you might need or want with a smile on their face. They make you feel welcome.

Store is great employees are stand offish but nice when you have to look for them to ask a question and few items are a little over priced but they do have a nice selection.

Best supply of Tiger branded items you can find, but the creativity is pretty low. In todays age, Im surprised to see no local artist work highlighted.Loses an extra star for making me get a letter from the bank on why I didnt have the security debit card to return an item. Why does this matter unless ymthe stated purpose of the company is to not offer returns even with a receipt?

Need to improve better customer service towards minority

Ordered online and picked up in the store. Customer service was great and the pick-up was easy peasy.

The staff is an amazing group of students. Theyre very helpful. And I love the throwback Memphis State line. On the other hand, they have this procedure where if you have a return, a manager has to be called. This is understandable, but during one of my visits, it took the young lady 5 times to call someone to help. You can tell there isnt much of a positive relationship between staff and management.

I have called more than 4 times to check for the price of a book but the sales person picking the phone keeps saying, Thanks for calling Tiger books store, hold on. And then after placing me on hold for couple of mins it rings and goes to an extension. I dont know if she is the only one in the store today but she needs to do better.

Staff were friendly, books were available at an average price; however it looks like posted hours are more a suggestion rather than accurate.If you arent going to be open, put up a sign saying youll be closed. While waiting for it to open on Sunday I watched 25 people attempt to get in up to 30 minutes past posted opening time. They were unable to get in due to the store being closed.While I can appreciate problems occurring, it makes it difficult for people who have limited time to get to the store in the first place.

E-books readers are a trend nowadays but Im still a fan of old-school reading so I stiill buy paperbacks. This book store is updated with the new releases so Im happy.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. First, I called ahead to see if they had a book I needed. They said they had it, but when I went to pick it up (5 min later) they said it was sold the day before. So they had to order a new one because that was the last they had. I waited a week for the book to get in, and had to call them to see if the book was there and it wasn’t. I waited another week and had to call them again to see if my book was in yet, and it finally was. The people said they forgot to call and tell me my book was in. Just like they forgot to check if they even had to book before telling me they did. If you’re considering to buying a text book go to either Textbook Brokers or the UofM bookstore. Less of a hassle.

They have everything Memphis Tiger and then some. If anything was wrong with it, there is no seating for customers and too much too look through. The staff was unwilling to help me find my size.

It used to be that we could get our own books from the back and go to the check out, but now you have to wait for someone to get them for you and then go to check out. I think that is a waste of time. Why was this changed??
