Nice library here. Now, if the college can get those hotel converted into Student Housing, it will be a more pleasant experience for any future visitors.

Mrs.Sylvia at the bookstore on Macon is rude she gives you the run around and gives you hard time when she should be giving out information to help students the best way possible . She used a very firm voice when talking and try’s to cut you off before you can say anything. I am new to southwest and this had been the worst experience yet . Everyone seem to have an attitude . If you don’t want to be at work stay home or just simply retire . Now I have to wait three business days for some book I could’ve just picked up if she would have advise she did everything she could to give me a hard time and I am not pleased I am very upset . People like that just need to revaluate themselves . This is a place of business and for new beginning students this can be quiet frustrating .

My daughter and I were there to get her books for her first semester. Place was packed. The cashier was amazing in helping and offering advice as needed even though there were long lines. When our turn came to check out, we appreciated that help because we had one wrong book and she explained the rent as l policy over buying. I appreciate good service and friendly employees.

Expensive but convenient. Pretty much what you would expect from an on campus bookstore.

Library was peaceful and serene. The rest of the campus needs attention. Crowded. Overworked employees. Wait time, at LEAST 3 hours. I feel sorry for everyone up there. Students and employees 😥

You would think they would order more than 6 items of one thing for a photo class.. When registration for that class can be 20 and better. Not well thought out.

The bookstore lady was very nice informing all the things that would help me for my future class at the University Of Memphis. I was there for the Bridge program for about 3 weeks, and then I would be off to the UofM in the fall.

They let you rent out and they are very helpful.

Website hours of operation are from 8a - 4pm went to the bookstore and it closed at 2pm. Inconvenienced, frustrated
