Went to see about how the service was here from the reviews..didn’t get any hey hi are u wen i walk in but the min it was time to purchase the whole vibe changed i love that they have a lot of lingerie to choose from 7 out of 10

We called at 1045 pm and Lisa was to close at 1100. She was happy to hear from me while on the phone and even more excited that she was able to help me when I arrived at 1052 pm. She even had another customer walk in at 1058 pm. She never seemed irritated as if she wanted to leave. We laughed and had a good time as I hurried to pick out what I came for. The gentleman that came in after me left her a $9 tip but since she isn’t able to keep it due to company policy she picked out some trial lubes for my boyfriend and I. She gave us a rewards card and explained how we earned points. She was humorous, knowledgeable, kind and sincere. She was dedicated in to making our future nights more enjoyable. It’s employees like Lisa who go above and beyond that keep customers returning. I love Lisa!

Customer service is awful. I walked in and the lady behind the counter did not speak or say welcome. The only thing she said to me was did I read the door she didnt ask me if I needed help with anything or nothing. They even let me walk out without spending any money. I had cash money in my pocket to spend. They missed out!

I walked in looking for something in particular and Crystal Bell was very helpful and professional!! I end up buying more than what I came in for and had a very satisfying night! 😁😁😁😁😁

Ive bought two things at this store and both either broke or didnt work as advertised. The store was completely unwilling to work with me and actually accused me of damaging the broken product myself. I understand they cant accept returns after use, but you should still be able to get money back if the product is faulty instead of being dismissed completely. Terrible customer service and cheap products, I will not be going back, or at least not to this location.

I want to give this place the stars it needs but I could not get anyone to answer the phone at this location. I was about to head straight over and buy something h7t I wanted to make sure they had it in stock...its like no one is working at the store...the manager is ultimately responsible but exactly what kind of values does this store have based on customer experience....pretty shity if you ask klme... just answer the phone how hard is that

We walked in planning to get a few things I was very rudely asked for my ID(my partner was not) then after I furnished it we were promptly told that they would be closing at 11:45. Feeling as if we were kicked out we left we will not return and we will take our business else where you obviously need to understand the art of customer Service no owner nor manager in their right mind would allow money to walk out of those doors. Obviously you can do with out. Word of mouth is a beautiful thing.

Nice looking store on the inside. Its clear and will light in DVD & products areas. The viewing area great is well set up.

We walked in 25 minutes before close. The lady behind the counter was rude and discouraged us from buying anything. I will never go there again. They clearly need a manager.
