This is the third boat that I have purchased from the Memphis Boat Center. The sales team (Emily/Hart) made it a special day by surprising the family as the boat was delivered sooner than expected. They had the boat in the showroom, with our lake song playing when we walked in and the entire MBC crew was there to greet us. It was a special memory that my kids will remember forever. We love being a part of the Memphis Boat Center family!

It would be nice if they offered a military discount I understand they still get 5 stars .

Service so great, I came back for more. Purchased my first and my second boat from MBC. Jonas and Emily are fantastic sales persons. Being new to the boating world, Hart was gracious enough to throw in some jackets, fenders, and an anchor. The maintance crew always took their time when performing work on the boats. Due to a physical disability, I was struggling to enter and exit the boat. Hart had a staircase fabricated so that I wouldn’t have to rely on others to get in and out. You’ll realize that you’re family really quick after getting a boat here.

Cooper was very nice. The service staff were well informed and everyone treated us like we were the number 1 customer. So, we bought a boat.

I needed to sell my boat and dealt with Hart Robinson to do so. In my opinion he was knowledgeable, and fair with the price he gave me and he was very easy to work with. My experience with Memphis Boat Center was a very positive one and I would definitely recommend them.

Tried to purchase a trailer from this facility, talked to Alex in sales. He was very helpful and informative, he definitely went out of his way to answer any questions I had. Unfortunately his boss Cooper got involved when I was questioning some of the hidden fees. An extra 3% for credit card purchases over $1000.00 and $150 for paperwork. No where does it say they charge an extra 3% for credit card purchases on there website. Then Cooper demanded I pay cash and would not take a credit card after he called me a scammer. Very poor customer service on his end, insulted a customer. I did not mind paying cash but I was not getting the cash price. Unfortunately they lost a sale due to this. So I have decided to purchase the trailer from Venture directly for $500 cheaper. FYI YOU CAN PURCHASE VENTURE TRAILERS DIRECT SAVE THE TIME AND MONEY. I would not recommend this store.

I recently went in to Memphis Boat Center to inquire about purchasing a boat. The staff was extremely helpful in describing the different boats and options. Once I had described what I would be using my boat for and where, they were able to suggest a boat that would best fit my needs. The boat arrived and after Hart and his team checked it out thoroughly and installed a few additional options it was ready to go. A great experience from beginning to end. I recommend Memphis Boat Center without hesitation.

Jonas sold me a really good boat trailer fror a great price, he also pre tripped it for me by checking tire pressures an lug nuts being a new trailer. He also had it staged out front ready to roll.I would have given 5 stars but the boss went to Baylor university, lol.

My husband and I just bought our first boat with the help of Hart & Jonas. Since this was our first go around with buying a boat, we wanted to buy something used but safe/reliable for our family of 5. We found a boat on their website that fit our budget and sent an email inquiry. We got a response from hart within an hour or two (on a Sunday, when they were closed) and we went to take a look two days later. The boat was exactly like it was pictured and we left an hour and a half later with it. The staff made everything so easy for us (including Alex who volunteered to put YouTube slime videos on the overhead tv for our restless 3 kids). Great experience and would do business with them again. We’ve since taken the boat on the water and can’t wait to spend our first summer boating with our girls.

These guys are great … best service in town. Great staff and they all know their stuff too. Over the years I’ve purchased paddle boards, wake surf boards … you name it. Even a hydraulic boat lift that has made my “weekend warrior” boating experiences considerably easier! The annual service on my boat is always thorough and I’ve never felt like they were trying to sell me unnecessary work. The Memphis Boat Center is a great example of why we need more family-owned small businesses in our world!

I am considering purchasing a new boat, and was looking at comparisons on YouTube. I stumbled across these guys doing a comparison between an Alumacraft and a Tracker. The sales guy advised that they sold Alumacraft and did say that he was biased. (Why it is a 3 star review and not 1) However, they showed examples in the water of the stability of the boats and it was evident that he was not putting as much weight on the edges of the Tracker as he was the Alumacraft. They also showed side by side comparisons of the two from launch and riding to full speed where it was evident by the wake and how the boats were performing in the water that the Alumacraft was trimmed out and the Tracker was not. I have no allegiance to either brand, and have never owned either one, but these tests were misleading. If hes going to falsify these things with video evidence, what is he going to say in person? You should delete the video. Its incriminating.

Ever since owning a high end boat, I’ve depended on the team at MBC to take care of em. They’ve never let me down. A boat is not something you want just anyone to handle. For service, gear or parts your money is well spent on the expertise and reliable staff there.

This boat center treats you with a great personal touch and family feeling. Busy place with a good reputation for skilled Craftsman. They are a bit slow but very thorough. We purchased a used motor for a pontoon boat 4 years ago and it is still getting us around the lake. Memphis Boat Center is where quality is King.

I asked A LOT of questions throughout the two week process (we live in Nashville and had to make arrangements to get to Memphis), but Enrique answered them all and treated us like family every step of the way. After driving 7 Hours and renting a hotel, I learned the condition of the boat I was coming to purchase was severely misrepresented. It was described as being in mint condition, and upon arriving to Memphis boat center, I was advised it was “solid.” Nothing could have been further from the truth.In short, after an investment of $500 and travel expenses all I was told was “sorry.“ I found the boat to be filthy, dry rotted seats, dry rotted speakers, rust, scratches, smelled of mildew And missing emblems. If this is your definition of “mint” condition, than this is the place for you.To represent your product as something that it is not so severely, is nothing short of abhorrent. Not to mention, I told them on the phone I was driving seven hours one-way.I asked them if there was anything they would be willing to do to make this situation right, and I was told “sorry.”

We bought a 2013 Four Winns June of 2013 and Rob and Hart stayed late for us so we could come do all the paper work and pick up our dream boat. Two years later we have moved to East TN and they still stay in contact with us and invite us the different events and customer appreciation day. We just purchased our first tri-toon and it came from Memphis Boat Center. Going in we met Cooper Robinson and I must say dealing with Cooper was a pleasure. We told him about our family and what we expected to be doing. He showed us an Avalon, a beautiful boat with 150 motor. After discussing with all family members, we called Cooper to let him know we wanted the boat and he held it for over three weeks before we went back and put down a deposit. We were with impressed with the entire MBC team. None of them seemed to rush us or cut us off with the many questions we had. Every employee was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. We are very pleased with our new boat and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I drove down from St. Louis to purchase my boat from Memphis Boat Center in January 2016. I got a great deal and I was treated with respect and was made to feel like a very valuable customer instead of dollar signs. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. I dealt with Hart Robinson for the sales portion and Cooper Robinson for completing all of the required paperwork. The service manager spent loads of time showing and explaining all of the options on my boat with me before delivery. I had scheduled in advance with them to be at the dealership on a Saturday just before they opened and as I was getting out of my truck, the service manager pulled into the parking lot pulling my new boat. He went in extra early to take my new boat to the river for water testing to ensure it was ship-shape and ready to be delivered to the customer (me) (IN JANUARY. Yes, it was COLD) when the dealership opened that morning. Unfortunately for these guys, I absolutely love my new boat and may never need to buy another one in my lifetime, but if I do, Ill again make the journey to Memphis to buy it from MBC. I highly recommend these guys!!

Slow service, it took over a month to even look at my boat all 3 times I have been there.2 different times for winterization/summerization they left my perko switches on and ruined batteries.

Great sale and service departments and they even have wonderful pro shop to get you going wakeboarding and surfing.

You will be treated with respect and given a great deal.I brought the boat in for service and to add an OEM tower. Once again, the MBC showed their professionalism. Jeanies team in the service department are true craftsmen. Even when the tower was shipped with two pieces missing, they went out of their way to provide loaners from a showroom boat, so that I would not have to do without for a weekend of boating.It is wonderful to find this type of service in todays world. I searched long and hard before buying my Malibu 23 LSV at Memphis boat center and Im sure glad I ended up purchasing from them. They dont just sell you a boat, they make sure you and your family get the most out of it. I wouldnt be nearly as happy with any other boat or any other dealership.
