Pyramid is one cool place. Everything laid out easy to find. Super helpful and friendly staff. A must visit when in Memphis. The observation decks give a fabulous view of the the city and the Mississippi River. Cant wait to come back during the holidays!!

We absolutely loved visiting this place. It was fun for our little family and we spent several hours here. From watching the fish, seeing all the amazing mounts, taking in the views on the observation deck, enjoying some yummy food at one of their restaurants, and (of course!) all the shopping (on multi levels), there is plenty for everyone to do. Every worker we came into contact with was very nice and friendly. They even have an option to stay in one of their lodge rooms that overlook the floor! It is definitely an experience and WORTH IT!

Its amazing 😄 I loved seeing all the different size fish. Also the ride to the top is worth the $8. Are at the walhburgers restaurant it is good affordable food. Recommend coming here it was my first time and I would do it everyday if I could.

Such a cool place. We spent probably 2 hrs wondering around, rode the elevator, watched lady scuba dive and clean the pond, watched the fish and just looked all around. Pretty cool! Totally recommended checking the place out. Its something to do!

This place is awesome. The inside is so neat. I love the ponds and all of the fish that they have. There is a lot of merchandise to pick from here, so Im sure they will have what you want. You can pay to ride the elevator to go out on the pyramid itself. The lookout is amazing. There is also a restaurant with a bowling alley too. I enjoyed my time here and hope to return.

Definitely a great idea to turn the old basketball arena into this. Very cool. Everything a regular Bass pro has and more, plus bowling alley, hotel, bar, restaurants, and the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view.

WOW!!! That was all you could see on my face the entire time I was in here. This is by far the biggest and most well thought out Bass Pro I have ever been in. The entire sale floor sits on a mini lake that is over an acre in size with all kinds of different species of fish! I saw alligators and I counted 7 sturgeon fish (prehistoric fish still alive today) and 3 of them had to have been over 100lbs. If you’re not going for the boats, the fishing equipment, their wonderful staff knowledge, or their outdoor gear just go for the pure love of an architectural wonderland. I would recommends his place to anyone. Go see for yourself!

At first when my husband suggested visiting here I thought no...Ive been to the Granddaddy store in Springfield MO but it was a great visit! This place would be a precious place for a young couple on a honeymoon! There is a really neat lodge there and bowling as well as restaurants. The observation deck was really cool

Very large inventory, friendly and helpful staff. The Lookout restaurant is expensive but very nice atmosphere. The hosts were kind and the food was spectacular. The view is over most of the city and makes a good scene for dining. Highly recommended to outdoors type people, or if your looking for something fun to do.

Its fun to take the family and check out the live fish and ducks inside for free. You can take the elevator up to the top for the pyramid $8 adults $5 children to see Memphis. We opted out. There is a Walburger to eat at. Bass pro shop has all your outdoor needs. A little pricey for my family. Parking was free.

Good visit to the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid in Memphis, during my familys drive home to Missouri from Destin, Florida, 3 years ago. Just like their original store in Springfield, Missouri, the interior of this store looked rather beautiful. And yes, we did also ride up the elevator, which provided us an opportunity for a panoramic view of the city of Memphis from the top of the Pyramid! We finished off this visit strong with some rather delicious fudge!Again, this visit was 3 years ago.

This place is always so much fun to visit with my family. Love the outdoor feel while at the same time being indoors it if the weather. Great place to visit on a rainy day or when its really hot outside. Plenty of shopping to do as well.

Very cool place to visit! The outside of the pyramid speaks for itself, but very cool scenery to see inside. The rootop views are really neat. Its an incredible view of the city and the river!

I love this place. They have an observation desk a place to eat which taste amazing. They have a place to sleep. I will definitely be coming back here, to stay awhile instead of visiting just a few short hours.

This is like an outdoor lovers theme park! Hotel, several restaurants including one with a bowling alley, & the FULL Bass Pro Shop experience! I had no interest in shopping, but still have enjoyed this stop on my cross country adventure most, so far! The $8 for the trip up the elevator to the viewing decks at the top of the pyramid is VERY worth an amazing view of Memphis & the Mississippi River.

Bass pro shop a the pyramid in Memphis is absolutely awesome but the restaurant at the top it was ok food was good . Very pricey and it also cost money to ride the elevator up to the top . So be prepared to spend some money. And they should definitely add some signs by the restaurant when you get to the top so you can get confused really fast.

So beautiful here. The staff was helpful and friendly. 2 places to sit down and eat. One at the top and one bottom. Scuba diver was feeding the fish in the tank. So many things to shop for. Beautiful view from the observation deck. Redfish plate at the top was delicious.

This place is beautiful. I walked all the way from Connecticut to come here, and it was with the trip. Mask optional, but fun required! The store is huge and had many live animals living in the happiest place on Earth. Why spend thousands going to Disney world when you can go to the Bass pro shop in Memphis for free.

It was nice. Only reason I am giving it a 2 star because we went to the look out restaurant. WE told the woman at the elevator that we was going to the restaurant but we still had to pay the $8 each to go up. Then for a chicken sandwich and fries $19.75 each. Had to wait over an hour to get are food. The food was good. Probably the best fries I have eaten. We the manager stopped by the table i told her that it was wrong to charge us for elevator ride. Then the manager told us to go to customer service and they would refund it back. Went to customer service and was rudely told that they dont refund elevator rides payment and that the manager just told us that to get a tip. So I wouldnt go up to the lookout or eat in the restaurant because it sure isnt worth $8 for the view just to ride up.

It’s a great place to go if you’re visiting the city. I stayed at the Big Cypress Lodge hotel in the pyramid, which exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend staying in one of the inner rooms, so you can have a view of the inside of the pyramid from your balcony. If you ride the elevator to the top, you will be greeted by a great view on the observation deck over the whole city. The whole trip was very enjoyable, and I’d recommend it to anyone stopping in Memphis. I hope I can go there again soon.

One of the best places I have ever visited! I have always been a fan of bass pro shops but this blew my mind that they have this. I am definitely coming back just to explore this spot more. Brining all my friends with me as well! Besides having all the items bass pro shops carries this is an experience, please go visit it if you are anywhere near Memphis

You could spend an entire day at this location. So much to see and do. There is a hotel, alligators, fish, a bowling alley, the observation deck, multiple restaurants, and tons of shopping. A must see when you come to Memphis. Very nice bathrooms; including a family bathroom. Very clean throughout the entire building and grounds.

Im not really an outdoorsman, but I came here and was totally blown away. Easily one of the coolest retail experiences Ive ever had. If youre passing through town or visiting, definitely make a stop here, youll be very impressed.

Well, what can you say. It’s an amazing experience inside one of the largest hunters and hunting gears stores I have ever been in. It’s inside a large pyramid which includes a restaurant, hotel and lots of hunting gear and goods. You can ride the elevator up to the top and look out the amazing views thought outside the pyramid. Nice place to take the kids to check out some games and hunting gear.

Its a trip. Real alligators. Big fish. Lots of things I dont need to buy. Only wish, blue licorice. You had all the flavors but blue. So sad.

Wonderful place to visit, purchased 5 shirts, which the sales ladys helped me pick out. I got their favorite one. They were excellent. Tax free day, saved $22 on taxes.

Hotel, restaurant with amazing view, yes you must stop by given the chance. I was pleased how easy it was to get to the pyramid. Also the food was very good. A tad expensive, and I just mean slightly. The photos speak for themselves.

The best bass pro shop I have ever been in. The fish tank is massive and takes up most of the first floor. The little docks and bridges made it a fun experience.

This place is a wonderful place to do a bit of Drone Photography. I have never been inside but it photographs really well.

This is definitely a cool landmark to visit, though I found it a little bit overrated. You cant get a feel for how big the place is inside since theres stuff all along each wall and a restaurant taking up the top of the pyramid. There were tons of signs in the parking lot saying to lock your vehicle and bring valuables with you, which tells you what kind of area its in. Overall not a bad place to visit but left underwhelmed.

So disappointed. The restaurant was extremely poor service. We had four hungry kiddos and between the text time (they actually got it wrong and removed us from the wait list when they said they texted us and we showed them they hadn’t) and the time we left it was 2 hours. We didn’t get our pop. Overpriced. Definitely more of a “tourist” spot and a typical restaurant for show. The lookout is a long wait and I didn’t realize it cost but that’s my fault for not researching beforehand. But the look was amazing once we got up there!!!! Other than that, nothing special about it at all. Same clothes and supplies as other stores. And the bowling alley is so random

Amazing atmosphere!! Probably one of the largest in U.S. Trees with hanging Spanish moss, live crocodiles, catfish, gar and more. The elevator shaft is one of the most beautiful Ive seen. When in Memphis, be sure to add this to the agenda.Nice visual treat!

Phenomenal experience. We enjoyed the rooftop observation deck and restaurant, you have to try the Red Snapper.

Very cool Bass Pro-living alligators, ducks and fish swimming throughout bottom floor, rustic wood/ripe bridges to cross as well as all your favorite BPS stuff! Very worth an hour or two of your tone of you have small children and if you like heights, take the super tall elevator to the look out balcony at the top!

The gentleman that assisted us in the fishing department was the friendliest sales associate Ive ever experienced at ANY Bass Pro. The adding of the fishing line was just a bonus. I didnt get his name but he had a north eastern accent with a hint of Polish. 100% give this man a that a boy or whatever your store offers. If you are a customer hunt down this guy if you need fishing gear. Grey hair about 5ft 6... might be AJ?

If you are in Memphis you must visit here, and remember they give 5% off everything (including ammo) for military & veterans.Call ahead and book reservations for the restaurant on top of the pyramid!They also have a hotel you can stay at inside. Truly an awesome experience.

If you partake in literally any outdoor activity, this is the place to go. This pyramid is basically a shrine to campers, hunters, and fishers alike. Also its one of the biggest pyramids in the world.

Must visit even you don’t want to buy. It’s feel like you are in a museum

Definitely a cool bass pro. I grew up visiting the original, in Springfield mo. Its hard to beat that one! It really wasnt a competition. Springfield is much more interesting inside and has the wonders of wildlife museum. But, the lookout up top and restaurant was pretty cool. Its $9.00 to go to the top. Have fun!

Really awesome store that has a lot of things to see and do. The Lookout at the top is fun and worth the little bit of $ to do. Would have stayed and done more but we were in town mainly for the zoo. Will definitely visit again.

If Disneys Animal Kingdom was run by hunters, you would have a place like this. Its big, bold and fascinating but not really my cup of tea. The taxidermied decapitated heads of various animals remind me more of a horror scene. I also cannot imagine staying at the hotel there. Observation platform was not open on this day due to inclement weather.

I cant say enough positive things about my recent trip to Bass Pro Memphis. It was simply amazing. I think everyone needs to go here!!!!! Be sure to eat at the Fishbowl. I would recommend the catfish and chips! First time trying catfish and it was delicious. Spend the time to take the elevator to the top, it was so worth it. Look around at the store, there are real ducks and fish and alligators. The store is immaculately clean and everyone is required to wear masks right now. I would say that youll need a minimum of 2 hours and if you eat and take the elevator, youll need about 3.5 hours. I bet the hotel is gorgeous. The architects who dreamed up the use of the pyramid are sheer genius!

Amazing outdoor outfitters. The scale of this property is awesome. Anything you could imagine related to the outdoors is under this roof. They also have a large variety of fish tanks and artificial ponds filled with fishes of all sorts. There are also a lot of wildlife mounts to admire. Be sure to spend the eight bucks to visit the lookout!

The view at the Bass Pro Shop pyramid is amazing and worth the $8 charge to go up the elevator to see the spectacular lights of the Memphis bridge and the lights around Memphis. We also ate at the Look Out and it was good but not amazing for the prices. They were out of the grilled chicken that my husband wanted and he did not care for the garlic fries. My fried chicken was good but my mashed potatoes had a film on them and the broccoli was cooked too much and not salted. The waitress was very nice and very busy. A guy in the room next to where we were sitting was banging so loadly that we had to ask to move. I would not go there for the food but definitely go up for the view. It was beautiful!

Always great customer service, in probably the most unique retail location in the country. Oh, yeah, and they have alligators in one of the ponds in the store.

Not the coolest bass pro Ive been to, but it is definitely unique. The ride to the top was okay, but Im not sure its worth $8. Animals were cool. Cashiers were very slow with long lines.

Amazing pyramid shaped building with Bass pro store and Cabels sporting goods. A glass elevator that goes all the way to the top. Multiple items from candy to sporting goods. Definitely worth the visit! Great selection and customer service.

This spot is hilarious! Absolutely worth going up and having a drink and a gaze from the restaurant at the tip of the pyramid! A sense of adventure is required.

Store was cool. Lookout was a great view and the gentleman running the elevator was sincerely kind. The lower resturaunt staff very slow and uninviting. Had to repeatedly ask for items just to eat our meal.

This place you could stay all day in. I couldnt believe they had cabins to rent for the night. It was like being in tree house forest. And the fish were bigger than I am.

It’s fine. I expected it to be as good if not better than the Bass Pro in Springfield Missouri just because of the building it’s in. It’s definitely not. Staff was friendly. Took the family to the top. $8 a ticket to ride the elevator. Did not try the restaurant but the view was nice and their is an outdoor viewing area.

It a pretty amazing Bass pro shop. Obviously it wont top the original one in Springfield, MO but its still fantastic. Would have liked to to ride the elevator to the top but there was an exceptionally long line so I decided to skip that part.

It is very interesting that one of the main attractions in Memphis, TN is a Bass Pro Shop shaped as a pyramid. It’s one of those places you see to just say you did it.You won’t have any trouble finding parking but may need to walk a little since their parking lot is large. There’s an elevator in the middle of the building to bring you to the observation deck on top. There seemed to be a wait the entire time we were there and we decided not to go up. The view from the observation deck is told to have a view that overlooks most of Memphis.

Insanely amazing!! A must! You could spend all day there just looking around and then spend the evening eating at that delicious smelling restaurant.

I never knew this existed! This is great. Anyone should go! Has swamp. Fish, ducks, stuffed moose, bears, pigs, and more!

They have everything you need for outdoors! This bass pro shop building is amazing. Restaurants and a hotel. Has a huge pond with all different species of fish including sturgeon and gar. Has an observation deck at the top also. Easy to spend half a day in there.

Very cool place! Cant say that Im much of a sportsman, but there really is something here for everyone. Lots of shopping, restaurants, ponds, outdoor education stuff, even a hotel where the rooms look like tents and treehouses. I went mainly for the top of the pyramid view of Memphis and was happy with what I saw.

Me and the family has an awesome time here! There’s a hotel, bowling, Restaurant, and the gift shop is huge! Tons of animals to look at and I absolutely loved the hanging birds. People brought their dogs and it was all around just a wonderful experience! We look forward to going back

What a spectacular experience. This place is just amazing. Literally like a whole different world in there. Fish tanks, alligators, ponds and all the different things to see...we ate inside at Uncle Bucks Fish Bowl and Grill, sat at the bar and enjoyed a great snack . The view from there is just a lot of fun....a must see place for everyone...

The place is absolutely amazing!! Can spend several plus hours in there, and have to control myself not to get carried away bc theres definitely not a shortage to choose from!! Who ever did the decorating and designing were extremely creative and has an eye for detail bc ur pretty much in awe as u walk around and look. There are aquariums, gorgeous lodges to stay in, a bowling alley, places to eat and snack. Right on the river, has amazing views, just below Riverwalk, the paddle boats and close to downtown and Beale street. Be sure to take the sharp lookin elevator to the top, u wont regret!

Me & my husband are not Bass Pro Shop people. We do not desire to shop at this store for any reason. That being said, we had a GREAT time at this location because its such an interesting structure. The Lookout restaurant is absolutely pricey, but it was great quality food and good service. You have to know at a tourist attraction like this you will pay premium prices for anything they have for sale, which we gladly paid for the experience in a pyramid. Thanks for a great Saturday!
