Best bike shop ever! Pedaling from Shreveport, LA back to Wi and not only did Will replace my rear tire he totally gave the bike a good inspection and just tweaked a couple things. You can tell will and Saul love working with bikes. They shared stories and made me feel at home. Will recommended a Fantastic hostel in Memphis and my steel frame bike was so tight and smooth when I left. Very, very reasonable price. A good way to encourage cross country biking. My son is a member of NICA and we went to the Trek store downtown to look into getting him an upgrade. Nick and Saul are very knowledgeable and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. They have a computer that measures the rider to help choose the right size frame, and they adjusted our bike for fit. They also installed the accessories we purchased at the store for no extra charge.

Saul Torres from the downtown Memphis TN TREK store had the best customer service I have ever experienced. He made sure I was well taken care of and made sure I knew it. Even when I called him to tell him I found the bike at a local shop he was excited and congratulated me. He definitely went above and beyond and set a high bar for future TREK customer service experiences to come. Good job TREK and good job Saul!

This store is awesome! I just bought a bike for my son and the staff was EXCELLENT! Nick helped us, showed us all the models and differences, and even took my son riding around the area so that he could see the differences in the bikes. There were also two other gentleman that helped us which were AWESOME as well! If you are looking for a great place to buy a bike, you can’t beat this place!

Saul and the team at Trek Downtown Memphis was very helpful purchasing and setting up my Dual Sport 3. I initially went to Trek East Memphis but they did not have the bike I wanted in stock. The staff there found the bike I was looking for Downtown and asked them to hold it for me.

If youre ever in need of a bicycle or bicycle service and so happen to be in the Downtown Memphis area, this is your place!I have no idea why I didnt visit earlier!

Went in on Saturday and worked with Saul. Got the Verve model, he heard everything about what I wanted and guided me toward the right model for me.Could not be more thrilled with the bike I got and the experience I had!!

Peddler is the shop that all my bicycling friends recommend, and it’s clear to see why. They are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, willing to help, but not pushy. I’m on a bike again for the first time in 30 years! And I’ve already been by Peddler twice — for gear and advice.

Great service warm and friendly but not at all eager to spend your money (as in over selling/buying)!Besides that the store has such amazing energy that I like to drop in sometimes just to talk about bicycles... I find it strangely relaxing.

I bought a used Trek bike and came in for a Tri fitting with Josh. I left confident in my new ride after Josh asked a lot of great questions on my plans and goals for myself then taking my measurements to give me an excellent riding position.

Couldnt be happier with Peddler Bike Shop! Neal was super friendly and super awesome. I brought my Schwinn Trailway bicycle in after taking a hard crash, and Neal got it back to new in less than 8 hours. I took the bike for a quick ride after pick up, and its running great. Definitely recommend.

Great store, lots of selection and friendly, helpful service ready to help!

Always willing to help with my cycling needs. If I just need someone to help re-synch my road bike computer, or a major repair or tune up for one of my bikes, they always come through. And as for accessories, they usually have what I need or will order it in quickly. Yes these folks are my go to shop everytime. The big box stores or the internet just cant offer what these guys have in the the way of customer service.
