It was nothing neat or organized at all in this store. One of the guys had an attitude when explaining to him what hair products I was looking for. He finally found it but took him a minute. Yes with the mess in that store its not surprising. Just clean the store up so you can find things in less time. I went to their other location which was a lot much organized and cleaner. I will drive the extra miles to save a headache from a disarrayed store.

Just moved to Memphis a month ago and got a recommendation for another beauty supply store, and I chose this one because it was closer and I was very happy I did, great hair products and they have a little bit of everything in there .staff was polite and helpful I loved it definitely going back 😀

They carry hair thats too long. The more styled wigs are too high on the shelf. Its a hot mess in this store. All their longest wigs are on the counter. I became frustrated and walked out.

Ive been going to this beauty supply since they first opened, and the the whole family is awesome and always so helpful. Me and my sisters have been shopping with them so long, my sisters can get what they need on credit and pay later if needed.

Always love this place. They really honor their customers.

The Store employees was talking bad about the previous customers in front of the ones waiting. I placed my items on the desk and walked out. They lost a customer! Im not shop with them again..If 0 was an option I would give the 0 but Ill settle for the 1..

I have been go.I g to C&P since they came to Lamar -airways. Their parents were there then.They always have what I need at the time.They always have something I want too.They are so nice,friendly,helpful and kind to me.There customer service is Good.I just went to C&P yesterday. There was a nice variety of products and the store was organized averagely. Although there were lots of options for hair selections for braids, I couldnt find enough packs of the color /brand that I wanted, so I had to mix and match. Staff was surprisingly patient and friendly, as I came in 15 minutes before closing.

Pleasant people. Young ladies are helpful. And encourage you to make nice choices so your idea dont allow you to look like a. Clown picking out that hair. Lol. A lot of people need that help

Has serviced the neighborhood for years. The staff is always polite and accommodating. The store has a wide selection of wigs, hair, hair products, nail products, accessories, and more. This stole has just about everything you may need for your hair nails, feet, etc.

They have many, many different hair care products! Some I havent seen since 1980s (worlds of curls). They dont have high end products. Whatever you cant find at Walgreens or Walmart, Im sure you could find it there. Staff very helpful also! I like this place!
