Always have everything I need!

I have been coming to this place for about 4 or 5 years. It is very inexpensive and the main reason I come here is because they usually always stay stocked. When I go to other stores they are either out of the item or dont have what I want at all. When I come here I always find what I need. I wont give this place 5 stars though because the owner speaks little to no English and they know nothing about black hair or the products they sell. Unless you know exactly what you want they will be of no help even if they were able to understand what you are saying. They usually hire young black women to handle customer questions thats if you are able to get one that is knowledgeable and has good customer service. I will admit over the past few years they have gotten better with customer service and they are bringing in more products. So I will continue coming here.

I will say I been going to this store for over a decade or two. But that season has pass. After having a snatched security button taken out of my wig. Which was not nice. If someone would run the security tape back in the store for July 11. It will not look good. And also the unprofessional comment that was said, when I asked for help too find the right foundation. You would think that certainly the elders that enter the store would to be treated with care and with respect. But this old faithful customer is going to move on. As the saying say, Bye Felica

The bad reviews for Miss Bells cracks me up. Ive been a loyal customer for YEARS and I have never seen a customer get put out if they werent making a scene first. GREAT customer service, the entire staff is so friendly. Even when theyre busy I never feel ignored or rushed. But you better believe youre going to get put out if you dont know how to act right.

Today was my first and LAST time going there. The heavy Asian man is so disgusting! I dont think hes fond of black people. He will shout Get Out if you ask him a question he doesnt want to answer.From now on i will search high an low for Black owned black beauty supply stores!

The Asian guy is the rudest person you ever want to meet. He has the worst altitude and does not know how to talk to people. I will never spend my money here again

Very nice employees my first visit and impression was ever lasting if the prices are amazing I may add its worth the drive across town for me.

The in store clerk would not acknowledge the CDC recommendation to wear a mask but the business sells mask and would not provide service to customers without one.

The Asian guy at the register is always rude. Not only to customers but other staff. Do not by the jewelry there. The breast cancer awareness necklace I bought turned my neck green and gave me a rash.

Everyone wad super helpful and they have a ton of products for every face, boday and haor type.

I usually have a pleasant experience her but the Heavy set Asian guy (shoulder length hair and always behind the counter) has the worst attitude ever. Its almost as if he hates being there. He makes snide remarks when asking about a product and literally has told customers to get out when he gets tired of questions! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been coming to this place since I was a kid living in this area and I have never been so insulted in my life I feel like I should be able to spend my money in this store like everyone else the owner of this store is rude his sister that works in the store act like she doesnt wanna help you depending on what time of day it is I am a loyal customer who have been shopping here for years my family has been shopping in this store for years and never has had an issue before I will never SHOP in this store again.

Very rude employees my friend was looking at earrings that are locked up and the man yelled at him and put us out the store
