This beauty supply house really shocked me. It had everything I needed so I have no complaints it was a One-Stop shop. If you do not want to do a lot of running around like I did before I found this place just start off here.

I absolutely hate going to this store. The staff and the owners are very rude, especially to African American people: when the irony is African Americans make up the majority of their customers. They wont speak, ask if you need assistance or thank you for your support. I only come here if I am in dire need of a product, otherwise I order online or from a BOB. I try my best to support anyone, but over the years this business has continued to show me that they dont appreciate our business. Please take heed and find another beauty supply store to shop at. Beauty trends around the corner is better than this business. This is all the fuel I need to start my own beauty supply company that will support and appreciate all customers, no matter the race or ethnicity.

My go to beauty supply bc of their location, prices, and customer service. They dont BOTHER you!!! They allow you to brose and shop withput rushing you or constantly following you around. Sometimes it take sa girl a while to figure out what she wants and i like that this store allows me to do that.

The lady in the wig section was on here phone for 10 min. before she acknowledged me. While she was helping me she keep getting on her phone.

It has a lot of variety. They have good customer service, including saying hello. They do observe customers, but in the normal perspective. They dont constantly follow people around the store, and they are very helpful.

I am new in town. A Travel Nurse. Finally found beauty supply store who is unprofessional and closed and locked their doors 6 minutes before their post time to close. So much for southern hospitality and professionalism. Very disappointed in Memphis, TN. This is a part of the reason why. What if I told my patients I was too tired today so I am leaving work early and not going to provide service.......Smh.

Like this place. They always have hair in tons of colors, which I like the most. They also have a variety of brands to choose from so I always find something new I like. They have recently beefed up their apparel section, of which I dont use but have noticed. They have good prices and selection on the make up. The staff is getting better with their customer service, they used to be very abrasive.

Always a nice selection to choose from. No complaints. The staff has gotten nicer over the past few months. There was some issue with people being followed around the store and feeling uncomfortable but that has not been an issue recently. One of the better stores in the area.

My favorite beauty supply store. They are actually polite and respectful of their customers. They also have a large amount of products.

I have been coming here for the last 10 years. They always have what I need. The weave selection has gotten better over the years and they offer almost every color you can think off. The associates are nice and give me advice as to what kind if products Im looking for and the difference between the weave and which one is better depending on the price range I want to spend.

No problem when shopping for my order.

Theyre supposed to close at 9pm!! We arrived at 8:54pm and they had the doors locked talking through the door. They said were closed! We said, its not even 9pm! We just need a wig cap for a client. They kept saying were closed and wouldnt let us in. Well, the owner should change the darn closing time to 8:45pm since they wont let you in right before 9pm. This checkout wouldnt have taken 2 min.

Some items were cheaper here than in retail stores like Target, Walmart, Sally’s. Braiding hair ranges from $1.49-$5.99 (I believe that’s the highest price seen). Kid’s barrettes and hair balls are $1 a pack.I just wish it was black owned. So until I find one black owned and operated we’ll go here.

Very racist. One oriental lady snach a wig out of my hand that l wanted to write down some information about. Another African American woman started to put her items back but l insisted that she didnt. But the racist oriental women told the African American woman she could put her items back. The oriental women was rude and didnt care about her Afro American customers. I told her l would not be back she was not concerned or bother about me being discontented with the service l received. African Americans need to boycott her business she has gotten beside herself because her business is doing so well which is supported predominately by African Americans. We need to take a united front against such racism.

BEWARE. Psychopathic management.They accepted my credit card after a rigorous documentation check and AFTER the transaction was over, the male manager and older female employee became aggressive. They yelled at me and threatened to call the police. Stunned, I said okay, I’ll wait. I stood there and held my purchases, confused, until an equally confused cop showed up.I apologized to him, showed him the documentation, and asked the manager to do the decent thing and apologized.He laughed in my face.Truly horrifying experience. Honestly the hostility began after I mentioned I was Jewish so I don’t know if they had some kind of bias but this was, I must say, a highly upsetting and disturbing experience.Please use caution here. Very strange vibe.

I purchased a wig from here on 1/27/2017. Took it back the next day because the crown of the wig was nappy. The lady at the register told me that it was suppose to look that way. Guy in the back was really nice and helpful but the lady in the front wouldnt let me exchange for a different wig. Wig is basically a $50 lost.

I shop here mostly for the really cheap eyeliners, scented oils and browsing the makeup aisle. They dont follow you around, and have a fantastic wig room. The staff is really nice and helpful.
