It is the worst repair in the world. I paid $3395 in total to fix my car. But they didnt fix it at all, and they were cheating me. They showed me a bill only without real repair.First, they charged me $260 for a new battery. But they didnt replace it (the same old battery). The battery was dead after one month & a half. When I called them; they said that maybe someone stole your cars battery & replaced it!!!!!!!!!. The second time when I called them; they were yelling!!!!!!!!!! on me.Second, I paid $1500 to fix the body and bumper. I BOUGHT ALL PARTS for that. They put some parts only, and the other parts were disappeared (missing), and they didnt do anything for the body.Third, they exploited me because I am an International student. I DID NOT believe that happened here in the US!!!!!!!!!!. I trusted all people here.

Worst experience ever! I spent $3000 on body and suspension parts from Wiley Imports after closer examination at the shop my mechanic noticed Wiley Imports sold me parts that they labeled to be driver side but they where all passenger side. Clearly a inhouse mistake. They took no responsibility for there mistake. Called and was told that they couldnt do anything to reimburse me the$290 in parts because its been 30 days even tho this was clearly a issue with incompitant staff.

These guys are used car parts hustlers. One employee quoted me a price and when I went in another employee tried to up the price by a hundred dollars. Then when I got the part and installed it, it was bad. No refund or exchange. These guys are just out to take your money and don’t care how they get it.

My vehicle had an emergency repair in Alabama as I was trying to drive home to NW AR. The check engine light started flashing again as I neared Memphis. Once in Arkansas, I pulled into the next exit and looked on my phone for a mechanic. Mr. Davis said he would be happy to take a look, and he quickly determined that the previous repair had not held. My truck would need a major repair. He drove me 9 miles back to the interstate in pouring rain so I could get a motel room and arrange for my husband to collect me. The next day he was out looking for the parts needed to fix the problem. The cost of the repair was in line with what other places charge, but his service and caring attitude are above and beyond.

Poor customer service, drove 40 miles for a part they said they had and when I arrived, the didnt have the part or any vehicles matching what I needed. Would not recommend.

Gentlemen that helped me was extremely friendly & helpful. Part I needed was in stock and was pulled quickly. Would recommend and use again.

Serpentine Belt broke on me and I made it to a truck stop off the I-40. Was looking for mechanics and came across Davis Automotive, LLC. Called and spoke to his assistant and said he was in Memphis, but he would call me and see what was going on. Talked to him on the phone. He was able to get the belt and meet me at the truckstop. Found another issue and fixed that as well as the main issue. Cost wise, parts and labor were reasonable. (William) Davis and his assistant were pleasant and were very helpful and informative. I was on my way in about 3 hours. Thanks again guys! Highly recommended.

So I was finally able to get a hold if sonesom to ask then why is it that when I dropped my car off for a simple diagnostic for my car running hot that when I get my car back it will not go anywhere when you press on the gas. The guy placed me on hold, cane back and talked over me basically said they didnt do anything but look and a water leak but the fact still remains that Ive never had teasmiseiont issues, when I brought them my car I could drive it, and I get the car back and then I cant drive it ? I feel like I was take advantage of because im a minority female but I can assure you I will make sure MY story is heard. FYI I have purchased used parts from them is the past with no problem but my exierexper this time was horrific .I will be reporting them and if the news will listen Ill be letting Andy wise know as well .

I called to find an antenna after reading the statement on their website wherein they claim that if they dont have the part, they will get it new at a discount to you. I was told they didnt have it, and Id have to go to a dealership.

These people are so rude I bought a transmission installed it in the car and obviously it didn’t work for me to be on here Call them and told them the problem and he refused to give me my money back if you guys want to save a headache don’t go there I won’t even give these people one star
