Who doesnt love Michaels!? The app is great, you can find products in stock and where to find them in the store and coupons. The coupons kill me, they always have great savings. The store is always tidy and cahiers are always quick to come help when the lines start to get long.

I like Michaels. Great prices, great selection. The staff is a little underwhelming. They must be pretty bored... Ha but theyre nice most of the time. Good store.

Ive never had a bad experience until recently. Asked about an item and received an attitude instead. Good thing my cashier was nice and tried to be helpful. Good thing I dont always need help from an employee. Other than that its a great place to shop.

I worked at this store for 5/years...and l still purchase items l need for my art...but today l was personally offended by manger named Jill...l use a personal shopping cart for security/ l have bad knees/ and so l wont pick up the Covid-19 virus ...she came down the aisle asking me did l need help, l said no but thank you for asking, then several minutes later she asked me is that your straw hat! I said yes but its made of paper, then l asked her why are you asking, and she responded oh l am just asking! I responded ok l am not a thief she then walked away! Unbelievable when l worked there we never followed or walk up to any customer...they have security cameras so look at your monitors...

Pretty nice Michaels! Id say its comparable to just about every other Michaels that Ive been to. I stopped in today looking for miniatures for a D&D campaign that Im about to be a DM for. They didnt have what I was looking for, but they DID have lots of dragons. Lol, so if youre looking for dragon miniatures, this is a good site for you.Check it out.

Michaels is your typical big box craft store. Make sure if you need to buy a bunch of stuff over a couple of days or weeks that you use a coupon. You can usually get a 40% off or 50% off coupon though its mobile app. I always wait until they are doing the BIG sales at the custom frame shop, if you wait a week or two they always have 40%, 50%, 55% and sometimes 60% OFF custom framing orders. Great deals and beautiful framing.

If you think masks are bs don’t bother going every product is overpriced employees are rude hobby lobby employees are polite and helpful and no mask needed

The only Michaels near me, decent as far as big box craft stores go. v helpful staff when you cant find stuff.

I was looking for Iron-on letters for my Husband. But no luck. I Was told to check out Hobby Lobby. My Husband found them there. Yay 🙌.

I usually love michaels but today I had a bad experience. There was a customer at the register and a lady in front of me. A older lady came from the back and told the lady in front of me that she will take her on two. Afterwards she look at me and started acting as if shes moving baskets. And that was after she looked me in my face. I had one item. I try not to make everything a race issue but I believe this was. Im really big on customer service and will no longer shop at this location.

I have been shopping at this store for about 2 years now as it id close to my home. Never had any issues other than long waits to checkout. My last visit would be my last. The assosiates were very rude offered no assistance when i asked for product information and i over heard two of them talking about another customer using racial slurs describing her. Il never shop here ahain.

Checkout awkward and not enough registers open. Had terrible experience with online order. Placed order showing in stock and then received word it was out of stock. Took 10 days for them to release authorization against my card. Never order on line again. Michaels never addresses these problems. They dont care.

Asian young lady working the front counter had a horrible attitude. Im assuming it was the end of her shift. I came to pick up Christmas decorations. Left completely out of the Christmas spirit. If you dont like people then dont get a job working with the public. Simple

I love Michaels but this location was not in good condition. The store was filthy and kind of looked like they were going out of business. Things were unorganized and couldnt find prices for a few things. We left without purchasing anything.

They have a lot of crafts and art 🎨 supplies. I found the tee shirt we needed.

I was delighted to get such a wonderful discount on all the items I purchased. I used the coupon that was emailed to me to receive 20% off all regular priced items plus their seasonal items were 60% off. Those are the shipping trips I like!

Sales lady Jill went out of her way to find our product of which only one was left.

Placed an order online, got it delivered to the store, waited 5 days, checked tracking and it was delivered 2 days before I went to pick it up. No call, no notification via email, nothing...so I go to the store to pick up anyway(because they didnt answer the phone)...they cant find it...was told to come back later(no way)...they finally located it after they actually LOOKED for my name...smfh!!! I will give them credit though, the store is always clean and smells nice.

You can usually meet your hobby needs from art supplies to needle crafts. Lots of how to books and video.

Its ok. The one in Texas actually has alot more ready made jewelry, fun 2,3 and $4 bins and unique headbands. The one here does not. Also, not alot of stickers for scrapbooking.

Ms. Shanon taught Art class this summer and she has a beautiful technique for working with children of all behavioral and medical needs. I rated a 1 star due to me making my purchase online, products were in stock, received the confirmation that my merchandise was ready for pick-up and when I got to the store the next day, waited in line 15/20 minutes they didnt have my purchase and had sold out of the product!
