DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON NO MATTER WHAT! I made a mistake and fell for his discount scheme before reading customers’ reviews here. Please read on if you like to know more.1. We ordered three big appliances in October 2020. He placed our first induction cooktop order so late that GE discontinued that model. So not only did we not get the product we wanted, but also we had to change the matching countertop we had already ordered.2. We settled for another model and we were supposed to get all three items in November. Before the due date, Mike Siano informed us that we would not get the products until December. Late December he notified us that we would not get them until the end of January 2021. By the end of January, we received two items, but he told us our cooktop would not arrive until March! Frustrated with these delays, we asked Mike Siano to cancel the remaining of our order including installation and the extended warranties.We eventually ordered the same item at Home Depot late January not only at a lower price but with an ETA in mid Feb!3. The story becomes even more interesting. Mike Siano is asking for 50% restocking fee for a product that not only have we not received, but GE neither has built nor has shipped.4. Also do NOT fall for his sales-tax-free scheme. You will find out that if you want to install the products yourself, he wants to charge the sales tax. I suspect he is also breaking the State tax laws.5. We were only lucky that we did not pay him cash but have financing through Synchrony consumer credit card. I have since disputed the charges for the items and services that we have not received. If I have to take him to small claims court to get our money back, I will.I will keep you all posted.

We purchased a brand new washer which was defective when we received it. Mike is not a customer-focused salesman (rude, brusque, and talks over customers) but eager to make the sale. He is even more defensive, arrogant, and rude if you need help after purchase. Save your time, money, and frustrations - take your business elsewhere!

Just stop in to look at a washer and Dryer. Was greated very quickly by Michael. He showed me difference in all the products, gave me a quote all in about 15 minutes.

I visited Siano to buy a dishwasher last Thursday. I pretty much knew what I wanted, Bosch, Benchmark or 800 series, but wanted to see actual models to make a final decision. They had one 800 series on display in the store, but fortunately the Bosch rep was in the store and was able to help me make a decision. The Bosch rep checked his inventory and said that I could pick it up at the store the following Monday and the salesman said I would receive a call when it was in, probably about 2. I had my son switch his day off at work so that he and his truck were available. Since I had oral surgery scheduled that day for 2:00, I called the store about noon to check what time my son would be able to get it. A few transfers later, I was connected to my salesman. He informed me that the dishwasher wouldnt be in until the next Monday. Since my husband, who would be installing it, is going out of town Friday, and my son will be back in school next week, I said that I needed the order cancelled until we can figure out a different plan. He said he would cancel it and we ended the call. By Wednesday, there was no credit back to our credit card. I called and spoke to someone in billing that transferred me again to my salesman. My salesman said that he hadnt issued a refund because he didnt have my credit card number. I asked why he didnt ask for it when we spoke on Monday. He said that he figured that I would stop in the store after I got back in town, even though I had never said that I would. It is now Thursday again and Siano still has my $2000+. There still is no credit to my credit card. Tomorrow, they may be receiving another call from me and I will eventually buy a new dishwasher somewhere else.

Snake oil salesman of the year. Lied about a quote he gave me over the phone a week ago while I had him ON SPEAKER, and when I went yesterday to purchase, he called us a liar and said he never said the price included installation and another part on a new cooktop. Went to Lowes and ended up purchasing a new $2500 refrigerator and getting my cooktop there. He was super concerned about when he could get to Italian Fest. Will never go back.

Unbelievably rude customer service. My husband and I wanted to get a Speedqueen washing machine and spoke to the owner on the phone. He was arrogant and rude. I still wanted to give him a try due to the proximity of his store to our home. I walked in this morning and he was yelling at someone on phone. He said a curse word in front of our child and I decided he wasnt going to be getting our business! We left and are buying a machine through the other authorized speedqueen dealer in town - much nicer! She said she had several people that have called her with similar experience from Siano. He doesnt deserve any business! Ridiculous!!

Just called to ask a few questions and the guy who picked up was EXTREMELY RUDE and even hung up on me mid sentence? I’m more confused and concerned than mad. Shoppers beware

Extremely rude, called with a simple question.

We built a new home earlier this year and Siano supplied all of the kitchen appliances. All of which have needed repair over the past 6 months. It takes the company forever to come out for repairs and when they finally show up the repair people are not prepared so you have to go another 2 weeks without your appliance while they order parts. This place is terrible!!!

Very aggressive sales people. Will not be shopping here. Was barely in the store before I was attacked. Store is very cramped, but seems to have an okay collection.
