There are clean and follow the protocols, but just the service its too slow. It was one hour before they close and I cant found any assistant can help me. Yesterday I need to buy something else but I was in a hurry, so I prefer dont stop and buy there because my last night experience. I always had a good experience at best buy but not this time.
Had some nice priced preused games. Great for presents, which is what I was looking for. Also had some blue ray movies we had been looking for.
They DO NOT HAVE PICK UP. The store looks like from a Mad Max movie but yet, the employees are polite so far as you dont ask them any questions because they dont know what is where. Kindly keep your employees connected to the Walmartnet for better information on where the products are located.
Went to purchase a tv I’d seen on the website. Though it was a production trying to find the particular tv, there was a very helpful sales associate that aided in location it. Very pleased with this visit to this particular location. Will be back.
I only go to this Best Buy if I absolutely have too. It always looks like it was just ransacked.
I will begin on a positive note by saying the employee from the 1-800 customer service telephone number was helpful and the gentleman working curbside was awesome! Everyone else not so much. Ordered a same day delivery product from the Germantown store and the driver delivered to the wrong house, they also delivered two days late. Tried calling, but the store does not answer their phone, so I drove there to explain. The actual customer service employee said you need to call UPS, and when I tried explaining I ordered this product as a same day delivery from the store, and was told a driver from Best Buy will be on the way with my delivery, she just waved me off to the manger (horrible attitude) and the manager at the front door was not friendly or helpful. No one wanted to take responsibility or help me replace an item they lost in the first place. Called the 1-800 number and they helped replace my order and changed the status to pickup. After receiving the email confirming my item was ready for pickup, I drove back, but had to wait for an extra hour to actually get my item. Thank goodness the gentleman I spoke of earlier in this review (that works curbside,)was very kind and apologized for the inconvenience. I have been shopping at Best Buy Germantown since its grand opening, and all my experiences have been fantastic up until the last few months. Please do better.

Best Buys audio department ROCKS! Their guys stayed over 2 extra hours after that department was supposed to have closed, to finish my stereo system. My truck had a pretty complicated set up, and these guys did they best install Ive had had from anywhere else. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know with any type of system they got. Thanks again Mike Mears!
The guy at the Poplar was ok/helpful, letting me know, I was at the wrong store for pickup. So I drove to the correct store on Germantown. After waiting outside for another 29 minutes or so, I decided to go on in to pick my item up, (didnt want to at 1st because it was raining). When I went inside, the guy at the wasnt very friendly at all (later found out, he was a manager of some sort) anywho, he directed me where to wait and advised me that the guy that I needed was busy helping another customer, so I went and waited, and waited and waited some more, so I said well let me change my information in the system so they will Im know trying to pick my item up in the store now and maybe they wont have me waiting so long. Well that really didnt help the wait at all. It actually made things worse, because their system couldnt handle me switching it like that. So once the guy finally came over he told me the system, wouldnt let him release it to me. We had to go to customer service. They couldnt help either. They had to call another person for help. He said the only thing to do was cancel my order and repurpose right then and there but I wouldnt be able to use the funds they just cancelled, I would have to wait a few days for them to go back to my account. Thats when they had to call the guy over from the front door to override something, so I was like really!!! I just went on and repurposed it because my mom phone went out days before and she really needed it.
Love Best Buy, especially this location. Im making an effort to buy local after 2020. I needed to replace a stylus. The first young man I ask took me to exactly what I needed. He seemed to be happy to help. Ive missed that attention to face to face customer service. A most pleasant buying experience!
This place is always bustling! The associates are always friendly & not overbearing. My sons camera was stolen, so I helped him to replace it. They have a financing plan that I usually apply for and we bought his camera. It was quick and easy to set up. Im gonna apply to get a dryer next time.
We came in at 15 to closing and still received great service. Even bought a TV.Floor manager was the real hero in getting us what we needed while still helping her staff close down the store.Overall, best buy continues to make it easy to choose them as the main spot for consumer electronics.

Went to get a windows install usb. There werent any on the shelf but the site showed in stock available for pickup. After 3 different people, someone finally went to look in the back and we got one. The second guy said for us to hold on while he checked. Then went to help other customers right in front of us.
Quick and fast. Asked about a product, pointed in the right direction. Not a long line to check out.
Landon a repair man was able to help me get on zoom and show where the entrys to get in and out on my HP lap top.

So their websites says product shipped by tomorrow night. It is a bold faced lie. I understand delayed shipping, but if you tell me 24 hours for a product and they estimated delivery is over two weeks I am going to be mad. Not only are you false advertising, but the tracking number I was given apparently is to a package no body has. Oh we haven’t gotten that yet. Oh we already sent that. So great I can’t even cancel my order or pick it up because no one has ANY idea where it is.

Wait to get help was outrageously long. I finally asked the store manager that there were 2 customers to buy Tablets. He went to another area and escorted an associate to us. We both knew we wanted to buy Tablets. I purchased a S 6 lite which is a great product.

Slow!!! The longest part was waiting to be helped and then checking out afterwards. You have to have a qr scanner bc its very difficult to get anyones attention. And you best know what you already want bc otherwise it will take even longer.

If you want a laptop that is capable and not overly expensive, skip this place. Go to Costco. If you dont have a membership, it will still be cheaper to get one and then buy the laptop there than it will be at Best Buy.Same with the tvs and other consumer electronics that both locations offer.Also, the employees at Best Buy act like they were poached from Gamestop. Zero people skills, no ability to make eye contact. Its dreadful. This dinosaur of a chain needs to end quietly and quickly and not make such awkward death throws for us all to witness.

Out of stock on almost everything! Skip the trip, save yourself the time/energy & order online as they NEVER have anything available - also SUPER quick to just pawn you off to the website. Also, 12 people standing in line with 1 cashier working & about 10 employees walking around aimlessly. Not to mention the 4 just standing at the door twiddling their thumbs as if they didn’t see the full line wrapped back to the washers & dryers.
Lots of items not stocked, shelves empty. You can tell the Associates dont care.

Wait was confusing, unnecessarily long, loss prevention officer pretty intense as we exited. Simply standing ahead of either of the two doors, premptively directing to the correct one instead of literally leaning on the glass right in front of them and shouting at you if you went the wrong was ridiculous a poor customer service. No way to interact with grown adults patronizing your store rather than simply ordering online.
Looked like the entire store was out of stock of pretty much everything.
My wife was locked in the store, because an employee who was helping her, a bit past closing, made her grossly uncomfortable with their flirtatious comments and when she asked to null and void everything, and delete her info from the computer in regards to her phone, the employee walked off. Ten minutes of frantically searching for someone to unlock the door, she became terrified, truth be told. Shes still summing up the ability to concisely explain how she got out, but I dont push, and I leave those details for her to explain to corporate. I just wish my wife, who was looking into new phones, hadnt been treated as a piece of meat and belittled, with no actual business being finished. Best buy has been slipping for years at the Wolfchase location. I say its time they go the route of Circuit City and slowly fade away.

Went to The geek squad. Of which I am a memiber of. Just wanted to drop off the computer. I was told I would have to make a reservation next one was six hours away. As if I can wait 6 hours to see them. Lesson learned make an appointment or not approach the counter.
They have always been friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while for help with smartwatches, but they were sympathetic and made the experience still pleasant.

Im not a shopper so I was able to run in and figure out what TV I needed,load it up and get out. Out of 4 people only one young man in the cellphone dept was able to answer a simple question and was knowledgeable about the product from the TV dept. One guy handed me the wrong equipment that cost 54.00 each. I wouldve had to come back to return and I live 12 miles away. The other 2 one of which worked in the TV dept just gave the ion wanna help you vibe!
Horrible guest service. Would not let me return my daughters present, which ended up being an empty box. Told me I stole it, had receipt. Threw it at my then pregnant stomach.
Im sort of an old fashioned shopper when it comes to major appliances... I like to see the appliances in person to make absolutely sure this is the appliance I want. Well I was told by someone that now if theres a certain appliance you want, you have to order it online. Well, I went to the store anyway, just to satisfied my curiosity. I was really a little disappointed in what I saw. I actually was looking for a gas range but the selection for this was little. They had more electric than gas ranges. The one I found online that I like was a Maytag and the only one available was in Tupelo, Ms. I understand that if a sale is going on and may stand a chance of not conveniently having it in the store but it would be nice if one can actually see a display, especially when it comes to a major appliance.

On arriving at Best Buy, I found out that there was a line, so I waited because of Covid-19 protocols; no problem with keeping me and my neighbors safe. Now, when I walked in there was no sign of welcoming for waiting to shop here. I did not find one person in there with a glowing personality. I was there to decide between two stores, who was going to get my money for a TV, so, I went with the store with a better personality.
Complete ridiculousness. Ordered an in-stock item early morning for same-day delivery. Order sat in a “preparing for delivery” status all day. Even messaged their online support and offered to drive over to pick it up at 6pm. Was advised it would still be delivered today. Received email after store closed that the order couldn’t be delivered. Should have just went with Amazon.

Was told by an ATT rep in Millington as she could offer no solution to my problem . It was an ATT purchased phone . She told me to go to Best Buy and they had Samsung reps there that might could help me . Off to Wolfchase Mall to Best Buy . I got prompt ATTN from a very nice young man and he informed me that they do NOT have Samsung reps in the stores . Only when they are putting up displays etc . The store seems to be very nice and the service was prompt and the staff member very kind .
Theres nothing much in the store anymore. If a customer is not buying a large appliance, Theres really no reason to go into a Best Buy. Theres no music cds anymore and limited dvds.
Only one dude wasnt very professional, out of everyone. Other than that, not bad.

I was approached by a man in a green jacket asking me for money, while I was at the Curbside pickup. I almost thought it was an employee approaching me about my order. Terrifying!! Take someone with you, because there is nobody monitoring that parking lot. Do not go alone. Also, you will NOT be able to reach a live person inside of the store. Have the person placing the order check you in. If you are picking up their order, it will NOT add you to their cue. I checked in 4 times within one hour. There is no employee checking in with drivers about their orders/check-ins. This is another reason why you may want a second person...so one can run inside and get their attention. Corporate will not help you. They all sayIt is Christmas. Be patient. What happens when you are and nobody comes? I recommend shipping it online or approach another store which knows how to properly attend to curbside pickup customers. Walmart, Target, and Sams Club have an extra person stationed in that area and a runner. That would also take care of people asking for money.
Our experience was awesome because of Nate! He helped us with the purchase of a smart TV and DVD player for our son. Great personality and professionalism. Well be back to see him in the future.
