I had visited several other stores with no success, but Mark not only had the stove at a great price, but was able to schedule delivery & installation within 4 days. They were very quick, professional, neat and clean. Of your worried about tight spaces these guys measure everything on-site. They even set it up AND cleaned up after themselves!!! When I bought my refrigerator, the receptionist said if anything went wrong with my appliance - they wound refund, replace or whatever they had to do to make sure I was satisfied. I recently purchased two appliances from Home Appliances. Zach at the Poplar Ave. store was extremely helpful in selecting the appliances and offered them at a fair price.One of the appliances, a double oven, had broken glass on one of the doors, both Zach and Mark from the Summer Ave. Store have been diligent in keeping me posted on the status of the replacement door which is on back order.The second appliance was a glass cook top. I took this item home thinking it would we easy for me to install myself. Turns out it needed special brackets which Zach immediately supplied. His installer, Antonio, showed up, as scheduled, and we found that the cabinets under the counter posed a problem. Antonio was outstanding in figuring out a secondary way to install the unit. After modifying the cabinets under the counter top, the unit was installed perfectly. I am sure that the extra time it took to make those modifications wrecked his schedule to the remainder of the day.I am very pleased with Home Appliances and the attention they pay to their clients. Based on my experience, I highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for Antonio to do your installation, he will make sure it is done right!Tom Tulloss

I had problems with a well known company in the delivery of a Frigidaire. Constant cancelations, sometimes without notification. I was without a fridge for a month dealing with the lies. My daughter located this company. She & I went to store on September 14, 2021. My fridge was delivered the very next day. They sent Antonio in to set up water line. He is the best! After hearing of Home Appliances Memphis from a friend of mine, we went and were able to find almost every appliance we needed for our new home (Refrigerator, Range, Wall Oven, Microwave, Vent-Hood). Not only was their selection one of the best around (which is saying something considering the impact the pandemic has had on many appliance stores), but their service was top notch. The team there has been incredibly helpful/responsive for everything from simple questions to stepping in and helping get a replacement part for one of the items I purchased there. Several friends and family have also purchased items there since we told them about it and have had similar experiences to us. I will definitely be going back if I find myself in need of any appliances in the future.

During this terrible Pandemic, stores are in short supply and you often have to wait for weeks or months to get your appliance. Also, you will have to pay full MSRP prices after your long wait! I bought a stove a microwave and fridge from the store just a week ago. I recieved them on the 21st of March. Jonathan the owner delivered them personal. How pleasant he made this experience. My refrigerator was to large to get in my small house. He took time out of his personal schedule to have me meet him at the store to help me pick a new fridge and the redeliver to my house. We are satisfied with our stainless still stove but don’t care that you have to really work hard to keep the stovetop clean. Also, we find ourselves trying to keep the stovetop glass from getting scared or scratched. Over all, it works great and is doing everything it supposed to do.

My experience with home appliances were great. I visited both locations several times before making my purchase and employees at both locations were very nice and understanding that making such purchase is a big deal. I had my LG delivered and Antonio was awesome. After 2 weeks of having my refrigerator the icemaker stopped working due to the line freezing. I called the store and Antonio came out the next day and repaired it. I am so grateful. Even though I had that issue it was beyond the control of the store and I have not had any issues since. So I highly recommend Home Appliances if you are on a budget and need honestly a new appliance that has a scratch on it thats barely noticeable...

I could not be happier with my new Bosch dishwasher. I lost my Dishwasher in May and had ordered new dishwasher from a big box store. I had to wait two months with no promise I f a delivery date. I went on a Sunday picked out my dishwasher and it was delivered and installed be Wednesday. Everyone was so helpful and very nice.

Everyone at Home Appliances was so courteous, professional and went above and beyond the customer service I would have expected. It’s a much longer story but in short the washer/dryer combo we purchased wouldn’t fit into the space in my mother’s condo so they took it back and helped me find a solution to the issue including a special visit to the condo by the owner, Jonathan who was amazing. I highly recommend them! Their prices are very reasonable too.

This was a great first experience buying an appliance for a home. Jonathan is great and very knowledgeable, customer friendly. I’m so happy with the refrigerator he suggested for my husband and I, at a fraction of the cost of Home Depot or Lowe’s. We LOVE IT!!! My fridge only has a few minor dings, that aren’t that noticeable. Antonio delivered the appliance, was very careful not to bump any walls or damage our home. He is also very knowledgeable of appliances as well. We will definitely be returning for future Whirlpool appliance purchases.

Had a great experience with them. They had a wide range of appliances at seriously reasonable prices! We received a washer and dryer for $900 pre-approved amount ofv$1100 and the owner added cables and cords and shipping all in the pre-approved total. The washer and dryer we received runs around $1500 together and we received them both for $900! All we had to do was pay $55 for the application fee. The delivery guy Antonio, I believe was very nice and installed and checked everything before leaving our house. I really do recommend them to anyone! Im very happy with my washer and dryer!!

The entire staff was fantastic. I went in looking to replace just my older washer but instead walked out with both a washer and dryer. The staff greeted me promptly and showed me their inventory.
