Brilliant! Great people. I looked up scratch n dent appliances in Memphis.Went here first. They dont have any dent and scratch anymore. They cant get them. I did find a dryer for a price Im happy with. Paid for it and they loaded it right in the truck.Best part though is the most helpful salesperson Ive ever met. He offered to get his keys and scratch it just for me. Service! Thats what Im talking about!!

Amazing experience and great service. My wife and I recently relocated from over 1,000 miles away. We ordered a washer, dryer, and a refrigerator. The turnaround time and quality of the products met all of our expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

This was an excellent experience. We were already sheltering at home when we needed a new refrigerator, so we chose one online without actually seeing it and asked a Siano employee to get it. The frige was delivered in less than a week; the installers were polite and competent; and we like the refrigerator a lot better than our old one that died which we had so carefully chosen 19 years ago. The price was lower than we expected and the warranty available is superior. Over all we could not be more satisfied.

12/20/19 I called to see if they had a 30in double oven by Whirlpool and if they did, I wanted to come in the next day to purchase but needed it b4 Christmas. I spoke with Ralph Siano Jr. He said if I came into the store today, he’d have it delivered Monday, 12/23/19. I told him please don’t play with me. He said give me your number and I’ll call you right back. He called back to confirm that it was indeed in stock and he could deliver Monday if I came today. I said, shut the front door, I’m on my way! Ralph IS a man of his word! My double ovens were installed as promised. I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you Siano Appliances! I will be getting future appliances from SIANO!

Wonderful service!!!!! Jackie was my sales rep. I purchased a scratch and dent refrigerator brand new with a nick on the door the size of a pencils eraser for $499 regular price $1499. They have new appliances as well throughout the store. We also found a washer and dryer with big tumblers for $360 brand new. A nice sized table microwave regular price $499 for $60 and finally a smooth top stove for $448 . At home Depot the same stove was $628. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The clerk had no idea of the inventory. Maybe he just came out of the storage room, but I left with out looking back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I visited Siano to buy a dishwasher last Thursday (8/8). I pretty much knew what I wanted, Bosch, Benchmark or 800 series, but wanted to see actual models to make a final decision. They had one 800 series on display in the store, but fortunately the Bosch rep was in the store and was able to help me make a decision. The Bosch rep checked his inventory and said that I could pick it up at the store the following Monday (8/13) and the salesman said I would receive a call when it was in, probably about 2. I had my son switch his day off at work so that he and his truck were available. Since I had oral surgery scheduled that day for 2:00, I called the store about noon to check what time my son would be able to get it. A few transfers later, I was connected to my salesman. He informed me that the dishwasher wouldnt be in until the next Monday. Since my husband, who would be installing it, is going out of town Friday, and my son will be back in school next week, I said that I needed the order cancelled until we can figure out a different plan. He said he would cancel it and we ended the call. By Wednesday (8/15), there was no credit back to our credit card. I called and spoke to someone in billing that transferred me again to my salesman. My salesman said that he hadnt issued a refund because he didnt have my credit card number. I asked why he didnt ask for it when we spoke on Monday. He said that he figured that I would stop in the store after I got back in town, even though I had never said that I would. It is now Thursday again and Siano still has my $2000+. It is Friday, the 5th day after the salesman cancelled my order and the third day after I gave him my credit card info to issue a refund. NO REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED YET. (8/17/2018)

The frigidaire appliances have been great, going on 10 years come October 2017. I had my first issue Easter, the flap that opens and closes that circulate the cold air stop working on my refrigerator. My home warranty covered it. My over the stove microwave, double oven and dishwasher still going strong.

Ernesto and Wendell did a great job installing our appliances. Siano stepped up to the plate and helped resolve some issues I had with my order. Thank you very much Ralph Siano Jr.!!!

I believe the delivery drivers names were Wendell and Shawn, they were very nice in helping us with a leaky ice machine line, even spoke to the landlord so that they would come out and fix it. Thank you!

We built a new home earlier this year and Siano supplied all of the kitchen appliances. All of which have needed repair over the past 6 months. It takes the company forever to come out for repairs and when they finally show up the repair people are not prepared so you have to go another 2 weeks without your appliance while they order parts. This place is terrible!!!
