This has been the WORST and most frustrating process I’ve ever encountered. I had a delivery scheduled and there was no call no show on when or why I didn’t get my furniture delivered, I had to call to ask them what time my furniture will be delivered which was on a Saturday and the very rude receptionist lady (she sounded older) said look ma’am if they haven’t called you then they’re not on the way, long story short I called back a few times an hour later no answer. I called back at 4:41 pm the lady said they came at 4:16 and you didn’t answer the door so you need to call back on Monday to reschedule delivery. I went up there Sunday to speak with the manager Brian and he said that their systems has been down all weekend so their deliveries have been off and to come back Monday to get my refund. I came back on Monday 8/16/21 and still NO refund after waiting a little over an hour and now their excuse is well your delivery has been rescheduled so we can’t issue a refund, I said sir I was just hear yesterday and YOU told me to come back today so I can’t I get my refund I live too far to keep coming way out here he told me the best he could do was have my check mailed to me. I’m beyond disgusted with this company and will not be doing business with them in future. All I want is my order cancelled and my refund

Ms. Diane is a great salesperson. She is really patient with her clients. The 1st time, my husband picked up the furniture. This time we got a sectional delivered. Delivery date was 3/27. I didnt get it because the driver called and said he had half of my sectional. Today 3/29 they come with the furniture and there are no legs 🤦🏾‍♀️. I took half day off work to get this now I missed a whole day cause someone else will bring the legs. Plus, whoever put the sticker label on the couch, put it in the wrong spot and there is a huge spot with adhesive on it. Im over it!😡😡

Moms at it again shopping is the only thing that eases her mind so she called me to help her pick out a new fridge

They really don’t deserve 1 star.I opened an account with them over 7 years ago, paid on the account once before it went into default because I lost my job. Well, Royal Furniture Company has been reporting false information to the credit bureaus to keep themselves relevant. They’re falsifying my payment history and the amount owed on the account because it was due to drop off February of this year (2021). Now my credit score dropped 25 points.Royal Furniture Company are a bunch of liars. It’s okay tho, I will dispute until I can’t dispute anymore✌🏾.

My sister was looking for a coffee table and two employees were sitting on the couch both on their cell phones near the front door and did not ask if we needed help we walked around the store before help came and she wasnt much help so we left.

The selection is so diverse. The overall quality is sound. There are items for the beginner through to someone with a more sophisticated budget. Most of all, the sales staff are exceptional. They are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They offer good suggestions based on your needs not theirs. So take a look. I promise youll find something to like 😊.

Stay away from this furniture showroom. The furniture are good looking but not quality made. When we bought the sofa from them they said the warranty will cover everything but when we call now for repairs they are saying that it is limited warranty and will not cover. This is the first time we called for repair and they are saying different reasons for not repairing. Your money will be waste. Customer Service is very poor.The owner will update to contact the [email protected] but it is waste. Dont by cheap furniture and get fooled.

My experience shopping at the Whitehaven was good. The delivery guys were professional and quick in setting things up, however, my plywood was missing. I showed one of the delivery guys my original receipt of the plywood being included. They said they’d delivery it on Friday. Let’s see what happens....had that not happened they would’ve gotten 5 stars!June 1st my plywood was delivered as promised. I am a satisfied customer. I love my furniture. It’s solid. I got a great deal! I’m happy! They now get 4 stars. Had they did it perfectly the first time, they would’ve easily gotten 5 stars.

Kinda expensive and customer service could be better

They came exactly within the time of the service call. The gentleman were quick, kind, and professional. My sofa was in excellent condition upon arrival. My sales representative in the store also was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. She made it easy to pick the product I needed. Went in on a Sunday. Needed all new furniture. Met with Mr. Keiron Shine. He made the process simple and easy. He got me the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable and quick. He was also very patient with me because I was a bit picky. I would recommend seeing him at the Whitehaven location. He will make your shopping experience a lot easier because buying furniture can be quite stressful for some. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!

I recently purchased a bedroom set. The sales woman Dianne Monger did not take the time to explain to me and my wife what we were actually paying for. Had we known it didn’t include the chest and nightstand we would have paid extra for what we wanted. Not only that, upon delivery, they delivered the wrong mattress. I was told by a manager I’d receive the mattress I paid for last night or first thing this morning. Here it is 5:00 in the evening and I haven’t heard anything from them about when I’ll be receiving my mattress. I called the store to check on everything and whoever is the receptionist had an attitude like I was getting on her nerves because I called to see when they’ll be delivering my mattress. Just horrible service all the way around from the top to the bottom.

Never again I got some furniture from here with insurance and I wasnt able to use the insurance when the furniture started to show signs of peeling I was told the insurance would cover any damage before even purchasing the furniture a bunch lies just to sell. I really wasted my money dont get the insurance because you will not be able to use it. Couldnt even get my money bk to go towards something else.

I bought furniture from this store only to find out one of the couchs was dry rotted. Ive tryed to get in touch with someone to hopefully replace the couch even went to the store! Its sad that I have to do all this when I even pay extra on some of my bills. I rate this a 1 because if you have a issue with furniture they are hard to reach! Its only been 9 months and the couch is cracking up but my other is perfectly fine and its rarely even sat on. Only 9 months and its cracked up when I have two years to pay it off and I put a 1000$ down...this is really ridiculous!!!

Very disappointed. I went the day after the flyer came out and the set I wanted was no longer available. There was a sign on one set in the middle of the store that said said sold, I called two more locations and got the same story. Probably just a scam to get you in the door. Cant believe you couldnt get a rain check on the very 1st top item on the flyer.
