Took almost a hour to find an employee that I could even explain how to cut a 3’6”x5’ piece of plywood. Crazy then they said it might not be cut right. @$50 a sheet 😥

John was excellent! I purchased a can of paint that was the wrong base color. I sent John an email and though he was on vacation he provided another email. I contacted the individual and the did the exchange for me. Thanks Home Depot for providing your employees with #1 customer service.I painted the walls and the color looks great.

If I could give zero stars and give a review I would. This is the WORSE home depot ever. They underpay their workers, then put all the work upon one person. Lumber has only one employee for 7 isles, its constantly trashed. They dont have gates for most isles. Constantly yell and are rude to the one employee they did hire, for him to make a barely living wage. He couldnt find a second job because he was way over worked. DONT GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT, matter of fact just go to Lowes. At least you wont get moldy wood.

Need some help there when use there branded gas tools fot yard two times and they quit. Should be able to replace. Even I no want they are doing with pull cords not working. Had three of different one do same thing.

Consistently a great place to have breakfast or a good square meat and 2 or 3. Their biscuits are some of the best in town. What makes them really tops in my book...the staff. Kind, caring, personable and excellent at serving the patrons of Blue Plate. Always a good experience both for food and that Memphis kind of southern hospitality.

Its Okay. It certainly wouldnt hurt the management to promote better employee/customer relations. I dont know what the future holds, however per my experience, they could use training on how to show concern, respect, and friendliness to all of their customers. Many of their employees, seem to be in their own personal worlds with little to no concern of (some) of their customers. Newsflash... Customers are the reason a business thrives. Without customers what good is a business? ... And yes Every One Counts. Level Up Guys

Use to love this store but when the store manager Troy was running the place it was much better stocked instead now I have to get things from up high because they never stock the shelfs and the electrical isle is a disaster been waiting months for things but the inventory shows they have stuff they dont so it never gets ordered

I am at this location all the time because I live near it, but I almost never am able to find someone that will come over to me and ask if I need help finding something. Even if I am proactively looking for help, it is hard to find anyone available. Often see groups of employees congregating together laughing together while 10 people are in line at the returns desk because only one person is open to help. very frustrating.

No matter if its a major project or a simple DIY...HD is the first place you visit for all your building needs. It also has various materials/equipment for janitorial services, lawn care, washer/dryer combo, electrical/light repair equip. and so much more to meet your needs! The cut keys, too!

This Home Depot has put some money into making the business look good for a better shopping experience. Aisles are clearly marked and product is visible. With that being said, employees still are not helpful as a whole. Too many can be found clustered up front at the service counter, Self check out, or otherwise engaged.

I was in need of a ladder. I wanted one that was not expensive but that would do the job I wanted. I found a 6 ladder that will hold 250lbs and has a sturdy tray for holding items and locks in place for 49.99 plus tax. The one I bought was silver.They had another one which was blue it appeared to be made with same material I purchased just wrapped in a blue taping of some sort. Held up to 250lbs. Everything was the same except the price was 64.99. So compare when you go, name brands are ok if you are into that but personally I prefer to get the items that have the same quality for a cheaper price. Thankfully Home Depot allows customers to see and decide for themselves.

This was an easy visit. I like that I can get in find what Im looking for and get out without searching all over the place 👍

It was horrible! I visited 2 of your Memphis stores. I could not get anyone to help me and when i finally got someone on Truce parkway. They were inexperienced and couldnt answer any questions. I was shocked you ecpect peoe to spend several thousand dollars on appliances with poor customer service. I have bought all of my appliances from home depot and was never ignored .

The sales agent was nice. The store was clean. I found what I came for. I will be going back.

Exceptional! Needed outside lights for my home. Young man helped select and showed me other things to enhance the lighting around the house. When home improvement projects get to be too much this is your go to place fast friendly extremely helpful

Went there to pickup stuff I ordered off line after I received e-mail confirming my order was ready, it was not ready had to wait 35 minutes. Not happy with Home Depot!

Once again 6 a.m. primarily went to get some tropical indoor and outdoor plants tis the season to do landscaping in and out especially when they open at 6 a.m. in the morning very low amount of people very little time spent there were found exactly what I was looking for

Ordered a workbench online. Tracking number said it delivered to store. 5 days later with no notice for me able to pick it up. I called and at first they said it was lost. They were going to look for it and called me back to say they found it. I went in that day to pick it up only for them to say the order they found and said was mine wasn’t and never called me. Now the only thing I can do is wait for them to find my “lost” order that I already paid for.

No approach by any associate. Credit card refused after limit decreased for no use. No stars and no reason to go back.

Dont waste ur time at Truse! Not enough employees! And therefore CHAOTIC

The product was great, everything was labeled correctly so it was easy to find. There was an older sales rep in the plumbing area near bay 15, that showed outstanding customer service. He helped 4 customers simultaneously and the other three knew him by name. Unfortunately,I cant remember what it is. However, upon reaching the checkout, which we went to self check. The cashier who shall remain nameless,felt the need to help us as soon as me and my black husband walked up with our 4 year old white child. She even felt the need to scan our items for us, with the ladder being 1st and quoting the price as if we couldnt afford it. Rang every item,scanning as I picked them up, all while being in the way of bagging said items. So I had to wait to get bags. She told me the total as if I was going to hand her my card and when I said excuse me to use the terminal,she looked offended. Needless to say I felt humiliated, because every other customer that were on self check helped themselves and we were the only ones not allowed to. Then again we were the only black couple on self check. Im not saying she was prejudice but its leaning that way. I will not be patroning self check anymore or any other register she is near. We were ostricized.

These plague rats were not socially distancing. I had to ask 6 of them to back up out of my space. Time to inform the health department!

I had a list of materials for my project. I completed the list and was checking out in less than 10 minutes!

They had the commercial trash can, but asking specific questions to where it was located, was horrible.

Didnt appreciate the attitude from the workers in the tool rental shop. I came in knowing what I needed and they questioned me like they knew the job I was doing better than I did. Otherwise it was ok, close to what I would expect with Home Depot, which was low expectations to begin with.

Sold me a washer and dryer. Said would be delivered and setup 2 weeks later. That changed to 3 months. Refund takes 5 days so Im told havent seen anything yet!

CURBSIDE PICK UP A JOKE. We ordered 2 shelves that were out of stock at another HD. Then drove across town to pick up at Curbside. Sent our text and 20 min. Later NOTHING. So put my mask on and went in. Was told Curbside closed at 6pm. No message, nothing on the sign and 2 other people waiting too. They NEVER sent a message saying they were closed for curbside or anything.

Always good and Veterans get a discount on all products.
